Communication is okay but results are terrible. They do nothing as far as property maintenance to keep the value of the homes they manage. I'm not sure what they get paid for other then to collect rent.

My experience with DFH was quite disappointing. The agent was slow to respond and overall dis-satisfactory. She didn't mention anything about an app during the application process until I had already filled out the form. Then the app wouldn't work, and her technician couldn't figure out why. Then she pushed me to sign the papers and worry about the app later. I would never use this company to represent my property.
