One of the worst restaurant in Vancouver, we come here because we don’t have any other options. If you can go at any other restaurant please go, but don’t come to this place. The owner always ask for reviews, but I don’t know how people are giving them positive reviews.

It’s important for me to share this! Insects on sweets. Seeing this made me sick…Come on guys, proper safety measures should be taken. I would consider this as a unhygienic place.

Friendly staff and generous, helpful in describing the food we did not know about to help us pick out our order.

We asked for daal and rotis they end up sending chicken and when I asked them why do you guys sent out chicken? They said new girl did it. A girl said i pay again for their mistake

I dont like these smosas at all its totally different kind of taste I never had it before now I regret my decision to buy 12 samosas from the shop

Food was amazing and it comes in big portions. It took a bit to prepare, probably because it was so busy. The owner is a super friendly guy.

Dropped by to pick up some samosas tonight for lunch tomorrow after having dinner next door. The service was excellent! The manager/Owner Satpal was so welcoming! He introduce a new dish called momo and explained it in detail. I have been doing take out every so often over the past few years. The food is delicious, consistent, large portions and reasonably priced. I love their samosas, lamb curry, and parathas!

Worst Service! Employees are lost, people are waiting like crazy and they took 1 hour 10 minutes for 2 paranthas! Love it

Worst experience when ever I order food they are always late to serve you food only wait wait wait 25mins then 35mins to 45 mins!

Dhaliwal is a one to go place for north Indian cuisine. From assortment of sweets, chai, savories, quick bites and main course.this place offers a variety to pick from. Best part is that they open 24 hours, so satiafying a late night craving within the reach of city limit is possible.

I had the pleasure to eat fantastic chicken tandoori. Chef Harry made sure to make a special dish for me the way I had requested.

I especially ordered from this restaurant since my friends recommended to have something from chef Harry. He is blessed with huge cooking talent and I would ensure that the chain of promotion is continued my end to all my family and friends.

It takes plenty of time for orders to come and they are not even polite about it. Frustrating to see a bad attitude and still have to wait for the food. It's not even that tasty anymore, so I don't see a point going here again!

Food is amazing and staff as well. Customer service is really good and very fast service. I went there yesterday, and i ordered chana samosas and it only took 10minutes within 10min, i was out from the shop. I will definitely visit next time….

They have decreased the quantity of food and increased the price.

You are looking for a tiffin service or a delicious meal. Dhaliwal restaurant is my go-to place. Some recipes - I found delicious at Dhaliwal Restaurant include Kadhai Chicken & Paneer, Saag, and Malai Kofta.

The restaurant is under outstanding leadership beneath Chef Harry and has an excellent staff!

Food was very tasty & delicious today I order chilli paneer, manchuriyan, kadai paneer and my all time favorite malaikofta.thanQ Chef Harry you made our day. I wish I could rate you more than 5 star.

Pathetic online experience. Placed and order for pick up the next day but wanted them to cancel it but they won’t. So think before you order with them online.

I have ordered takeout veggie wrap. Came home. When i started to eat i noticed it’s chicken and I am vegetarian. Good job! Wasted my money, time and my values. Sleeping hungry, thanks to you.

We ordered the veg samosa last week but when we get home it looks like they are frozen for a long time and did not look even fresh this time we ordered laddu it taste very very disgusting.very very disappointed.

The owner of this company is genuinely a very kind hearted woman. She sponsored a home care facility on Diwalhi today and made everyone's day. Everyone at the home care facility were very appreciative of Dhaliwal Sweet & Restaurant and loved the sweets. The kind hearted gesture of the owner made many individuals smile and feel cared for. Food is really delicious and fresh. They serve really good quality and quantity. Moreover, price is reasonable as compared to most of the restaurants in Vancouver.

Their food is tasty but delivery services I don’t really like because they sometimes FORGET to seal your order because they are out of STAPLE pins.

Ordered Paneer Burji and it was just grated paneer with peas. There was no flavour to it at all. Disappointed that a good restaurant has turned into this.

One of the first names you hear if you are a new Indian student in Vancouver. Dhaliwal has some amazing Indian sweets - there jalebi and ladoos are some of the best out here. The shop also offers some eatables like sandwiches or shakes.

Unfortunately, there is no dine-in, but you will not be disappointed with the quality of the sweets. A well maintained, hygienic space.

I went there last night and have tried the veggie burger which was beyond my expectations. It was too good I will definitely go back to this place to have the veggie burger and lamb Korma again. I just wanna say Thankyou for making my day.

It’s a perfect place to order food from. Food here is really delicious. Perfect for someone who’s craving for Indian taste in this foreign land. The hygiene is magnificent, as well as the staff here is really polite and considerate. Definitely give this restaurant a try and I bet you’ll never regret this decision. <3

I just ordered karahi paneer, and I must say that it’s perfect! Really love this place.

I order a veggie samosa 10 pcs and the girl told me it takes only 7 minute for but it takes 45 minutes for my order I so diss appointment. Poor customer service I used to ordered thier all the time there service was great but know so bad.

I’ll never come back! Waited for more than 30 minutes for 2 boxes of sweets. The lady that was serving us kept stopping to take phone orders and made such a mess. They gave us the wrong boxes, we came back right away and the made us wait 20 more minutes to get a refund. Rude and AWFUL service! Never again!

Really really bad service i had experienced. I order online from uber app, when i reached there they guys start arguing with me and behave rude and saying that your order is already picked up. They guys are irresponsible. They refuse me to give my order when i ask because its their mistake to give somebody else my order.

They have best Raj Kachori, Samosas and Chana Bhatura. Gulab jamun that comes with Chana Bhatura is like bonus!

Just order Manchuria and taste it you will know pain of that food! Omg the chef made sweet Manchuria and I know they have sweets in store I think he mixed all sweets in Manchuria

Today ordered shahi paneer and garlic naans. Trust me worst food ever had. Never go there. Totally waste of money. I threw whole food into garbage.

Well, no right cutleries, third time with my Uber eats order. I specially called them after placing the order the girl sent 4 spoons for regular noodles. Why would you do that guys? Do you eat noodles with 4 spoons? Or you’re out of stock for forks? Sometimes people eat outside away from their house so they need cutlery to eat the food! Don’t do this with customers read the instructions carefully on your orders. Please

Wow! Delicious! Excellent value & excellent service! They have visually appealing sweets and my take-out order was perfectly cooked crispy pakoras, and all the sauces they include for no extra were an added surprise bonus!

Price are on the higher end compared to some other shops in Fraser street. Tried the Dahi Gol Gappe and it was disappointing. Too many sauces and sides, but the actual Gol Gappes were so tiny.

Not my favourite anymore. Found that they raised the price on samosas and were extremely greasy. Broke through the bag.

Lucky is the reason I go to this store. He is one of the best employees always eager to help. Whenever he is not around and you order, you are bound to get your order wrong or Dhaliwal Sweets will give you stale flatbreads which are heated and packed. Overall food quality is average, customer service sucks very badly. Lucky 5 star for you for being polite.

Last time i ordered in advance, 1 plate pakora and 2 chai, when i went inside after 15 mins, the lady told me my order will still take 10 more mins. I waited outside and when i went back in she told me that they are out of paneer pakora! My concern is not an item being out of stock, it is just that they should inform earlier. Should have informed on phone pr at-least when i went inside. Other than that, what did she make me wait 25-30 mins for? Chai? Seriously?

Poor quality food. Management pays no heed to review or concern posted. No one just cares about the special instructions. Lol. Trusted n verified today.

This review is especially for simran. Zero customer service, zero politeness but tons and tons of attitude even after making the mistake in my order which I had especially instructed while placing the order.

It is the best Punjabi style sweet and restaurant. All their preparation are very tasty and if you want to satisfy your Punjabi taste buds I would highly recommend this place.

Best place for samosas hands down and you don't need to go to Surrey to get the best deal on it either. We have had their jalebis and other sweets, and the front staff is super kind (they handed out a free sweet to my daughter). Amazing place with amazing people!

Very poor quality of gravy for malayi kofta and shahi paneer. This has happened thrice with me. This time it felt that they have started using frozen gravy. Highly disappointed.
