Diamond Bar Equipment

Diamond Bar Equipment is a great gem in our community of Aldergrove. We've been taking our equipment there for servicing for a few years now and they do great work. On top of that, they are so dang nice. Truly! Two thumbs up for an excellent experience.

What a Zoo behind the counter.
Went in to order new parts for my Honda trimmer.
The young lady that assisted me first, was pleasant and helpful until the older guy wearing the grey beard took over.
He couldn't focus on what I required.
In fact, he seemed uninterested in aswering any questions.
When I asked for a pen to write down the name of each item I needed to replace the plastic gas tank, he threw the pen in my direction even though he was standing right across from me.
I asked a question regarding the name of the piece that joins the fuel line from the tank to the engine and as I looked up, he was more interested in listening in the conversation the other two were having with the Postal Worker delivering the mail.
What an unproffessional experience.
Since he wasnt interested in assisting me, I walked out vowing to never return and do my best to let other associates know of my experince.
I had heard that there are new owners.
Definetly not the same customer service as Bruce and his staff had.
I've purchased 4 pieces of equipment from Bruce and everyone was a fabulous experience.
One Honda mower, Toro Mower, Pressure Washer and Chain saw.
After this morning's experience, I am definetly taking our business elsewhere.
I'd hate to see what their Service Depatment is like now.

Love this place great people great staff fast custom service great place to buy garden supplies and get lawn mower repaired.

I was under the gun…. Cows were breaching the fence and the gas meter-reader was spitting nails at me for the over grown blackberries. The rain was coming. I had the weed eater in for repair. Picked it up this morning. Brought it home. The problem restarted. Time was running out (as was my patience with the weed eater).

I called Bob. He said to bring it back in right away. Rita and Bruce met me. They TOTALLY “got it”. Sent me away with a new “loaner” while they figured out the problem.

Who has customer service like this anymore?

I will continue to purchase all my equipment from these folks. They stand behind everything they sell (even if the warranty has expired…. They still want to help!) They’re the real deal! (I beat the rain, the electric fence is up, the cows are safe and the meter reader will be thrilled!).

Thanks soooo much, Diamond Bar team. I really appreciate all you do.

This is one of the best Companies I have ever dealt with. Fair pricing, great, knowledgeable staff and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Not impressed right now. Told us our lawnmower was ready for pickup, but would be closing all weekend for the long weekend. Said they’d be open regular hours (until 5 pm) Friday, so my husband took time off work to pick it up. He was there by 4: 25 pm and they were already closed. He had told them the day before he’d be coming by to pick it up. Had wanted the mower as we have family coming to town and wanted to do our lawn.
Service has been fine to date, but this does not make us happy, especially when my husband had told them he’d be coming by.

Purchased Toro EZT mower. Bruce is extremely knowledgable. Listenes to your needs and makes a recommendation based on the fact that he tries all the different makes and models.

I overheard the sales people bragging about how they feed customers wrong information so that they have to bring back the machines for repair. Apparently this is how they get most of their business?

Great place. Always a great experience. My favorite saw shop. They treat us like family. Highly recommended.
