Diamond Blue Nail Spa

Just got my nails done here and it's -0/10 for me, when I got there they made me wait an hour after telling me to come at a certain time, got into the chair and the owner was working on a lady and didn't stop her set for me which is how it's done, you don't stop out of no where to start a new set which is what he did to me, stopped after applying the acrylic and started this other persons set, after this I'm 100% sure he used a USED FILE AND DRILL BIT ON ME, so unsanitary! And kept filing my nails so roughly, after that he put the gel polish on my nails so sloppy on the sides and not even to the cuticle. I'm a nail tech so I know this isn't a good service at all! Unprofessional and disgusting really. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Idk where they got these licenses from!

This is my third time here and my experience was great. The technician did exactly what I asked for. He was thorough and made sure I liked them every step of the way.

My heals felt mostly nice but he cut the side of my big toe so now I need to worry about infection. Kept pushing shellac even after I said I'm not a fan. Cut down the sides of the big tow nails which causes ingrown nails.

I’m here having a deluxe pedicure and they are taking their time making sure my feet and toes are perfect! This is my new go to for a pedicure! A+

I’ve had many pedis over the years and this place is by far the best pedi I’ve EVER gotten! The girls were amazing and the owner, Jack is very very precise to guarantee perfection… not to mention the thorough massage the give prior. I live in Kelowna and visit chilliwack often… I would wait to go back to chilliwack just to visit this business again. Amazing. If you catch them on a lucky day you might get to meet to two most well behaved poodles Tom & Jerry so awesome!

Love getting my pedicure from Vye. She does an excellent job and the best massage that is never rushed.

Jade is really great, she does an amazing job. Just tell her what you want and she'll do exactly what you asked her to do.

Moved to chilliwack just under 2 years ago and I tried a couple places for pedicures before here. I am always happy with the pedi services. Everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly and welcoming! They also give the best foot/leg massages during!

Got my nails done for the first Time at Diamond spa and it was the worst ever. Every nail was different shapes and it was rushed. Man had really gross nails and legit was scratching his armpits and body and legit never switched the towel out after another person using it

I thought, upon entering, the greeting was nil. "What can we do? I stated I made an appt, for the time I entered. The acted as no clue. As all busy, told to sit down in chair. I'm not sure why they call this a SPA, nothing spa about it. Cramped, bit messy, and the spa music was in one ear on right as The Children's cooking show on TV, at same volume. Irritating! No communication except smart remarks when asking questions of costs. The gal that did my pedicure put same pink cream on calf 3-4x in a row. No big deal here. No thx to this. SPA? Lol.

Awesome place for nails and toes! The staff is very friendly and they always do a great job!

I had an appointment booked for 10: 00. Showed up 5 minutes early and people who showed up after me got seen before me. After waiting for 15 minutes and not being served. I just walked out. 100%. Do not recommend

The nicest set of acrylic nails I’ve ever had! I hate getting my nails done normally but had to get them done for a wedding. The staff here have 30+ years of experience and are very good. They even stayed late to finish my pedicure and were super friendly. Highly recommend!

Best Place to get your nails done! Jack is very accommodating and his staff are amazing! I drive from Kelowna just for him to do my fill. 5 stars!

I've had 4 techs and they've all been exactly what I wanted. Bring a picture if you have it - they can do it! I'm here every 2 weeks and love it! They've done my teens mani/pedi and I've seen little princess mani pedicures too! They're very kind and patient.

Blue Diamond Nail Spa is top tier. I called and was able to come right down for a nail appointment. Fast and efficient. The Nails look amazing. I definitely will be booking more appointments. A must try nail salon

3 of us booked an appointment and waited half an hour to get in because they over booked themselves for the amount of people they have working there.
We got the deluxe pedicure with gel polish which includes paraffin, the paraffin was so hot and they just threw the bags on our feet and burnt all 3 of us
I got cut on the side of my toe
My nails are crooked and she didn’t work on my cuticles at all and now the polish is falling off my toes from improper prep
Been here twice before and had a good experience but today was absolutely terrible and we’re all extremely unhappy with the service we received and quite sore from the too hot paraffin wax.
100% do not recommend anymore!

So happy with my nails! They said "we can do anything you like, " and so I chose an intricate design for a special occasion, and I was more than happy with the results! Very professional, pays attention to detail, takes their time and the finished product looks amazing. I definitely recommend Diamond Blue Nail Spa for a manicure. And I believe their pedicures are outstanding as well. They are very accommodating with booking. This is the best nail salon I've ever been to, and the best manicure I've ever had. Thanks so much!

Went to get my brows waxed, she tore off a strip of my skin. So glad I’ll look more presentable for job interviews this week.

Very clean and bright workspace. Nice friendly staff. More expensive than some places but worth it.

I have Visited them couple of times and their service is always been great.showed them the picture of design that I wanted and the results were even better than that. Love this place and the staff.

I booked a leg wax and was extremely disappointed. Both the outsides and inside sections weren't completed, just the front and back, I had to go home and shave off the rest. Took 2 hours and the spots that were done weren't fully complete either. There wasn't much for conversation and you could hear the other employees watching television in the empty chairs in the next room.

Wonderful experience got Mani pedis with my husband and it was quite enjoyable so happy they could get us in last minute and I love my new gel nails

My acrylic nails were all broken off within a week. Wasn't cheap. Wast of money. Had to go to another place to get them replaced. I now know the difference of a good manicure and a bad one. My pedicure was done by a lady in training and the man was critical of her work.redid my toes and the top layer of my polish chipped off right away.

This was the best place I have been to so far. The pedicure was thorough and the price was good. Everything was on time and the atmosphere was lovely. 10/10 would go back any time. I will be recommending it to all my girlfriends.

Shaping was uneven and wonky even after mentioning it and i was cut multiple times.too bad because i was stoked to get a new set!

Visited a few times as Jack use to do my acrylics in Abbotsford at Blue and Pink nails on Mt. Lehman Rd. I'm currently placing shellac on my nails but had to stop going here. When taking off the old shellac, they drill your nail bed right down leaving them thin and weak. I would pay over $100 with tip for a mani/pedi with shellac and I would have to return within a week to get them fixed, it took me almost 3 months to grow them healthy again. I don't recommend Diamond Blue Nails as they don't take care, their professionalism stops once they get to know you and then the work gets sloppy. They don't listen to what you want done or how you would like your nails shaped. Ladies in the shop are supper nice but not licensed.
