I had the pleasure of working with Glen from Diamonds & Design Jewelry, and had a fantastic experience. I had purchased my own loose diamond and had a gold wedding ring already. Glen's knowledge helped with choosing a new setting and resizing the ring.

I came with my engagement ring prongs lifted and I was worried that I would lose my diamond. The jeweller where we got the ring from is far and I was concerned I would have to ship my ring.

I called a few places and Glen told me to stop by and he will take a look at it. Within a few minutes he fixed my ring! And even polished my ring! The ring looks like brand new!
