I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.
I had a broken computer in my working van and the technician came outside to work in my van saving me to unplug 14 cables out oh my complex computer. He troubleshoot everything but he couldn’t really fix it because it was a motherboard issue. He spent there about 40 minutes trying to help me and he didn’t charge me a single cent.
A guy like him is rare to find. The new generation should learn from him. He is an example about professionalism and honesty.
I want to say just one more thing to him: Respect!

Digi trash computers. My mom went there to swap out her battery for her laptop and they gave her a non OEM battery. She called me up to see why her computer wasn't turning on.

First, there were screws missing from the bottom.

Second, the battery doesn't say HP on it.

Third, the battery was swapped out in October of last year and it's stuck at 18% battery for the last 3 months. This is just trash high school handy work. So disappointing.

Honest, efficient, and easy-going. I was prepared to pay a few hundred dollars for motherboard issues in my tower PC but when the problem turned out much easier to solve there was no attempt to upsell or pressure me for upgrades.

For turn-around, I let them know there was no rush for my machine but they still followed up with me twice the same day to keep me up to date and discuss options. My availability was the only obstacle to same-day service!

I’ll be coming here from now on whether it’s to purchase upgrades or, eventually, replace my machine altogether.

Amazing work. My phone was completely smashed and I had important data on it that wasn’t saved and he was able to save it and change the housing completely and now it’s functioning as a new phone.

I went to repair my laptop they couldnt repair but then also charged me$40. Will never go there again.

It was a great experience very knowledgeable person he knows what he’s doing the best part was he didn’t try to upsell and got my laptop fixed for a very reasonable price however when I went to different store earlier even spending almost the same amount didn’t work but this place was just the best…

Agha at Digi-Tech was knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful with my computer issues. I went in due to a crash with my operating system, Agha took a look and told me it could be a hardware issue (in which case he was honest to recommend just buying a new laptop) or it could be a windows issue which would be a $75 fix. I left the store and he called me within 5 mins to come back.

He did a hard reset and it fixed the issue. He was honest, didn't charge me, and advised me on what to do to avoid the issue in future. I will be back with any issues for my phone or laptop in future. Thank you Agha!
