Dignity Roofing & Exteriors - Kamloops

This company did not complete the chimney flashing as part of the roof job and told me on the last day I would need to hire a mortor work contractor to complete that part of the job and I was unable to find another contractor to do that work. I recommend to use a roofing company that includes chimney flashing in the scope.

Just had my gutters and roof redone on my rental in Kamloops. Oscar and the team were incredible! We had a poor experience in the past with another roofing company and I shared that with Oscar. I don’t know if he took extra special care of us because of that or if this is just how they roll, but great work fellas!

They communicated clearly, and often; we were never in the dark in regards to anything and we always knew what was going to happen next.

The work was very well done and prompt as promised. The team was very polite and respectful and didn’t have any problems answering all my silly questions and going above and beyond with any requests we had, and to be fair. There was a lot! Lol Not easy to coordinate a project like this in person… never mind over the phone, but they did great! Not gunna lie… I think the place was cleaner when they left compared to when they got there.

Over all; they provided a superior service for a great rate and made everything clear and convenient. Would recommend them to anyone!

This rude estimator was driving around my neighborhood looking at our house for something to fix, we have signs on our door stating no soliciting, no agents, no salesmen of any kind! This ignorant character proceeds to hang out and ring our doorbell multiple times.
