I was looking to invest some of my liquid capital into property but wasn't in a position to make mortgage payments. Chris helped me acquire a couple of pre build condos in the last waterfront area available in Vancouver. This acquisition met all my needs mentioned above as well as my need for options to keep or flip the properties once they are built.
