Just an FYI if you need to cancel your appointment just so people are aware. You will be charged $25 fee that is not stated anywhere on her window. At the front of her businesshe has lost me as a customer and guaranteed she will lose many more.

We have been to Dip n Clip several times now and each grooming session has been awesome for our labradoodle! They are always very pleasant and do an excellent job with our dog. On occasions they have given our dog a pretty bow tie and today she was given a cute little bandana! ️ I would highly recommend Dip n Clip!

Staff were so kind with my high anxiety doodle, but as of recent harder to book appointments with, and no timely response from the owner for service. Great groomer though if you can get in!

I am very disappointed with your service. I was hoping to become a costumer but unfortunately it won't happen. My dog had had short haircuts in the past, but never looked so terrible. His cut is uneven all the way through. There are shorter patches all over his body as if he's recovering from a medical treatment. I specifically asked you for no shaving, but you shaved his bottom area. He is very uncomfortable and is constantly licking the shaved area. Even his face is cut uneven and really badly. He never looked like this after grooming before. And I paid a very high price for this uneven cut and careless service.
Now, I hope you grant me the right to be upset with your service and write my honest review here. Believe me, people are allowed to be unhappy with your service and leave their review online.
I didn't write anything at the beginning and only left my rating as I didn't want to be mean to you. Thank you for going the extra mile to call a customer insulting and unfair for not being happy with your service, instead of apologizing for your poor service.

Love my experience there. Erin does both my dogs and is very knowledgeable. She does an excellent job and puts up with my one fidgety dog. Lol Highly recommend her!

Also does an amazing job! Our Golden can be excitable and Erin manages to wash, brush, and trim him up without a complaint.

I have been taking my dog to Dip and Clip for a few years now, she always comes back well groomed and happy. I have always found Erin to be Professional and my dog has never shown any fear at going to see her.

This facility is not a good fit for a sensitive or timid dog. Her approach and her business environment were not a good place for my sensitive dog to build his confidence and rapport with a groomer. Watching her drag my dog across the floor and try to shove him into a kennel was not ideal in instilling my confidence in her as a safe animal handler, and the experience was definitely stressful for my sensitive dog. The facility was a noisy, messy, and stressful environment. There were multiple dogs being worked on simultaneously, while others waited in kennels. There were no safety questions asked about vaccines or other contagious illnesses from my dog and no COVID screening, hand sanitization, or masks being worn when greeting new clients. I also found the business practices to be unprofessional, uninformed, and inexperienced. All around I do not recommend this business.

I've been taking my little pups to Dip n Clip for the past year. Erin is amazing at what she does and always does a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend this place!

We recently moved to Maple Ridge and called different dog grooming places some were not taking new clients or didnt call back.
Erin called back the same day and I was able to get an appointment within 1 week or so. Friendly staff and service, our goldendoodle was happy when I picked him up and he looks great.

Brought in two goldens out of the blue.to see about getting there nails clipped.and they did it right there and then awsome

We rescued a pomeranian who's coat was a mess. He had been in a harness that wasnt removed for months. Our vet wanted us to sedate and shave him.
When Erin was recommended to us we were so excited she was willing to help us save his coat.
Our little guy came out of her shop a whole new dog. She salvaged his whole coat. And he is so handsome!
Plus her price was excellent!

They are very easy to work with, fast and efficient, my large golden doodle came home with the perfect cut and she was super happy. I’ll definitely be going back to Dip N Clips!

My Cocker Spaniel puts up such a fight well getting his hair cut, that dog groomers have refused to cut his hair. Erin seem to be the only one groomer that is able to control him. Erin gets five stars
