Customer service is great and is always very polite, love all the employees they will all definitely be invited to my wedding in the future.

Employees are really polite and really nice really recommended they had everything I was looking for.

Gem of a sneaker shop. First time in today to try on some kicks for tomorrow's drop and scooped up some Max 1s. Great customer service and old school vibes.

The staff are all very nice! Marianne, Solly, and Ishy all helped me and were very patient and kind! Thank you guys for making the experience so enjoyable! I will fs recommend this store to friends and family!

I’ve been a customer of dipt for years, Iv purchased hoodies for me and my kids, shirts for my whole family, my wife has purchased items, needless to say Iv been a good customer. But this time, I placed an order online, which upon pick, came to find they mixed up one of the items. No big deal right? Well when I called them to tell them about the mix up, they assured me the replacement was at the store and to just come by and grab it. So i send my employee there the next day as I didn’t have time to go, and when he gets there they try to charge him an addition $30 for trading the hoodie that I received for the one I originally purchased. My employee didn’t have any money so he left empty handed. I phone them back and explain the situation of me being there twice now and still don’t have what I paid for. They apologized and assured me they would rectify it and promised me some “extras” to Make up for it. I send the employee back a second time (third trip back) and all they give him was the hoodie, no extra’s that were promised. Pretty disappointed in the lack of communication between the staff.it a shame to cause I really like their products, but I won’t be shopping here anymore, way to much of a headache.

I Visit the store often, whether it’s a sneaker release or just checking things out. From my past experiences, the employees at the place do their best to help customers and build a community.

Just went to Get Dipt after 4 years to grab more Exclusive Vancity Merchandise since I move between Vancity and the 6ix Toronto. Was greeted right away by the amazing, handsome Solomon P. There was another handsome sales associate in a bball jersey whom I did not get a chance to grab their name. Together they both provided exceptional customer service for me when I purchased some hats. Much love to these two guys for there help today and will definitely return to this store next time I'm in town.

A must visit store for any visitor in Vancouver. Vancity bro.
