If I could give some constructive criticism, hold times for phone calls can be a bit long at times.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sent my EcoDiesel ECM to them to be tuned. Once I got it back, it said no communication and the truck says, "Press button and clutch to start" (and it's an automatic transmission). Took it to a close friend who's now saying it might be ruined and is gonna cost me over a grand to buy a new one. TAKE YOUR MODULE'S ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM RUINED!

I ordered a programmer for my diesal Colorado and after they took my money I got an email from them saying they suspected fraud and the only way I could verify was if my I.d. Had the same address as where I wanted the item shipped. The previous residence had been sold and the current address is hotels. They cancelled my order taking it on themselves to treat me like a criminal. They suck

Purchased tunes for my duramax zf6 and truck was running poorly as far as shifting for the manual and went to modify and they locked out my Ecm so I couldn’t modify my own truck and I would have to go back to them to retune. Not happy with my purchase.

I just wanted to spend a min and thank Chris t for all the help from walking me throw everything I needed and letting me now what will and will not work 10 out off 10 service from u guys even doing my order over the phone because my Internet out in the bush wasn't working thanks man

Do you guys ever answer the phone? And the hold message is like torture. Only funny the first time.

Having been on the fence to do a delete on my Eco diesel I contacted Dirty and was confident with there products and service.
When sending the ECM to be flashed I was assured it would be a quick turnaround usually the same day. They ended up having it for a week and than shipped it back UPS standard shipping.
This took my truck out for more than twice the time I had been assured of.
It seams to work as promised but they missed the mark with the service.
