Super happy with the amazing customer service. Take note of the quality of the personal service you get here. I was provided some options and as luck would have it they were able to get my new tires on that same consult visit. All the work was done in 1hr, including fixing my bent wheel (thank you winter potholes). The staff is polite and courteous and equally as fast. They have my loyalty and future recommendations.

Update: So interesting. I took my spare tire/wheel and drove the over 20 km for the excellent service. Needed a new valve; the tire is new - only needed a valve stem ($2.79 at Canadian Tire). The young fellow who was fantastic last time was not there or I didn't see him. The other fellow told me it would be $100.and I should go to another tire shop. Learning experience for me: it makes a big difference which staff one deals with in any business. PS I had a valve stem snap a few years ago and that shop replaced it at no charge. Oh well life is good.

Stopped in for a seasonal tire change, work was done in the time frame I was told and found the charge to be reasonable. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Stay away from this place! These guys are super super shady and will charge you for work they don’t even do. Absolute worst these guys should be out of business. And they deleted my last review shows you how much of scum bags they really are.

The staff at Discount Tires in South Surrey is amazing! Connor spent a long time trying to find a potential leak in one of our tires. He checked thoroughly and Ryan didn’t charge me when nothing could be found. Ryan and Connor were courteous and professional. Showed up at their door without an appointment during the snow storm. 1 hour later I was on the road with appropriate tires. 10/10 for everything, appreciate it

They will let some 15 year old kid damage all your rims and won't repair. I guess that's what you get for going to "Discount Tire".
They said they will repair, made me drive around to different rim repair shops, and waste gas, get a rental car. Only to say sorry we can't fix them for you.
I work for a local dealership we send them lots of business, I guess not repairing my rims means more to them then future busines from our dealership.

Had a nail in my tire and went to Discount Tire hoping they can fix it. Mark Halon, the owner was friendly, helpful and honest. I was in and out of the shop within the hour with no need to change or buy new tires. This is quite different from another store that I went earlier that told me I needed to buy a pair of tires costing me almost $1k and they my existing tire cannot be fixed and thread is worn. Didn’t make any sense to me considering my car is quite new with only 20km. Anyways thanks to Discount Tire/Mark & team who took care of me, was very honest and helped me patch my tire. Highly recommend anyone to Discount Tire.

My bestie Ryan from RG Diagnostics asked me to take my BMW to Discount Tires. He said they have the best equipment and will ensure there is no damage to the rims. At Discount Tires, they filled the tire in question to the manufacturer recommended PSI and voila there were no issues. Turned out the tire was okay. I drove away with a big smile on my face. The nice guys didn't charge me anything. Have they won me over? Sure they have! Thanks Discount Tire.
