Ive been coming here for years for threading and nails. There seems to be all new staff here now. Possibly the worst manicure ive ever gotten. We moved but I still made the trip to come here. After this, never again.

Went for my second time to get my eyebrows threaded and got the same amazing result I got last time as well! They know what they’re doing and have great customer service, totally recommend to anyone.

Been going here for years, and it's always a 10/10 experience. I have done the facials and they are incredibly relaxing, and their Shellac Mani/Pedi with Sugar Scrub and Hot Towel. Their services have never been a disappointment, the staff always going above and beyond to do their best.

Been coming here for at least 2.5 years now and their service is excellent. I recommend this place to everyone!

Facial and brow Services are amazing but miscommunications and customer relationship management can be worked on.

Worst experience of my life. The girl literally did not what she was doing. I was uncomfortable the whole time and I came out with uneven eyebrows. She didn’t even apply aloe vera afterwards snd properly massage me. Terrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE.

Amazing experience! I came with a set of nails that I didn’t like from another place, Maria made time to help me get them remove with out an appointment needed she really understood my frustration.for sure I will become a regular of Diva brown & spa

I got gel nails done here but it started to crack early & had weird brown streaks appear in my pink gels. I didn't go back to get it fixed as I didn't have the time. However, my nails started to become soft and brittle so the gel needed to be removed. The staff was super helpful in removing & caring for my nails which suffered badly after getting my first gels. Their brow threading service is hit or miss - they go really fast so you get what you pay for. Cheap but effective. They can mess up your eyebrows if you're not careful.

Very kind, pay attention to what they are doing and very efficient with their time. Cost is amazing!

The ladies over at Diva, know what they're doing! I pay a little under $10 once a month and get clean, beautiful brows. There is never a wait and the ladies are very quick but diligent. They sanitize your hands and you assist in stretching you eyelids. Afterwards, they also offer aloe vera gel that they massage onto your face. My brows were thinned unevenly one time but after mentioning the next time, the threader was great at fixing the problem. My go to spot!

Really great staff, very reasonable prices and excellent services. This place is very clean also. I really enjoy the fact that you are not suffocated by harsh fumes like other salons.

Would not go back to this place. I've been here a few times to get my eyebrows threaded and every time it's the most unwelcoming experience. The ladies who thread the eyebrows always look angry and annoyed like they hate being there. And the work they do is terrible, my eyebrows are always mismatched. Would not return

Always friendly service, sometimes theres a bit of a wait. Only eyebrow place I’ve gone to in the last two years, they have the best eyebrow aunties!

Edit: I like this place but, I am not happy with my last threading here. I specifically had told the brow bar staff that I would like to keep my brows thick, and advised her to not take off too much hair, but my eyebrows came out totally uneven, and one is too thin.

Nice eyebrow threading, at a reasonable price. Staff are experienced and polite. The salon itself has a nice ambiance.

I love going to Diva for threading and waxing. The place is always super clean and getting an appointment is so easy. I always book with Raman, she is really good at eyebrow threading. With waxing, Raman is super patient and makes you feel comfortable, with minimum to no pain. Definitely recommend this place.

I always end up back at this salon. Their quality to prices is incomparable. Get my nails, eyelashes, eyebrows and waxing done from here. Highly recommend!

I visited Diva Brow Bar every 3-4 weeks while I've been living in BC. They are walk in only for brow & upper lip threading and have always been super fast. I usually go mid-day and there was only one time I had to wait for about 15 mins. All the staff are very kind and professional. I love threading because it's gentle on my skin and very precise. They do a great job and I would recommend it to anyone I know!

They were super nice, professional and kind with me I really recommend this place also the results of my eyebrows are really good! If I’ll live here in Vancouver this will be my favorite beauty spa

I decided to come here after seeing the reviews and they did not disappoint! I booked ahead of time to ensure I was able to get in. They are punctual but do mind you they do get busy! I got a pedicure done and my eyebrows threaded. They use quality products and proper sanitization which is what I look for. The service for both were AWESOME! My toes look so nice and the lady took care of my feet properly. My eyebrows were super clean as well. I drove 35 minutes to get here and it was well worth it! It is hard to find great service, a clean salon and friendly employees. Will be coming back.:)

Had my eyebrows threaded. The lady screwed up and created a bald spot in my arch. Completely dissatisfied.

Had my face threaded and eyebrows tinted.

Threading was amazing, however I asked for dark blonde or light brown eyebrows tinted. What I got was a dark brown almost black colouring that doesn't match my skin tone, hair colouring or maturing age.

The woman was very nice and sworn up and down that this is a medium brown (still not what I asked for) and that it matches my hair (it doesn't, I'm a fair redhead) that it will fade.

In the meantime I'm walking around with colored brows that do not match anything about my appearance.

She did not charge me for the tinting, which I appreciate a lot, and I left her a tip.

Please in the future, listen to what your clients are asking.for.
I know that for my skin and how I soak up colour I only required 3-5mins. Not 12 mins. Please use a colour swatch for matching colours. One shade does fit all.

Will I use their services again? Yes, but not for tinting.

Pros:
staff very friendly and environment pleasent and clean. Good customer service (not charging me for the tint)

Cons:
not listening or knowing what the client is asking for. (for this particular experience)
Not enough parking for thr plaza in itself. That's not divas problem but they live there so it's a pain

Went for a brow lamination and Maria (who is also the new owner) went out of her way to accommodate my last minute appointment. She moved around her schedule to fit me in; unreal! Super professional, kind, friendly, and very clean. Rose was an absolute delight to do my eyebrows. One of the best laminations I’ve had! Highly recommend.

Very pleased with my service today. I got my Brazilian wax done by Raman and she took her time to make sure the service went comfortably for me. Will be coming back to book with her:)

I been a regular customer here for awhile. I get waxing and threading done on a regular basis. Alot has changed unfortunately. New owner, less employees and longer waits. Alot of the regular worker's left this place bcuz of bad micromanagement and the lady boss isn't so nice. The wait time's have tripled for walk-ins.so expect 15 to 30min. On another note, If you're going to tip your girl, cash it, don't credit the tip. The owner takes a share for herself. This is coming from a worker whom I trust and she quit bcuz of it. This use to be a great place.not anymore unfortunately.

I've been going here to get wax done. Kuldeep was great and made my experience comfortable. All the other ladies have been so great! Definitely recommend this place!

This is THE place to go for eyebrow threading and Biogel nails! I have been coming here for a few months now, and won't go anywhere else. Leah always takes such good care of my nails and I never have to worry. Forever a Diva supporter!

They did a wonderful job and they have a great price for eyebrows. The only thing was that the walk in wait for threading was over 25+ minutes.

The nail tech who did my manicure was so gentle and did such a great job. My shellac still looks brand new a week later! They also allowed me to get my eyebrows threaded and lashes tinted without an appointment which was very kind as they seemed busy. Will be returning for sure, very happy with their service.

I have been seeing Ranjeeta for 16 or so years to do my eyebrows. I've been following her to whatever salon she works at. She's an expert at eyebrows. I am very Heartbroken that she is no longer there anymore. I know I am not the ONLY person who feels that way. She is a HUGE asset to the business and i am not entirely sure why she decided to leave with the change of ownership. I went in this week for the first time since the new owners took over. Both the pedicure girl and the brow lady were very nice but i left unhappy. Brows just dont look symmetrical or the shape i had. New owner seemed overwhelmed. Sadly I will not be going back. Sad but guess all great things always come to an end.

I had my first Brazilian wax done here and have been going ever since. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and make you feel super comfortable. Plus it’s a great rate! Would highly recommend.

I visited here to get the brazillian waxing done today.
The old lady, who did it for me definitely unprofessional and unhygienic.she's keep using the same paper strip and spatula.also it was soo painful

I could say It was worst Brazilian waxing ever.
The old lady who was waxing wasn’t professional with her job. She went same point a lot of time and she even failed once which was really painful.
The worst thing was that It wasn’t clean. She used same paper lots of time. And when it was finished there were still lots of hairs and looked like it was just ripped. It had to look like was pulled. My skin is still red and hurt. I do not have any allergic and I’ve been waxing for 6months.
I’ll NEVER go again.

Super happy with my Nails. The salon is clean and feels professional. The technician Nancy is fantastic and friendly. She had a perfectionistic quality so my nails were done to perfection, absolutely happy. The shellac is done right up next to the nail bed and around every corner. Perfectly even nails

I go here every 3-5 weeks to get my brows done. For what you get for the price, I don't even want to think of checking out another brow bar. Service here is always friendly and never once have I seen an employee make a mistake or a customer make a fuss.

They do not do walk ins even when the place is half empty. And the girl at the front desk gave me a "oh.you do have an appointment? Sorry" but crinkled her face at me in a "really. " kind of attitude. She didn't check the wait times, didn't ask any of the staff if they would have time. I can not comment on the quality of their work which I've heard good things. But I can comment on the rude staff. It's a shame as I wanted to try their threading and full mani-pedi.

Clean and pleasant place with lots of space and light. Comfortable atmosphere. I had standard manicure and pedicure done here. Friendly staff. Wide selection of polish colours. But I wasn’t quite satisfied with the quality of manicure itself. And I wasn’t even offered any polish drying. I wouldn’t really care much, but I was driving, and had fun times trying to pull out my car keys afterwards.

I went here because I seen they had very good reviews so I wanted to see what it was all about!
So on Saturday I got a shellac spa manicure done and Sunday it started peeling off completely, literally 1 day later all of it came off.

This had never happened to me before with other places I have gone too. The girl was friendly but her attention to detail and focus were not there. Also she said they do not do nail art there, nor do they have many colour selections.

When I called the lady got me in again and they've redone my nails at no charge. (Of course I wouldn't pay anyways for their mess up) this was a kind action on their point however would I return to get my nails done here? Most likely not. I'd rather get Quality product over customer service anytime.

It's very clean and friendly and always smells really nice when you walk in. I hate getting my eyebrows threaded as I blister everytime but the ladies here are so amazing I haven't blistered since getting them done here. Price point is excellent as well! Mani peddi's are awesome too!

I have done my eyebrows tint for the first time. I told the Lady to give me a darker shade. But it was too light and didn't look like I had done anything new on my eyebrows. Also kinda ruin my shape. Very disappointed

My wife goes there for eyebrow threading. Reasonable price and very quick. Only issue are the hours. From time to time she has to go elsewhere because they are closed.

This place is great when i brought my wife to have her new nail painting here. Price is reasonable too.

I had a pedicure done here and it was great! The salon itself is super clean with comfy chairs for pedicures and the nail tech was not overly chatty (which I like) but did communicate to make sure I got the shape and colour I wanted. The prices can’t be beat! Recommend and I’ll definitely be going back to treat my self.

Normally this is the only place I ever come to get my eyebrows done as they are always excellent so I thought I would give getting a pedicure here a shot which was a mistake. The lady working on my feet was in training, she applied the jell to the bottoms of my feet before removing the calluses, I still had calluses on my feet when I left but I could overlook that. It was when she took the callus jell and started rubbing it up my legs which ended up causing chemical burns where it started to go south. As I was just looking at her all confused the pain and burning started. I had to say ow a few times before the other lady stopped her. The following hot towel and hot stone massage probably only made things worse at this point for my VERY swollen and raw skin. I proceeded to get my toes painted pink as I was told French tips was not possible for my small toes (normally this is not an issue at other places) while my male friend asked for a clear coat which they did not take seriously and he didn’t not end up receiving. I would like to blame the lady that was I n training for this terrible experience but it’s clear she did not received enough training. It’s been almost a month now and the blisters on my legs have still not healed. Definitely will be looking for a new place for pedicures and eyebrow threading after this visit.

Booked 3 weeks early for my girlfriends birthday 2 mani pedi's. They promised both technicians would be in, day of only one tech, no call, expected me to just not participate. Doing nails together was the entire point of the appointment and she was very disappointed.

The woman who gave me a manicure was very rude to me and she messed up on a few fingers. I wasn't impressed.

I would definitely go for threading though. They were really good and they have fair prices.

Amazing inexpensive brow threading (and face threading) short wait times. Quick in and out. Highly recommend!

Parking was quite full when I arrived. The customer service could be better on the phone and when greeted. I had a lower leg wax and the price was good but was disappointed with the service. The wax coverage was poor and my legs were not smooth. My appointment was less than 15 mins and felt rushed.
