Diver Lake Dental Clinic

I find this clinic to be well run and organized. All of the staff, professional and support staff, communicate clearly in a friendly and engaging manner. Explanations are given freely and questions answered well. I highly recommend.

I love the staff and the atmosphere at Diver Lake Dental. They made me feel as comfortable and they were patient with me every step of the way in order to make sure that I was receiving the best service and experience possible. Any questions I had were answered readily and I had complete confidence in their abilities. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I will recommend you to anyone that is looking a dental office they can trust.

The staff is kind, but the dentists either lack bedside manner or they are not very well trained. I just found out they didn’t do an appropriate and complete root canal treatment, and because of that, now I have an infection that is affecting the bone around the tooth root. Now I have to go to a specialist due to the severity of the problem. There are another couple of issues too, one of whom was missed “for years” at Diver Lake Dental Clinic, and that in time would become a more serious problem too.
So because of all this, I definitely would not recommend going there.

Diver Lake Dental is amazing. From the minute you walk in the door you feel like family. The staff are incredible. Generally a dentist office isnt a place most like to be, but they make you feel extremely comfortable and follow COVID protocol to perfection.

This last experience at Diver Lake Dental was by far the best dental experience of my lifetime. It takes a dedicated team to take an unpleasant task of needles to to face, grinding teeth and filling them and turn it into the best scenario possible especially in a pandemic. In a world where the customer doesn't always seem to come first, they went out of their way to do this for me and it really showed me that they take pride in what they do and that's all I can ask for from any professional establishment. The fact that they were able to personalize the experience for me in a genuine not phoney manner, to make me feel like a human being rather than a number or dollar signs really just solidifies that I am spending my time and money in the right place. I've never in all my 60 years of life experienced what Diver Lake Dental Clinic offers.
I've been in many clinics over the years; having raised 4 children. Just imagine. When my eldest daughter was going on and on about how wonderful and amazing this clinic was. I had no idea just how correct she was. In her adult life she had been terrified to the extreme of the dentist. The team at this clinic took that. Kellie Jo, and her 3 children look forward to going! I see why now!
I recently needed dental work done. My daughter Paige also began going to Divers after all her sister's top rating over the years. Again; enough good could not be said on every level. Recently I teeth needed attention. Paige made all the necessary arrangements. I needed extractions! I was terrified. From stepping through their door being greeted by Tonya to cleaning, x-rays, examination, extractions, and after care was more than anything I've received anywhere. The warmth, kindness, caring, everyone at this office is phenomenal. This team is knowledgeable, and professional to the max. I am in awe; especially of Tonya, Brett, Shawn, and Courtney. I’ve been going here for 20 years now and seen dentist and staff come and go, but the quality of care remains of the highest standards. The flexible hours are very helpful with a busy family life. I’d recommend this clinic and any one of the dentists without hesitation!

Overall a great staff however when I visited the office earlier in the year I realized after my insurance coverage paid their portion that I had been charged about $30 too much, so I phoned to inquire about this and the receptionist (KerryAnn I believe her name is) became quite defensive about it and said "Do you want us to send you a cheque for $30? " I said no a credit on my account would be fine. So on my visit earlier this week when she was waiting to see what my coverage from insurance was she made a sarcastic comment about not "over-charging" me. Would have been 5 stars if not for that experience, my son also had a bad experience with her.

Excellent office facilities, medical equipment, staff, patient treatment, professionalism and honesty. Congratulations!

In and out fast! Tv on the ceiling with headphones.and a beautiful view of the lake out back while one waits for freezing.what more could one ask for?

Hands down the happiest dental team I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with! Everyone introduced themselves and shook my hand, making me feel very welcome. The location is.beautiful with a million dollar view of the lake and mountain. Very relaxing, look forward to my next cleaning in January!

It was a good experience right from the first appointment. The staff and doctors are very caring and they made me feel comfortable and was confident I was in good hands. Although a little nervous on the morning of my surgery, it all went very well with very little discomfort. Still recovering from the surgery two days ago. I am just a little swollen but no pain or bruising. So far very pleased with my new smile.

The only place I will go for dental work. They do great work, have a great attitude and a great atmosphere. One of my complaints with other places is getting frozen always hurts a bit, but here you barely even feel a poke. Keep up the good work!
