Diversified Health Clinic

I have been suffering with really bad back pain for months and someone told me about IMS therapy (dry needling). Marked improvement right away! Luke was very friendly and showed me some exercises which have really helped as well.

Update: Luke is no longer at this clinic. I also go for regular massages here, but after spending many hundreds of dollars here, I was charged for a missed appointment (first time). While I understand the need for a charge, that should be balanced with customer loyalty and frequency.

In 2021, I received treatments here for severe jaw pain and discomfort. Despite repeated appointments over the period of several months, I did not experience any sustained pain relief and so I sought out other options. After requesting my medical files to share with another provider at a different, more specialized clinic, I was extremely disheartened to learn that I would have to pay a fee to access my own treatment records because "they are the intellectual property" of the provider who treated me. I find this policy appalling. As a person without supplemental insurance who already dispensed several hundred dollars at this clinic and whose treatment here was unsuccessful, I find it wholly inappropriate that the clinic would not provide me with free access to MY personal medical information so I could seek effective treatment elsewhere. I hope the clinic will reconsider this policy.

One best places by far been visiting Diversified for a long time. When I'm in pain and can barely walk and my saitica is killing they get me up and going again. Word's can't express how great Dr. Gustavson is how wonderful he treats his clients. Seriously have never had one bad thing to say about Diversified and it's staff thanks for everything.
