Jordan was great to work with and helped us especially planning a wedding from overseas his insight and experience was so appreciated! The ceremony was perfect with the music and cues, and then the reception was so much fun! Great music choices and our choices were all played as well:)

Jordan was so wonderful to work with for our wedding! From the beginning we felt like we were in great hands! We appreciated the time Jordan took with us over the phone to go over every detail. My husband loved that we could add playlists easily through his website. Jordan gave us a lot of tips for our venue (like table arrangements, ceremony details etc) since it is one he is very familiar with. This immediately relieved some stress for us! The equipment Jordan used was excellent and we are really glad he played our wedding slideshow for us as well. He is very professional, organized and lovely to chat with. Our wedding day could not have gone more smooth! Thank you again Jordan!

We were lucky enough to hire Jordan with DJ Spinalshift for our daughter's wedding on August 20,2022. I know that our daughter and her fiancé really enjoyed working with Jordan, and appreciated his professionalism and the ease of working with him especially as they live in Northern Alberta.

Jordan was INCREDIBLE. The dance floor was packed all night. I think I only missed two dances the entire evening as it was so fun on the dance floor. If he happened to pick a song that the crowd didn't respond to (I think it happened once that night) he changed it right away.

Our guests had the time of their life, and our daughter and her fiancé were thrilled with the dance portion of the evening, as they stated: "Jordan knocked it out of the park. "

Jordan was amazing! During the planning process he was super attentive in communication and was always quick to reply. During the wedding he was friendly, played all the music we/ our guests wanted and got people dancing! Absolutely loved working with him and will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need of a DJ!

I would highly recommend Jordan for weddings, parties, or any event! He was professional, helpful, personable, and really knew how to entertain a crowd! Hired Jordan for my wedding he went above and beyond for me every step of the way there was even a horrible accident at my wedding while he was setting up involving my dad Jordan didn’t hesitate he immediately called 911 and probably saved my dad. But aside from being a awesome person Jordan’s DJ skills was awesome very well rounded can play great music from any Genre weeks after my wedding had friends and family were telling me how awesome the DJ was.

Dj Spinalshift was incredible throughout the entire planning process. He made it super easy, leaving you relaxed while keeping you excited for your event. Constantly going above and beyond, providing the best service on the day of and planning, he really knows how to judge an audience and get the crowd going! My wedding guest loved him as much as we did. Jordan, during the day, made sure everything went smoothly and quickly stood up to the plate when needed, he made sure my husband and I had nothing to worry about and made sure we had the best time. We had a sparkler send off that led to my Taylor swift " love story " moment I always dreamed of, he remixed the song perfectly and turned that moment into pure magic. Jordan quickly makes you feel his trust and vision of making your event the most perfect day of your life, I could go on forever about how amazing he was, but I recommend hiring him for yourself and receiving a lifetime experience! From start to finish, Jordan was detail oriented, organized & very professional. His website and planning tools are an excellent resource and made the coordination process extremely easy. The timeline formatting option was very easy to use, and carries over nicely as well, as we ended up using his templates for all of the wedding timing, including with other vendors.

On a personal level he was extremely flexible and a very calming presence. Our wedding was disrupted last minute by covid restrictions, but Jordan sought out every creative way possible to ensure we still had the event (and dance) that we always wanted, which included a modification to the dance location.

We trusted his judgment fully when it came to the dance music selections, and we had zero regrets as he kept the party going all night. We thoroughly enjoyed watching everyone of all ages take part in dancing, even our parents who are not frequent dancers. One of our favourite moments of our whole wedding was looking up during a particular slow dance and witnessing both sets of our parents dancing along too. There was an excellent atmosphere for the younger crowd as the night went on as well. He was also very receptive to requests that were appropriate to the overall vibe and theme.

We would absolutely recommend Jordan for your event, and couldn't thank him enough for contributing so positively to our special day.

Would highly recommend Jordan to be your DJ - he is fun, entertaining and did a wonderful job for our corporate Christmas Party! We will continue to use him - we have just booked our 3rd year!

Absolutely the best wedding DJ in the Okanagan. I can not express enough how much care and effort Jordan puts into his weddings. Not only does he care a ton about the couple, their guests and the music they themselves want to listen to, he is also completely aware of all the other vendors associated with the wedding and works tirelessly to make sure the dance is incredible as making sure the photographers and the videographers have all the shots and footage they need. If you want an amazing dance, and you want your film and photography to reflect that. I would recommend Jordan a thousand times over.

DJ Spinalshift was a pleasure to work with! His input before our event was extremely valuable and his professionalism and expertise took a load off of us as event planners.
