D&L Laundry

This is the worst place to do laundry ever. The owner of lady is mean, rude, and disrespectful. She doesn’t appreciate customers. I suggest there is a laundry near the Walley road at corner of 108st. It’s a bigger and cheaper. The stuffs are really nice.

Machines are new and work fantastic. Staff is friendly and always cooperates. Sometimes they even waited extra time until I finish my laundry.

Very friendly and nice people.
I did my laundry here for 3 years.
Never had any issue and don't even lost a single sock.
Always used the drop off service.

Great laundry mat and service. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The prices are fair and machines are clean.
I do my laundry here on a regular basis and I recommend this place to others.
If it appears busy, do not worry. You will be in and out quicker than you think with your clean fresh clothes and linens.

I dont understand why the people dont mind there own business at this place. The lady customer was very irritating as she was consistantly giving advice over everything. Apart from that the lady and the guy at the store was very rude. Very poor customer service, they are not at all coperative. Will never vist this place again.

Lady at the store is so rude and given the reviews so far I am wondering why she is not fired yet! She doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Very poor customer service. Do not go there if you think you will be welcomed by the staff.

Very clean. Friendly staff and best price.
Beware- Once you start doing your laundry there, you will never go somewhere else.

Timing between 9AM to 6 pm. Not sure of weekends. Multiple choice for washing and dryers are as usual.

Great family owned business. The lady working was very helpful by putting my laundry in the dryer for me when I was busy running errands. They even offered to give me a ride home after. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Above and beyond service.

Not many people on a monday.
I think i got there at 12pm finished at 1pm.
Lotsa machines. I had 3 big loads. Wow it was fast. I paid 20 dollars for all. I might have 2 bucks left

The lady is kinda rude. She even took my blanket out of the dryer and she put it somewhere else and said there's too much on it but the dryer has still lots of space. So i needed to pay extra for that. SMH. And it's a bit pricey compare to other laundromats.
