Used this broker on a friend's recommendation, but found the process was just as labour intensive as doing my own research. Secured an investment mortgage at (what I thought) was a decent interest rate. Six months later, I did the work myself when buying another property and saved a full 1 per cent. Save your money and seek out your own quotes online.
