The team at Travelbea & Associates have been excellent in handling my mortgage over the past year, particularly Alicia and Felicia, who both worked around the clock to ensure that everything was in place and on track. Purchasing a home can be such an anxiety-inducing experience but I felt at ease and 100% confident in this team. Best mortgage broker in the city, hands down!

Got a mortgage through them last year. Was approved to hold a 3.14 5 year mortgage and/or 5 year variable at 1.8%. Was told I had both rates held and available and asked if I could think on that as she was really pushing the variable rate. Somehow Alicia lost my 3.14%, I was devastated as that was the one I wanted to go with, she somehow assumed I wanted the variable. Not wanting to take that variable rate risk on a 600k place, she then offered a 4.1% 5 year or 3.39% 2 year. I ended up taking the 2 year. She convinced me rates won't go up much and/or soon will come down due to government dept. Very wrong, would have cost me 20k extra with higher 4.1% rate on 5 year due to her losing my rate and now looking like a lot more. Poor knowledge of market and extreme incompetence cost me a lot of money. Would never use these guys again.
