Details: I had my mute side button not working. A problem that started after another phone repair store fixed something else in my iphone 8.
I went to 2 different places to fix this before reaching DMAC, none were helpful, and in fact I am still waiting for their call as to when to bring the iphone for repair once the failed parts come in store.

Robin got the part in 2 days, updated me that parts arrived, I dropped the iPhone, he fixed it in an hour! And more important he fixed what others have messed and did bunch of stuff that I didn’t even ask! And did not charged for them!

Please don’t think twice if you want an honest and professional place!

I went there on Sept 10 again because my mom’s iPad broke down after midnight, I was so happy because the shop was even open on Sunday at 10am, so I went there at 10: 30am, left the iPad there, they asked for my information and what happened to the iPad then replied it might take a few hours to fix but since I’m a repeated customer they would offer me a discount. I picked up the fixed iPad before 2pm and I told the staff that since I came here to fix my computers, iPhones, iPad and Samsung phones, I’ve learnt a lot more about problems associated with the breakdown of these products because every time they took time to explain to me the reasons of the breakdown and what they have done to fix the problems, therefore I have no worries because I know they are the professional ones to help and if the worst situation happens which is if they tell me the problems cannot be fixed then it will definitely be a dead case. I’m very satisfied with their efficient service and expertise, as always! And price is so reasonable, very friendly as well, all the staffs. Another good rating on this visit!

Just came here to pick up my package as it is a UPS Access Point. DMAC and the lady working was great, very helpful. However, UPS listed this location as the Best Buy in the same mall, went to the Best Buy originally and they didn't have a clue. I had to reach out to UPS customer service for them to tell me it was actually DMAC.

This is the only repair shop that I trust! My family and I have had several of our products fixed at this location. They offer the best prices and such quality service. We've had both Macbook's and iPhone's fixed here. I personally interacted with Michael - he is definitely the master of his craft. I had some issues with.my repair the first time and while it did take some time and additional trips to rectify it, I am very happy with the result. They offer 30 day warranty on all repairs so you know they are confident in their abilities.

I got my FOB copied here for $30. They offer that service. The worker was fast, friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

I went to DMAC after reading reviews of where to get your fan cleaned. He cleaned my laptop, complimentary service! Sweet man. I asked twice and he even replaced a part for me. He did it under 30 minutes as well. I use this laptop for school, run Serato on it and on Zoom on a daily basis.

My 2014 Mac Air Battery life was draining fast, so i gave them a call and the tech on the phone was super professional and walked me through figuring out whether my battery was really unhealthy by informing me to check via Coconut battery app (Instead of just "Bring it in! We'll check a diagnostic fee"). My Mac battery was in "OK" health, so i went in to the store and asked if they had the battery in stock, they were super helpful by not only informing me about stock level, but also replacing it on the fly at a reasonable charge. The entire transaction took 15 mins, super quick and professional. Now i can continue using my Mac Air, in my 6th year now! Would recommend this Mac Repair shop anyday!

They will take your phone and tell you it is broken. And your phone become not chargeable and cannot be turn on. THEY WILL KILL YOUR PHONE! DON'T GO THERE!

They over charge, I change my iPhone screen they charge me $148, after couple month broken again I change it in another store also in Richmond they charge me $95. Both was same quality was change it couple months ago was the mall close in COVID 19 but you was open and also I bought a iPhone mount also was very pricy, i told you too expensive, you said yaaa now no importing. The PRICE for the screen was $148 I still have the receipt. The one 2015 yes you charge me $119
By the way to whom concern, the store I change my iPhone screen for $95 the store was behind the Rice World on Odlin rd Richmond, cheaper same quality, good service. Screen protector was a couple dollars, it was very thin plastic. And the iPhone mount paid separately.

My laptop battery was bulging and I wasn't sure where to take it. The first place I called suggested I buy a battery from Amazon or eBay. Michael at DMAC was very helpful and sourced the battery and quoted me a very reasonable price to install. It was ready 2 days later. He even took the time to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend DMAC for your laptop repairs.

Fixed in 24 hours! Mr Michael Choi is simply awesome. The other day got a blue screen message, “ automatic repair. ” Couldn’t fixed it as it went in a loop. Tried everything. Read the reviews on DMAC and I can honestly testify they are all true. Michael diagnosed the issue and estimated time and price required. True to his word, it was fixed in 24 hours. Michael was very patient, understanding and has a keen sense to help others. Above all else, Mr Michael Choi is a consummate professional. He’s the man!

Authorized Mac retailer. These guys specialize in Apple hardware and have been around for many years and run a very professional business. I brought in my Macbook for an issue with sound and a loose screen hinge. Had it repaired in less than 2 days for a very reasonable cost. Compare that to a big box electronic store in the same mall that charges $100 just to diagnose a problem and takes 2 weeks. DMAC also has a very good selection of Apple/Mac accessories both brand and off-brand. Highly recommended.

My laptop die 2 days after my cat went to the kitty heaven. I was so lost as his kitten pictures were still on the hard drive. I saw the reviews on DMAC and, even though they specialized in MAC and apple products, I felt these people know what they are doing so I took my laptop there to take a chance even though it’s under window OS. It took 4 days for the files to be transfer out and he even lend me the portable hard drive home to check before I pay. Unfortunately some files were too corrupted to be saved. They follow their guarantee of not charging if not fixed despite the fact that they did spend so much time working on it. Totally recommend this place as they work to build trusting relationships with their customers rather than trying to just make money off you.

I went here earlier today b/c I recently dropped my phone and the charging port got dented therefore, I couldn’t charge my phone. I didn’t get a chance to ask the name of the tech, but he was so friendly! He fixed the port after 2-3mins and he didn’t even charge me! I was only there for 4mins and walked out of the store really happy! I would definitely recommend this place!:)

I’ve had a couple experiences with DMac with both my iphone and macbook. They helped me replace my macbook screen with zero issues or problems. For my iphone replacement, after about two weeks I had problems with my phone mic not functioning (which honestly could have been an entirely unrelated issue) and Robin from DMac resolved it for me with quickly with great service. I hope my electronics don’t need any repairs anytime soon but if they do, I know i’ll be coming back here.

After my MacBook display stopped working, I was tipped off to this repair shop by some IT folks at work, who swear by DMAC. DMAC was able to diagnose the issue with my display efficiently and accurately and were able to do a complicated repair (replacing a component on the logic board) for way cheaper than I was quoted by the Apple Store. Don’t be fooled into buying a new laptop - get your old one repaired here! They’re so friendly and helpful!
