Really happy with the quick service I had for a leaky sunroof and the folks I talked to here were super nice!

I had a chip in my windshield, and I have coverage through my family insurance. I called Speedy Glass who advertises no appointment and just show up! I thought great, I’ll give them a call to make sure I had the right place. Sadly the Duncan branch turned me away saying they were too busy. When I mentioned the advertisement he said there was nothing he could do, but get me in the next day.
So I call another reputable company in Duncan, Dobson's Glass Ltd. GOOD LORD AM I EVER IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to explain my previous call and asked if they could squeeze me in since I was off early. Absolutely the lady says!
I pulled up, parked my car and in less than 2 min my car was in the bay being worked on. The tech found another chip and fixed it at the same time that I didn’t notice! YUUUUUUUS! 25 minutes later I was driving off with my windshield fixed!
This is a locally owned family business, and I can see why they take pride in their business, work and customer service. I’ll be back for sure and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a chip or glass repair. Extremely knowledgable and full of smiles and laughter.

Great service, phoned in the morning, had me in by noon and out a couple hours later.

They replaced 3 thermopane windows in my house. Very professional, neat and friendly. My only problem is that the windows they put in they cleaned so well now I have to clean the rest of my windows.

The best glass place in Duncan. They replaced the windshield in our X5 with HUD no problem after 2 other shops in town didn't want to touch it. Will now be our go to shop for the future.

Worst company I have ever dealt with now have two peices of paid for glass that are wrong …. Company took me to collections while I was away and my mechanic dealt with them not the dobsons glass of old stay away from this company already reached out to bbb not a member surprise!
