Both my kids got braces at doc braces. It was a great experience in many ways. The staff are amazing. The office is bright and welcoming. The original quotes were hundreds of dollars less than the first place we had gone. Look no further. This place is great!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I recommend doing a bit of research about this place before you waste your time and money.

We are new to town and transferring to docbraces mid way through my daughter's braces treatment. Our former orthodontist (fantastic ortho and staff) had stated that elastics would be used to treat my daughters overbite. Dr. Dalia insisted it would be molar extraction or jaw surgery. She repeatedly stated that my daughters jaw is misshapen in front of my daughter which was very upsetting (its not misshapen). She also got her age wrong twice. Feels like she possibly ly gets a kickback from the oral surgeon? Definitely gives off that impression. After a discussion about transferring money and cost, I said we'd like to think about it as the surgery discussion was upsetting to us, we were briskly escorted out of the office. I was left a little stunned. Needless to say we won't be going back and neither will my 2 younger children. Seems extremely money focused and greasy. Front desk staff are a little unfriendly and impatient. Not very good customer service.

The staff provided friendly and helpful service, and treatment was effective in aligning my teeth. After completing treatment from Dr. Duncan last year, I now have beautiful straight teeth and I am extremely thankful for his expertise.

I highly recommend Doc Braces Victoria! The staff are friendly and accommodating and the services are good. I am in the middle of my Invisalign treatment and am happy with the results so far. They are open about your treatment plan and update you often on how your alignment is progressing. I appreciate their feedback and encouragement each appointment.:)

Dr. Duncan and his team provided excellent care to our daughter whilst she attending boarding school in Victoria. They were very kind to her and assisted with making a good recommendation to a dental surgeon. Pricing was fair and payment plan was flexible. Offices were clean and modern. We are happy to recommend Dr. Duncan.

Beautiful and clean office, very friendly and professional staff. They make me feel very welcome each time I visit.

I was visiting Victoria and my wire shifted to the right, which is rather painful as it rubs against my gum. On a short notice, we were able to book an appointment on the same morning. Their staff and Dr. Duncan was very friendly, kind, casual, and very accommodating. They promptly resolved the problem and everything ended on a good note. On a side note, their office is super modern and nice. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Duncan for your orthodontic needs.

Dr Duncan is a thoughtful and detail oriented doctor. He provides a simple and easy experience for both the patient and parents in a wonderfully designed office space. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable ensuring all questions are answered.
