The sales people are helpful on phone and in person. We buy all our major furniture there. And I was so pleased with the Boxing Day Sale! Huge savings and we were able to get a great living room set delivered by great people. I have compared with big stores and nothing Dodds is better every time.

Mr. Dodd greeted me at the door and summoned Sylvia to assist me with finding out all I needed to know. She was great and gave me all the possible discounts as well as the last slot on the last delivery truck before Christmas. I am thrilled to be waiting for my new mattress and box spring tomorrow morning. Ask for her if you're thinking about going in. There's lots of savings this time of year.

Bought a sofa from here in 2016 and so far, very happy. Delivery people were great, careful of my walls and other belongings while being fast and efficient at moving it in. Decided on a new polyurethane sofa as it will be easier to keep clean. Sales staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Denis was my sales person and he was absolutely amazing to work with, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will return again!

Great experience! Walked in at 9: 00am Monday morning (Nov 20th), met Love Dodd, told him I needed a new leather recliner. He showed me one that he recommended. I sat in it, was very comfortable. I walked out at 9: 10am. Wednesday morning at 11: 00am the recliner was delivered to my home! Excellent!

Bill was excellent. He anticipated my every need and yet gave me enough space to actually decide what I want. Most stress-free shopping experience ever. The delivery guys Dan and (Ethan?) were quite nice and friendly too. There was a bit of confusion with my order on delivery day but they swiftly sorted it out.

Me and my hubby were looking for a bed and sofa and we spend the whole day looking for a perfect match in different stores, we were lucky enough to find it at Dodd's furniture the "perfect match". Salesperson Anil was very helpful throughout with positive attitude and was very knowledgeable about his work.

Great place to buy a bed my wife and I went to check out a new bed and we went to 3 other places and had horrible service on all of them from not being talked to, no stock, or dropped in the middle of a conversation.

Dodd’s Furniture is a Victorian mainstay run by Gordy Dodd with the funny (and sometimes “groanable”) TV commercials and huge community philanthropist who has received the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce. The store is huge with great variety. Although many of the sofas where not in my taste, the prices are good and varieties large. Staff were very helpful and don’t hover over you.

Outstanding service and extensive selection. The representative, Anil was professional in every way, and demonstrated a great amount of diligence and patience, allowing us to make an informed decision for living room and bedroom furniture. He looked up no less than ten separate items to verify quantities and delivery times. This exemplary service, and the large selection is why we will be returning customers.

We purchased furniture at Dodd’s a few times in the past, such as beds, mattresses, chairs, and an excellent sectional sofa. We recently visited their Victoria showroom looking for a similar sectional. Unfortunately, they no longer carry the same product but the salesperson who assisted us was knowledgeable and proactive in finding an adequate couch and love seat with the fabric and colour we want. We find that Dodd’s furniture selection, prices and services are very good. We highly recommend them.

We found the perfect couch for our new condo thanks to Mark! We shopped all over town and couldn’t find a deal that even came close at this level of quality product.

I was in search for a unique circular couch that swivels - and Dodd's had exactly what I was looking for! Anil recommended the Loop - which was the perfect size for my living room. He was patient and professional throughout my entire experience; he even suggested I go for a custom color ("truffle"), which I'm so happy I did! The two delivery guys were so kind, they even took off their shoes to deliver the couch inside!
