Super friendly staff who give lots of options and don't try to upsell. I took my kids bike in because her breaks weren't working and they had it fixed and running in less than an hour. Awesome!

Act of kindness- the manager of Dodge City Cycles (I don't recall his name) randomly offered his help to me in Canadian Tire, while on his lunch break, when he over heard me asking for help to find an electrical kit to a staff member. Staff at Canadian Tire were few and unfortunately not helpful. Thanks for your kindness

I was in from out of town to ride and snapped my chain early in the day. The friendly staff found me a new one and installed it right away to keep me on the trail. Awesome shop.
