Occasionally use the delivery service and it works well. The price is reasonable for the socialization time it gives our dogs and most importantly, they are usually tired after an afternoon there so give us a quiet evening.

Now we have moved out of town, it's a great place to drop the dog while we shop anywhere from Nanaimo to Victoria. Still clean and very well organized. Oct 2023

Take my dog to daycare here, it’s been great and for her. It’s clean and they are accommodating to our random drop offs. The groomer will even squeeze my dog in during her stays in daycare. Wonderful staff and knowledgeable.

Love this business and the staff is very kind. You wash, and nail trims are the best. We have just signed up for daycare as well!

Amazing service and staff. Brought my Olde English Bulldog puppy in for a bath and grooming. They are friendly, courteous and caring. They did a fantastic job and Tommy smells and looks so much better. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for the fantastic service. Will definitely be coming back. Tommy seems to really be comfortable there.

I've been bringing my dog Grimoire for nearly 2 years! He loves visiting all the dogs and the staff are always polite and nice. The option for picking up my dog or dropping him off is especially nice when I'm running late.

We wrestled my #125 rotti X for a walk-in nail trim. She was even tempered and good with him. She told me about the nail program so he'll go in more often.

We leave our dog here for doggy day care, the staff are fantastic and they take great care of the dogs.
We also get grooming done and it is well done for a good price.

Awesome place! My dog, a Huskie "Dubu" the teddy bear so loves this place.
The staff are kind and love him. He so loves them too! He always has a funtastic time there and comes home happy and exhausted!

I did a short tour of the facility when trying to choose a doggy daycare for my dog. They would not show me all areas where they allow the dogs. What I did see was one large room with about 12-15 dogs with one single employee in the room with her hands in her pockets. There were very boisterous, rough-housing dogs, there were small dogs being knocked over, there were shy dogs sitting alone in one corner of the room with no intervention from the employee. There is no regulation of the play and no rest areas or enforced rest breaks. My quieter, low energy pup would have had a miserable 8 hours in such a setting, as I think would any dog other than the most energetic and boisterous (but even those dogs need built in periods for rest and calming). My dog does very well now at a local daycare that separates dogs into smaller groups based on play style and energy level, with close supervision of each group. She enjoys both the play and the rest.

Friendly staff that obviously enjoy their job. Wonderful place to take my cat for nail clipping (even though it’s a dog theme)

Went here for the first time last weekend and was very happy with the results-my two pooches got a once over and a trim and it was a clean facility and organized, with friendly staff. Will be going back for sure.

I take my dog Kylo here for grooming and daycare service. The people that work here are absolutely fantastic. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs.my dog loves them all and loves coming here. I trust that my boy Kylo is well taken care of every time I drop him off here. Great job everyone! Keep up the great service!

They treat my dog vey well. He loves to be puppy sat here. They are very kind to me, Im not the best trainer but they try to help me with my oversized great dane, because were trying. Best place for dog training and puppy sitting.

$16 to wash and dry my husky mix and not deal with the mess, shampoo, laundry or clean up was awesome!

Loved their self washing station. Took two different dogs there at different times and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The washing area was clean and well stocked and even had a closing door which I used with the one dog that is more un-predictable/ anxious.
