Place is amazing! Been going for years and they are very friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My dog Finnegan loves going to puppy day care here, the staff is excellent and very friendly.

Yosh and the ladies are amazing, they are so kind to my dog Ozzy who is terrified to go anywhere without me. They make sure to get him done right away so he does not have to stay too long. They always do any amazing job and the pricing is very good. I highly recommend.

I was quoted $135 for a standard #5 cut and bath, no other services were needed; my dog is a standard poodle size, 14 month old, very curious and friendly. I was charged $210, because they said my dog was grumpy when they tried to put him on the table. It would have been nice if they called and let me know this, I would have picked him up without service. Instead, they told me they took a video. My instructions to leave an inch on the top of my dog's head were not followed. It's an unfortunate look for now. I paid and left. I think this place is best suited to small, and/or senior and/or docile dogs. Noone bothered to introduce themselves or display any dog handling know-how. Lesson learned. Hopefully the owners adjust their approach. We won't return.

Love this place! Our standard Labradoodle is very scared of getting his nails trimmed, the owners are both very gentle and patient with him. This place is very reliable and professional. Definitely our go to for years now.

We had our labradoodle in for full grooming today and we are so pleased with the care they took, and the excellent job they did. We will definitely be bringing our pup back for on going care.

I am so happy to find a new groomer! This place is so kind and gentle with my dog. They asked me many questions before they started the grooming to ensure the desired results. Very good communication overall! Thank you everyone at the Dog Station ️

They are the only place that understands how to groom my Bernese Mountain dog. They are so extremely patient with him & work at his pace. It’s also the first place that he actually seems happy to go in, at other places he would become skiddish & try to run/pull away. The staff is so friendly and I feel so comfortable leaving him in their capable hands. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Our 2 dogs go to dog station, one is a golden retriever with a horrible coat - curly and difficult. The people at dog station do such amazing work with his coat, soft, even and amazing! Our toller is quite sensitive - you know when he doesn’t like a place or is scared- he can’t wait to get in to this place! Highly recommend!

The head groomer came out to take our puppy for her first cut! She was so friendly, really appreciated how she interacted with our pup, you could tell she loves animals & she listened to my grooming requests very carefully! Will be coming back regularly.

Took our puppy there for her first grooming. We were very happy with the experience right from the beginning. The gentleman met us and asked us what we wanted and took time to show us what various hair lengths would look like. We will be back!

UPDATE:
So I tried to book my puppy in for another grooming and they were not able to book us in. Said they were fully booked for the next 4 weeks and only had 1 head groomer. We have a mini golden doodle so I guess they're a bit more work and I guess they don't want our business.

I still rate them 5 for their work but am disappointed that they wouldn't take my dog again.

My dog Carlos is very hard to groom as he does not stand still and is constantly moving. I know how hard it is to handle him. My previous groomer went out of business so I started looking for a new groomer but unfortunately most groomers do not accept big dogs which is so unprofessional and strange. But dog station took my booth dogs in and they always make my dogs look good and smell good afterwards. If you have special requests you need to let them know, they follow requests. But if you do not bring them in for grooming for a long time then of course they will cut dog’s hair pretty short because the hair is matting and tangling and it will take forever to handle that. They are always busy and every dog has a time set up. And by the way: Hair grows back in couple weeks, there is no need to make a such big fuss! Put your dog a sweater on, no big deal! I think they are doing perfect job! Very friendly, taking special requests and my dogs come home happy:)
Would definitely recommend this place.

The most important thing to me is how kind they are. I've hidden behind the wall to watch and every dog is treated with lovingly and gently.

This is my second time bring my dog there. I was pretty disappointed. The first time she got a such cute hair cute. This time she looks so sad and ugly. My dog was there for 4HOURS! And I though they were taking the time to make a good effort on the hair cut! But it looks like they just shave her and didn't even brush her well. Her fur were not soft and flurry.

It's around 60$$ and I'm pretty upsad it took so long to with a such bad job

This place does a great job best groomers I’ve gone so far. The owner and the employees are excellent and polite.

I have never given a one-star review to anyone but this is truly the worst experience I have ever had. We took our poodle for grooming, hoping that she could get a pretty tidy look for this Fall, however the groomer did NOT make any effort but just to SHAVE DOWN TO SKIN all over her body without asking.now she just looks like a poor sad little skinny baby: (She even refused to go for a walk because it’s too cold for her to stay outside. Why? Is grooming supposed to be like this? To make your dog look ugly? Look sad? I am so mad but the receptionist lady didn’t even feel sorry or explain why. I will never go to this place again! Stay away from them if you love your pets!

This facility is by far one of the worst dog groomers I have ever seen. Any professional groomer should know not to shave a double coated dog, and yet, they shaved my Bernese mountain dog mix.

Her fur was shaved down to the skin, and is NOT growing back. Her fur was shaved four months ago and she has been left with permanent damage to her fur and skin. This was a horrible experience that I ended up paying about $150 for, I should probably sue.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE

Very friendly staff and awesome job on grooming. The best puppy shop in TriCity area. We will come again.
