Super friendly folks. Edward helped me pick out the parts for my irrigation and I couldn't be happier. It works perfect.

Wish I had made the trip out here sooner. The staff is amazing and will go to great lengths to help you find whatever you need. The prices are extremely competitive and fair, I did not feel like I could have done better elsewhere. The organization, sectioning and shade tents are impeccable and I shopped in comfort, versus feeling overheated and having to leave the previous nursery I had just come from. The pot sizes and selection beat out the competitors I had visited, as I needed a pot for a huge tree and this is the only place that had them. They have a stocked store with product. And again, the staff are outstanding from those outside, in the store and the staff at the till. Friendly, helpful, problem solvers, and knowledgeable. I will drive out here for all my garden and landscaping needs going forward. Thank you.

Best place to buy trees and shrubs in the Okanagan, friendly staff who'll drive you around their property on their golf carts to go find the right plant for you. My favourite nursery

Came down here from Kamloops because my parents have bought multiple trees from them and they've all done well. Was surprised at how much variety they had. Brent helped me find all the trees and shrubs I was looking for and was fantastic! Great nursery, going to definitely tell people about it and would definitely recommend it!

Bought a yard of premium garden soil.
Brought it home and loading into raised garden beds only to find that it was full of rocks, sandy, terrible quality.
Phoned twice and sent an email with no response at all.
Had to spend time screening and then adding compost and fertilizer to even try to make it useable.

5 stars is way to low for the service and experience I had with Gunther and the commercial sales staff. They were very helpful in planning out an entire new design, and had the plants ready for pickup hours ahead of schedule during the busy end of May time.

The extra advise on good planting soil, premium mulch, hand watering in the winter when the irrigation system has been winterized will ensure a quality landscape with good plant health!

Such a beautiful time of the year to visit Dogwood. Be sure to visit the fields with all the lovely plants!

My wife and I have purchased numerous trees, shrubs and garden plants over the years and found most of their products to be good. Today we went to purchase a tree and some plants and shrubs. We saw several shrubs we liked up front but either no prices or unknown type of shrub, my wife went to the cashier to get help as no staff were around to assist, the First Lady said she will try to find someone the other said she was going on her lunch break and offered no help, we waited 15 minutes then left and went down to the trees hoping we would find a tree we like and get some customer service boy were we wrong. We found several hawthorn trees and needed pricing and assistance we asked a staff member for assistance she called on her radio to two staff members to assist us, one was busy the other said she would come down. We waited for 15 minutes then left. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of service and attitude of the staff. We left went to another well know nursery and bought our tree and go ideal service. I find the service and attitude of staff at Dogwood Nursery is something less than desirable.

Very friendly helpful people. Lots of nice things and some really different flowers, bird baths and benches, wind chimes, garden ornaments and some indoor plants.

Have a very large selection of trees and shrubs to look at and purchase. Don’t just look at their display items go into their yard and find what you need. Not all the plants have prices on them so you may need to ask for assistance. Almost every time I have visited, someone has stopped by and asked if I needed help.

Fabulous selection of garden and landscaping. Nursery covers a large area, attentive staff, even a member of staff collecting trolley from your vehicle.

Lots of fun to shop or just walk around. Huge selection of healthy inventory - much bigger than it seems from the road side.

Staff at counter was shockingly rude to my grandma today. She nicely asked you when she should come back to buy grasses. You take it upon yourself to be blatantly rude. She stood there shocked, as did I.

She was so excited to go today, was completely friendly to you and you interact like that? What is wrong with you?

Employees were very rude in there today when we were enquiring about when a certain plant might be available. My grandma was very excited to be looking for her plants. We won't be back, I would suggest The Greenery in Kelowna instead as they are always super lovely and helpful!

Pretty awful when you spend your hard earned money and are guaranteed that that your shrubs are going to be totally fine through the winter, only to find they did
not and are not guaranteed, there is no refund, replacement nada. I would not go back in my lifetime!

Their property is huge and their selection is vast. Unfortunately there is not enough staff to help find what you don't see. Also they are not wearing anything to distinguish that they are employees.
The prices are reasonable and quality is very healthy.

Update: We decided to support our closest local nursery even though our past experiences were less than stellar>

The offending staff member is either no longer there or was off. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

Fantastic selection, decent pricing; but as of May 11,2017 the most UN friendly, UN helpful and RUDE staff I have ever met.

We have shopped there many times in the past and found the staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous

Unfortunately on May 11,2017 we went looking for information on a purchase (which did end up making from them) and were spoken too with disdain, talked down too like we were wasting their time (they weren't overly busy) - both of the employees we dealt with were unhelpful and extremely rude.

One was so rude that my wife wanted to leave and go elsewhere to make our purchase, but we ended up buying from them - probably for the last time.

They were friendly and helpful, but did not know what was in their stock. We were told that they had a certain plant/color and we traveled there to find out that they could not find what we requested. Left empty handed.

Dealing with these guys is a true pleasure. This morning Jeff spent some time with me to help me attack and repair my irrigation system. Always above and beyond. Thank you.

I was told by a friend to go see them at Dogwood. I live in the middle of Kelowna.so it's a bit of a drive.but Wow.
I went a month before I bought to take a look.immediately I felt really good going there. After I spent a good hour with Jeff. (The most chill dude ever) walking around the nursery looking at the trees, I was hooked. So I returned today to finally buy the trees.and Lindsay. (also awesome) took us around again and we picked out the trees.super helpful, friendly and informative. All in all, I'm in for a experience.and that's what I got, a good one. I will be back! Thanks again to Jeff and Lindsay

This place is great. Wide variety of nursery stock and knowledgeable staff. Can be a bit rushed during peak season, but eventually you can get what you need.
