Super convenient location right downtown. Lots of great items, lots of items sold out by 6 pm every day tho. And Security needs to be beefed up, too many people walking out

I love the competitive pricing, and broad range of essential items, my only suggestion for improvement is that they seem to stock out of their most popular items far more than the other Dollaramas in the area. I can't say this is so much an employee shortcoming as a problem with the inventory management system and minimum reorder points/frequencies.

This is a wonderful inexpensive place where you can truly get really great deals. I love this store, I think it's one of my favorites. I hope they don't change it by putting the prices up because that would ruin it. Rock On Dollarama.

As I was shopping for some house hold items tonight, I just heard seconds ago, the announcement in the store saying "5 minutes until closing". So as I went to grab one last item (shampoo) this blonde chubbyish female staff member came storming up to me yelling "were closed! " So I politely ASKED her to get out of my face and she reacted to me by grabbing the item out of my hands and trying to hit me with it as she then tried to close fist punch me. Thankfully I dodged both of her shots towards me and I when I did, I exclaimed that I was "calling the police" as I started walking towards the exit after dropping all the items I was going to purchase she ran towards her coworker claiming that I was the one who attacked HER!? Way to go Dollarama. Good to know what kind of human beings you hire to work for you! Absolutely Appauling! The most messed up part is the fact that this is my SECOND TIME BEING ASSAULTED IN THIS SPECIFIC DOLLAR STORE! UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR, THIS WOMAN SHOULD BE FIRED!

It’s a store with good collections of items ranging from daily use, stationary, art and craft material, decoration stuff and kitchen utilities and cleaning stuff. All are available at cheap rates though quality of few commodities is not up to mark. It’s a recommended store for those who want to save some money while shopping.

Apparently not all $stores are created equal which I believe are independently operated. So truly it's not an apple to apple comparison. This particular $ store has what I was seeking so I'm fine with this outfit.

Yep, good deals here, the food section is quite good, cheap household items, kitchen items, office supplies and a pretty good seasonal selection of items. Good assortment of items, I come here often, staff are pretty nice as well.

I picked up a few things for the garden and grab some seeds which were on for three packs for a dollar. I also snagged tuna olives organic figs and some thing new to me dehydrated strawberries? The cashier's worked quickly with the long line I noticed I had 3 minutes to catch my bus when I got into line with many people in front of me and I managed to complete my transaction and catch the bus. I really appreciated their professional organized service and they're fast fingers.

As always, this is a store that satisfies!
Very seldom do we go in there and not only find what we are looking for, but come out with some other treasures!
No question, our favorite fun fix destination!

A great place to get Greeting Cards that are less expensive than other stores, but not so cheap they look like sh.

Shelves were empty and when I asked for help finding something the employee (skinny, glasses, blonde hair) threw up her hands and told me she was on her break. Looked like she hated her life

I did not have a pleasant experience today, as a person with a visual impairment I am quite disappointed at the cashier who was evidently a manager or supervisor. After I paid for my products, I was packing my bags and she just left the register which would have been fine if she did not spill the dish soap all over my purchased product and the bottle itself. I then had to ask another cashier after waiting a few minutes for the paper towel which she just tossed on the counter for me to clean up myself. Overall, I am just disappointed at the lack of care for individuals who have disabilities.

I had the worst experience this morning waiting in line, I thought the intercom system was not working as we were waiting for him for quite a while.
I asked the Manager if the intercom was broken and he freaked out on me! He started yelling saying he was busy and humiliated me infront of a bunch of people, even the cashier apologized for his behavior.
I am a person with a hearing disability and should not have been treated this way!

Understandably it's useless to return items here as they're incredibly inexpensive so thoroughly check what you're going to buy you get to the counter.
There is plexiglass between the customer and the cashier which is good because the two of the cashiers who have hastily rung me through wore theirs under their chin. No disinfecting surfaces between customers. If I wasn't living at poverty level I'd happily shop elsewhere.

Lots of great stuff, becareful there is some junk, can't beat the location, check it out, they need 2 have better customer service, some of the staff are not people, people
