Took my car in to have it's blower motor repaired. I was charged ~$300 more than I was quoted. But these things happen, so I didn't make a fuss.

When I went to start it, to drive home, my car wouldn't start. Somehow, they had drained the battery. They jumped it for me, but I wasn't even given so much as an apology.

I called them to ask if they had room and the same day they diagnosed the issue, next day the repair was all done.the repair was a lot less then what i was expecting, they are so reasonably priced i would highly recommend.

Brad and Chad are honest, fair and professional. They will get your repair done properly and if the don't, they will fix it. We've been using them for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. These guys are the mechanics everyone is looking for. Book early, they are very busy.

Great customer service, got me in within a few days. Dropped my truck off in the morning and had it ready after the ac service and wheel alignment by 10am. Reasonable price too, will be recommending to friends and family.

Good people who will give you their honest opinion even if it means you save money. They seem to do good work as well so what more can you ask for?

On road trip from Alberta noted what I thought was bad wheel bearing. On recommendation of local family, I called Dolphin from the highway to see if they could help. Brought the car in first thing next morning and they confirmed the diagnosis and replaced bearings by noon! Great, friendly service that got us back on the road with minimal interruption. Very fishy as the name suggests! They have amateurs working there very sloppy work. Came in for simple work and made me come back many times because something was installed wrong and they made my car slip and 3/4 of a tank of gas was gone when i got it back after just topping it up. I have even worse things to mention but don't need a runway of text just STAY AWAY save your car and your money.

Today, I brought my car in to get my brakes done, but my daughter had incorrectly booked an oil change - not what we had discussed. Brad just cheerfully replied, “Just leave the car here for the day, and we will figure it out! ” That is beyond amazing customer service, considering he was working with getting several customers ready for the day at the same time!

Best auto repair shop in town! I have come here twice now and both times been exceptionally happy with their work. They fit me into their schedule within a few days of calling and got the job done the same day I brought my car in. Prices here are far cheaper then every other shop in town and at no compromise for work done. They are honest people who don't force you to get other work done but are polite about warning you if other things need to be done soon. Will continue bringing my car here.

I had an excellent experience at Dolphin Auto! The mechanics were not only skilled and efficient, but also very friendly and accommodating. They took a look at my Jetta diesel to try and diagnose an awful noise coming from under the hood. I appreciated the personalized service and attention to detail. Although we were not able to figure out the specific problem, I was recommended another shop which specializes in diesel vehicles. I’ve been taking my cars to Dolphin auto for years. They are the best and reasonably priced as well. Brad and Chad are very nice guys who know cars. They are honest and tell you if your car needs anything else done to it and what it will cost.

Best prices in town, great quality, call ahead to book as often very busy and not able to do same day service.

Brad is highly service oriented. He is always polite and ready to follow up on the updates and status of our car.
All the positive references about Brad by my work manager proved SO right.

They go above and beyond with their service. The week before Christmas we had a heavy snowfall. I had my van towed to the shop because it wouldn't start and they replaced my dead battery. I drove home fine but later that evening my van wouldn't start again. The next morning I called the shop, they sent 2 mechanics to my place in the heavy snow. They were able to get it started and drove it back to the shop and got the starter fixed. I really appreciated them going out of their way to help me!

I do not normally write reviews, but I have to with these guys. They are amazing. They price fair, are extremely honest, and do NOT price gouge. I personally recommend this shop to everyone I know for so many reasons. I highly suggest this automotive shop. I have nothing but amazing things to say about it.

I had appointment made a week ahead for transmission service. Went in there at appointment date and time only to hear from him we are running behind schedule and handed me card for making appointment again.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Brad and Chad to fix a cylinder misfire with my truck. It certainly wasn’t a straight forward diagnosis/fix. I was expecting a mechanical issue and for the repair to cost thousands, but they were extremely thorough and managed to find a number of burnt/broken wires in the wiring loom. They were very reasonable when billing for their time and my truck is once again running great! A very knowledgeable, personable and honest shop and I would highly recommend Dolphin Automotive.
