Deb White is amazing. She secured a mortgage for us when no one (and I mean nobody) else would. She is professional, positive, and inspiring. I would go so far as to say, if Deb White cannot find a mortgage solution for you-no one can.

The most stressful and worst experience with a business I've ever had. The lack of communication is atrocious. Second only to the appalling response time. And if that wasn't bad enough, when we would get a response there were multiple mistakes. I thought we were going to lose our home. No amount of phone calls we made would warrant a response. Emails would be days if not weeks. Seems like they never even tried to help us. But only make the process as a pit of despair. I wouldn't trust them to draw up a bath let alone a mortgage agreement. After 4.5 months of this lunacy I got fed up and told Deb that this was absolutely ridiculous. Her response was to drop us as clients. Best thing she ever did for us. We went somewhere else, and in 2.5 weeks, the money was in the bank. Please, please, please avoid this place like the plague. Don't make the same mistake I did and go with Deb or anyone else associated with white house mortgages. She talks big, like she's a guru in the business. But what you end up with, is utter trash.

Dreams come true when you deal with Deb White at White House Mortgages! Deb recently helped me realize a dream of mine and my late husbands by purchasing a vacation home where we created memories together over the years. Out of respect I won't mention the name of the broker we worked with. Our experience with white house mortgages was horrific to say the least. The lack of competence, professionalism and communication is what shocked me the most. I am honestly in awe as to how this place is still in business.

Do not expect to have your calls or emails returned.
Do not expect to feel like a valued client.
Do not expect the process to be simple.
Do not expect deadlines to be met in timely manners.

Do expect to make multiple phone calls and emails every day to finally be heard or hear a response.
Do expect to be belittled and undervalued.
Do expect to feel stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed that the incompetent staff won't follow through.
Do expect your important personal documents (paystubs, tax information) to be lost or misplaced, putting you in a position of vulnerability.
Do expect to have to repeat yourself multiple times as the staff weren't listening to you the first few times you were speaking.
Do expect to read through all paper work yourself as you will find multiple mistakes and misprints.

Please if I can give anyone one piece of advise, whatever you do stay far far away from white house mortgages.

White House Mortgages quickly gave us a viable option with what started out as a conventional construction mortgage. Would highly recommend their services.

Deb white is a selective person when it comes to her clients. If your state of finances aren’t where she’d like her clientele to be, she will make the process as horrible and stressful as possible so you leave defeated on your own terms and it seems as though it wasn’t her fault. We took our business elsewhere and found out what we were told by her was complete lies which caused us stress and wasted time in our lives we’ll never get back. Look for another mortgage advisor.

Deb white made the financing so easy for us. She worked hard at finding us a great rate and worked alongside with the lawyers to make the process go smoothly. We were moving from the coast to the Okanagan so I wasn't able to be around while she did her work. I definitely didn't have to be! Highly Recommend her services.
