Terrible customer service.
Manager is very rude. Staff very slow. Cancel orders without telling us.

I was 45 minutes late due to can-us border delays, they said how we agree there was delay on border. Its common A highway driver does more rush than you expect, because he is out from home from many days. But shipper and receivers never understand driver's pain, not all but most of them

Extraordinary behaviour by delivery man bringing new washer and dryer. He complained that my washer had not been disconnected (two taps and one plugs). When I asked about possible problems in doing this since he seemed to make a big deal of it he refused to give me an answer. I disconnected taps and plugs without advice and commented that I was surprised he didn't want to say anything by way of advice. He then threatened to change the delivery date if I was going to 'Give him attitude'. He added that he felt he was doing me a favour by delivering them. He must have a very thin skin about what constitutes 'attitude'. I walked away wondering if I should take a photo of him as a record. (I didn't) In view of the fact that it was an incredibly easy - no problems - delivery and they were being payed BOTH for delivery and taking away the old ones I found it puzzling that he was so aggressive. The crew consisted of three men, even though two seemed completely adequate at all times.will not deal with this company again.
