Domino's Pizza

Time and time again, the food quality is top notch. The staff are always friendly and the store is always buzzing with activity. I see a Domino’s pizza delivery vehicle usually once a day. There is a reason that they are so busy, they serve great food and have great customer service.

Ordered online, delivery said 30 mins.
After 30 mins
Online it said my order had been delivered but it was nowhere to be found, I called the store to try and explain my situation and the person that answered the phone was rude and kept talking over me and interrupting me. I could barely understand what they were saying and he told me the order was still on its way, and that it would arrive in a couple minutes. 15 minutes later it finally arrived Luke warm.

I was very impressed with the over and above service at Chilliwack’s north Dominos. I ordered 7 pizzas - a friendly staff called me to ensure I was aware the street was closing in 10 minutes and assured me they could get the order ready. They did and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pizza was delicious.

Mobile ordering is convenient, place an order when you leave to pickup your pizza and it's usually ready when you arrive!

Speedy delivery. Food was delicious and I enjoy the deals/coupons and the delivery person was very nice.

I ordered the pizza and bread bites and a 2 liter bottle of coke on the website and I was gave a time to pick up and the order was ready on time excellent service and polite people work there too

All in all it's pizza, nothing to rave about. This location has had some issues with accuracy of toppings, cheats on extra cheese here and there and forgets dips and drinks sometimes. But I still prefer Dominos simply for the convenience of their online ordering and proximity to home so ita always hot.

Not a bad place to get pizza. The Price is Right as well, especially with the current $12.99 four topping large.

I've had mostly good experiences at this location especially now with I'm assuming new owners.

Rating as a dominos pizzas place. Some are awesome some are meh, Most of the time there ok, but this place has it fair share of issues. They don't put extra cheese if you order it and if you order for pick up they start the order at the pick up time. So don't count on them to have the food ready.

My son went in and ordered a pizza and waited for it inside. I was outside waiting in the truck. After 40 minutes, I went in to see what was taking so long. His pizza was just sitting there on the shelving unit. They didn't even give it to him when it was done. No idea how long it sat there. Horrible service.

Was the best Dominoes in Chilliwack! Had to re edit as been going down hill. I don't know if they just don't read the order but I always put double cheese. Lately it hasn't been even regular amount and I paid for double. Check your order before you leave. Should have a rating in app so can know when and what orders were sub par.

Ordered a special for pick up. The very professional young woman making pizzas informed me upon pickup that one of the pizzas was made incorrectly (the dough had big air pockets) and another pizza was already made and less 5 mins away. Excellent customer experience

WORST place ever-so cheap and partial portions.

Multiple times have gotten pasta, half full compared to Abbotsford location.

Requested and payed for double pepperoni, again multiple times to give them a chance and they cheap out and do regular amount.

Worst pizza we have ever had. As it was late I did not phone until next day and was told he could not do anything as I did not phone that night. Worst customer service I have ever run into. Will not be back there! I suffered all night with my stomach from what I ate. Would give 0 stars but you can't leave a review without giving a rating.

Delicious food I ordered half Hawaiin and half pepperoni pizza because I couldn't decide on one. The cheese sticks were delightful as well

Awesome pizza place i would 100% suggest going here great staff and delicious mouth watering pizza. Great to sit down with dominis pizza and watch movies or even watch a sports game!

Everytime I order pizza from here I specifically ask for light pizza sauce as they put too much on it always, saying from my previous experiences. But they never ever read the instructions on it, instead they just make the food the way they want. Never ever going back to this domino"s branch.

Bad service, cheap on toppings, and over sale by repeating items you don’t want while they are taking your order. Horrible experience and I’m still hungry, after leaving a 20% tip to boot.

Your driving called us claiming she couldn’t find the driveway then hung up on us. Claims we “ took the address sign down to mess with her “Then the manager says she’s going to figure it out and call us back and no call. The manager seen my review after I waited 30 mins for a call back and called me back. Offering 30% off after we waited a hour and a half for pizza. Thanks Great service. I ordered panago instead and it’s way better and they are always so polite inside.

I went here today to get 50% off menu sale. The pizza sauce was way too salty but otherwise the pizza was good and fresh. I’m not normally one to complain about salt because I have a savoury tongue but this was almost to salty to eat. They were quick tho and friendly.

I called both locations tonight because I was so impressed. We are always impressed with them. They are always very friendly and they even deliver within a decent time on Friday night lol. Thank you very much for all your great service! Keep up the great work!

We ordered through your app and ordered four large pizzas and one medium gluten-free pizza, The person who went to pick up the pizza was coming from a separate place at a separate time and wasn’t aware of the order and showed up and paid not knowing what they were grabbing because they were just asked to go and get it, when they arrived at the event we were hosting with all of the pizza everyone was shocked to see that there was 10 pizzas, the 5 we had originally ordered plus 5 extra gluten free pizzas.
The app had added 5 random gluten free pizzas to the order that was never shown on our side of the app
The bill we expected was 65 dollars because that’s what the app showed us, not the 136 that we were charged for
When we called we were rudely spoken too and told that it was our fault and we had to live with it. We are out 80 dollars and we’re told it is our fault, for the dominos app messing up? That doesn’t seem right to us. That is not good enough. Never going to dominoes again that’s for sure

Domino's is always consistent. Whether it be in Chilliwack or North Vancouver, its always pretty delicious. The staff here were ok but in some locations, staff are friendlier than others. Always a great place for not-too-greesy pizza with only the freshest ingredients!

This was our second time ordering from this dominoes, both times the cheese seemed over cooked on the pizza and this time they completely got our delivery order wrong. Not impressed.

Every single time i have ordered i have either not got the correct order or i was missing items.i ordered 3 pizzas, 2 orders of boneless chicken bites and 1 order of hot wings. The hot wings and chicken were correct. The pizzas were wrong almost like i got someone elses order. All they were going to do was give me a credit but i said i wanted the correct order.

Horrible service. After 1 hour of waiting and getting a phone call 15 minutes after the tracker said the driver had already left with my I was told they didn't have the drinks in stock that I had ordered I changed the drinks and asked if my pizza was going to arrive hot now and was lied to. I got the wrong pizza I ordered thin crust and square cut and I got a cold regular crust pizza an hour after I ordered which was 2 times the estimated time for deliver. These people are liars and this is the second Domino's location that has acted like this 1200 km's apart so I'm starting to think this is a trend for Domino's.

The review below - good pizza, terrible customer service hits home. Haha. Only problem was they missed putting cheese on half of the pizza and then wanted me to drive the pizza 20 minutes back to them instead of letting me send them a picture to show how bad it was.

Worst tasting pizza from 4 pizza places I have tried in Chilliwack, will NOT be coming back and going back to frozen pizzas!

Edit: Third times a charm. They are putting stickers on the boxes now which is great. Pizza arrived quickly, order was correct. (April 2021)

Two bad experiences with dominos pizza in a row.

Latest: Domino's driver arrived at a good time, but sat outside my house for a good 10 minutes. I didn't realize it was the driver so I just waited. He then got out of his car to deliver the pizza, and the pizza was lukewarm/got cold while eating it. In general it was really off-putting to know that he waited in his car with my pizza. Makes you wonder. The pizza wasn't fresh and it was all disorganised in the box.

Experience before this: Took well over an hour to deliver the pizza. It said "delivered" but it was not. Similar to another comment. Phoned the store and they kept giving me mixed answers about where it was and how much longer it would be.

I LOVE Dominos. It's literally my favourite pizza place, but these experiences are making me rethink whether I ever want delivery from here again.

I got charged on March 1st didn't order dominoes they charged me 45.37 on March 3rd they I got my money back and went and ordered food and charged me 54 bucks. It's strange I don't know what's going on with there online orders for money but be careful.

Good pizza Terrible customer service, open until 2am on somedays yet they don't answer there phone for delivery. I've ordered multiple times too have my order not properly prepared or missing items. Truely sad, used to be awesome service

Food is still tasty but the penne chicken I ordered was less than half the size they used to be.and I'm pretty sure there is a price increase.

Ordered 2 pizzas, wings and a pop and pre paid with credit card. Was watching the tracker on my phone and it said "delivered, enjoy your meal". It wasn't delivered, took almost 20 minutes after it said it was delivered. Mind you this was already way later then their expected delivery arrival. Called to ask where the pizzas were. They said it was on the way. Delivery driver shows up 10 minutes later missing a pizza. I tell the driver he's missing one and says he'll come back in 10-15 min. I call back 15-20 after the first original delivery asking about the missing pizza. They guy was very rude telling me he's going to check. He says "it's on the way. " 10 min later still no pizza. I call back a male answers and i explain the situation and ask to speak to a manager. He says you can talk to me. So I ask him "where is this pizza at? I made this order 2 hours ago". No answer for that and he hangs up. So I call again and a female picks up and tell her I just got hung up on the phone. I again explain myself and at this point am so frustrated at this customer service. No one can explain how the pizza disappeared. They constantly put the phone down and i can hear them scrambling and just assumed they were making a me a new pizza. The female, which is the last person i talked to was the ONLY one to apologize. Not impressed what seems to be a whole new staff.

Very good food, It took one hour for delivery as it was sunday but the quality and taste was good

Worst dominos I've ever been to. Burn pizza and cheesy bread and they forgot garlic dip sauce. I'll go back to the other locations from now on.

Ordered 2 topping pizzas for what we thought was a great deal, barely any sauce, cheese or toppings! Was all dry bread! Will never order again. Wal Mart Great Value Pizza was 100% better and good flavour for 3.50 each.

Phoned in to get a pizza for delivery and after being asked to be put on hold was then hung up on. Called back and the guy taking the order was unbelievably rude and disrespectful and even raised his voice at me. I didn't complete the call or the order, did not say anything and hung up. I'll give my money to a business that has the courtesy not to be so disrespectful. With the way Skip The Dishes is growing in popularity Pizza places should be a little more cautious about how they treat their customers. Will not be ordering from this or any Dominos again. They should be ashamed. (Update) The guy who was rude to me about 20 minutes after I hung up phoned me back with a much happier almost chipper demeanor. This didn't fix the problem but only showed acknowledgment that he must have known how rude he was and was trying to save face. Which makes this situation even worse. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere that doesn't yell at and belittle it's customers.
