Quality pizza delivery at a good price. They don’t cheap out on cheese and ingredients. Good quality.

Called cancelling my delivery order because you have to detour to get into my street. What a joke.

I pre order from our local Domino's online to pick up our dinner later in the day. The food is always ready and hot. No line ups, friendly staff. Pizza & pasta is very good can't beat it for the value either. Domino's always have great deals too! (1200 block Austin Ave franchise)

There are exactly two reasons why this location doesn't get 5 stars across the board: 1) Despite it being less than 3km from my house, they won't deliver to my address; and, 2) the parking lot at the location I have to drive to pick up orders is pretty terrible.

But, neither of those things will stop me from going back because the food is always good, hot and ready when I need it to be. And the staff is always pleasant to deal with!

Excellent customer service with female staff with full of care, smile, joy. Make the place completely welcome with generous smile and hospitality. Awesome

Domino's Pizza Store is the best store. I like to share that the workers are working there are very hard worker, cute and impatient. This store provides the delicious and excellent dishes of pizza, pasta etcetera.

Wow where do I start? Pizza not cooked, and I requested extra cooking. Extra cheese requested, half of pizza had zero cheese. Where there was cheese, there was not other ingredients.
Left pizza and box outside for the local animals as the crust was not cooked enough for human consumption. Toppings were well cooked on half the pizza, as there was only items on maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of the pizza. Was this pizza created in a rush, again?
This is pathetic pizza, and not the first time. Maybe 10th time. Domino's should be ashamed. I guess Dominos is ok to loose another 5 year customer, at this location.
Enough is enough, Please close this location
Money is promised to be refunded in 3 business days.

I hadn’t had dominoes in years cause I wasn’t super happy with it last time but let me tell you, their pan pizzas are SO yummy! So so yummy

This place definitely deserves 5 stars because you can order pizza with your old Nintendo Wii.

We grab pizzas spur of the moment on nightshift probably 3+ days a week on average. Austin ave hooks it up, never late, always still hot. Brooklyn pizzas are the absolute best for the pizza craving.

So. The horror of being able to see a driver come in, answer the phone then go right to the pizza station and put his dirty hands right into the food. Not only was there no hand washing or even hand sanitizer, but he did a nice nose wipe because it looks like he's fighting a cold. So if you're sick from having pizza Sunday, it may be directly from domino's

Ordered a pizza online at 6: 10. Apps tells me it's ready for pick up at 6: 30. I got to the store by 6: 35, and they told me the pizza is not ready after scanning the counter. Then they just went on to deal with other customers and left me standing there. I asked twice more and they just told me to wait without re-checking the counter. Finally around 7: 00 I asked again, and this time they found the pizza on the counter - it was there when I first arrived, they just didn't bother to check carefully.

To make things worse, they didn't bother apologizing at all. Just asked me to pay, and when I asked why they didn't find it the first time, they just avoided eye contact and not respond.

I understand they are busy at the time. But I don't think I deserved this attitude.

The pizza here is average but it always has been. Seems like a good deal for a two topping medium but they barely give you any toppings. One of the most mediocre pizza places out there. I think people must still be brainwashed from their advertising in the 90s to still come here and fork out good money for one of the worst pizza places around.

We ordered via the iOS App, and the order quoted when we placed the order was $22. When I arrived to pick it up, the total was $35! The manager argued with me and tried to lecture me that I need to wait for an email confirmation before picking up the pizza. But why would I need an email total if, when I placed my order, I was quoted $22? Makes no sense.

The app has a problem and it's not the customer's fault. A customer should not be lectured at the store (in front of everyone) about a flawed ordering process by a rude manager.

The manager told me that I should wait for an email confirmation before driving to pick up my order. But what if a customer is already nearby and waiting? And what if the order total comes up wrong? - I was told to call the store to cancel the order if the total comes up wrong. Funny guy.

Great domino's location. Get pizza from this location very often. Consistently good quality, no complaints.

Haven’t had Domino’s in over a year, was pleasantly surprised this time. The pizza arrived on time and the driver was friendly. I would definitely try them again. The pacific veggie pizza was great. If I’m being picky it felt a bit undercooked but that could just be my preference as I had extra sauce selected and a couple mins in the toaster oven had it perfect. The chicken bites were good too, hot and well cooked, I would try them again as well.

We wanted a change so ordered Pizza from here, we ordered chicken barbeque were Harman who took our order told us 3 topping is about $12 which we ordered after 20 min that I went to pick up the pizza was without chicken it just had green pepper, red pepper, onions and cheese - so I called spoke to same person and he is telling me you ordered chicken barbeque but you did not say you wanted chicken - does it make sense! Than he added saying you never said chicken in it but if you saying this we will listen to your order again through telephone conversation and my Manager will call you after 10 min no call for about an hour, when I called back he is saying I have informed my manager and he will call you - it's 4hrs ahead and no call yet. It's the last time ordering from here waste of money and time.

Chill peeps, good pizza, not as much sodium as other big chains which I like.still alot of sodium though; over 2000mg for large pizza haha. Drink a gallon of water after lol.

Poor service. They forgot to give us 2L coke and dipping sauce so I called n ask them to deliver them to me and they refused and told me that i have to pick it up again. We argued for like 10min and the guy said okay and hung up. It’s been 30min since I called n they r still not here. I guess im eating cold pizza without my drink n sauce. Wasted my money n dinner

Tried three dishes, a "Chicago " style pizza, a custom pizza and a side of wings. The positive, fast deliver and accurate easy online delivery. The cons, honestly the pizza was a bit of a disappointment, barely better than frozen and the wings were delivered in scrunched up tinfoil with way too much watery sauce (tasty though), the wings themselves were just okay kinda small. Even with the coupon deal it's not great value. Personally I think I'll stick to the independents.

Got 2 pizzas today. They weren't good at all. First one Pepperoni with extra cheese, pepperoni quality is bad and pizza came without extra cheese, I got ripped. Second was vegetarian without any taste and cheap on the portion. I will never buy Domino's anymore.

First time ordering from Dominos. Unfortunately very disappointing! Ordered delivery, was told pizza would be here 30-40 min, never came. Called an hr after ordering and he couldn’t find our order. Then we repeated our order and he then says it’s in the oven now and it will arrive at our place within 25 min. We said it’s not acceptable, he got the manager who offered us a free drink. We said ‘no’ and will just cancel as it was ridiculous. Then she offered an extension on our coupon date!
As we had hungry kids waiting for pizza we reluctantly agreed as by the time we got something else for dinner, it would be much too late. However, she then started to ask what type of pizza we wanted and what type of crust etc.and she confirmed that our pizza order was never placed and not in the oven! We cancelled and will report this to head office directly.

Sue me. They make good pizza fast and the deep dish ones are very good. Ed&Me is nearby but Domino's is very close to being as good. It is also much cheaper. It usually takes about 20 minutes to make a pizza however between 1130am to 1pm they can get very busy. 40 plus minute wait.

I’ve been using this as my Domino’s store (Austin and Gatensbury) for more than 3 years and I don’t normally get my pizza like this. So yesterday, as I got a call (5: 27 PM) that the delivery driver is already downstairs, I took my cash and went downstair right away. When I was downstairs, the driver wasn’t anywhere around, even I checked outside so I got curious where the driver was. Then 40 seconds later, I called the driver to ask where he was. It took him about 30 seconds to get off from car. Then as I looked at him, he looked like a pretty new guy for delivery, and gave me a smile, and I gave him a tip as well. After 10 minutes later, I looked at the Domino’s Pizza box and the sticker wasn’t sticked properly. When I opened up the box, one of the slice seemed strange. (Not sure if the driver have opened up the pizza box, and touched a slice of it) I called the store and that person said they wouldn’t do like that (but what about the driver?), and I asked for another pizza, and he didn’t accept it. This has happened to me 4 times already from this Dominos Pizza store, and it’s unacceptable. It’s COVID time right now as well. So the next time I see it like this again, I am going to get a bit strict

Apparently it's "the drivers" fault they don't carry change for a delivery noted that would be paid in cash. Not removing this until the manager changes because blaming the drivers for his lack of ineptitude for being a manager is not acceptable.

Terrible driver. Parked in the middle of the road impeding traffic, came running up threatening me, Wanted my money. Refused to give me pizza after. I just watched him almost cause an accident. Terrible. His name was saurabh

I was on site working as a contractor at this dominos location and Saurabh and his coworker were very friendly, professional and helpful. I had my lunch at this location and it was a 10/10 pizza done to perfection. I highly recommend trying this location out.

I recently ordered from here and wasn’t happy with the pizza that was sent. So they comped me the same pizza. Ordered it today and was so happy with it! Thank you so much! Super delicious pizzas from here

I ordered a pizza and they said 45 min then I called back after a hour he said sorry busy another 45 min and then I called back and closed and no pizza visiting and at my hotel and I also am posting this at the hotel as dont use this place as beyond unprofessional and seriously not worthy of your dollars

Came to pick up dinner, was a bit early.
Told to wait in our car and they would bring it to us. After 20 mins, had to go in to get our order. Not to organized when they get busy. Food was regular dominos fair.

I've been going to this place for years. Always quick, always delicious, but 6 months into the pandemic, ALL of the staff were wearing masks until the boss came through without a mask. In two minutes, I watched him come face-to-face with 3 staff members, and physically touch 2. Do NOT give your money to any business where the boss is exempt from the mask rule. That will be my last visit.

Ordered online at 12: 00. They called me they already have another at 12: 00. They said 12: 15. I accepted that. I called them at 12: 30 because it had not delivered yet. They said driver already left. BUT, it has not delivered until 12: 45. My house is 10min away from the store. I called again to cancel order. They are not asking anything even my name. I think they did not make it or did not leave for delivery yet. Horrible store. Do not order here you will get the pizzas long time late.

I order pizza for pick up from this Domino’s often. I am always amazing at how hardworking and friendly the staff are, even though they are incredibly busy. The pizza is reasonably priced and always tasty.

Very disappointed, pizza over cooked, toppings crunchier and darker than the thin crust, I'm sure the cinnamon stick would be better with the sweet sauce its supposed to come with. Better food better service at better prices elsewhere.

Zero reviews orders pasta and they say sauce burns after cooking it and i did not even get my money back or food.negative reviews for guy arguing with the customer

They didnt have the order wrong, but getting the order right was never enjoyable either. Not sure what they are known for but it wouldnt be quality or taste. If you love getting baked pizza dough with little toppings- dont worry you can count them on your hands- then order dominoes alike. Canada or US- all just as bad.

Usually service for delivery is great but redeeming free one but leaving tip ahead of time doesn't work well. As the pizza was cold and stiff by the time I received it. Will be the last time I order as I was a loyal customer took a half hour to get when its usually 10 minutes since I'm close.

I waited 45 minutes for my pizza when they said it would only be 15. I recieved no phone call explaining a late delivery. It was not worth the price either pizza was just ok and not very filling. Plus they were very skimpy on the toppings. Sub par experience.

First of all, terrible parking but usually has one or two spots open. No place to eat in store at all, just small waiting chair for pickup. Price is good compare to other pizza chains. Online pickup time seems to he always wrong since whenever I arrive for pickup in time (through online order), they always make me wait 5minutes or more even they were supposedly ready. However, one star is deducted mainly for the frequent time they get my order wrong. But, personally, tasty pizza.

Recommended and would come again. Also I recommend you check the pizza upon pickup.

Taste is good but the people baking pizza not working clean they touch everywhere special their face and continue to making pizza please use gloves or working as a clean person?

Out of all the chain fast food pizzas domino's is the best, not too greasy and the crust has a decent flavour

Ive been a regular customer for several months now and Ahmad has repeatedly messed up my order which I was willing to put up with cause i like pizza and dominos had been convenient but I had to wait an hour and a half on a Tuesday night at 11pm. I called several times and was told my pizza was on the way and should arrive soon (I live 6 minutes away) it was 1230am by the time I finaly got my pizza, it had clearly been sat in the box for over an hour it was cold and hard I tried to reheat it but it was basically inedible, we only ate 2 slices each before throwing away 2 large "pizzas" if you could call it that. I have only had issues with Ahmad but I was extremely disappointed and wont be ordering here again.

If you're looking for good pizza, go here or get it delivered. This is my number one affordable pizza place.

The pizza are fresh. If you are a pizza lovers, you should try and get a reward card for free pizza.

Sometimes it's really good. Sometimes it's really bad. Sometimes it's ok. Really depends on who is making your pizza and how fast the delivery is.

Hit and miss. Delivery service is very good, pickup service is terrible. Always check your order as they frequently make mistakes or forget things. Employees often speak poor english, making communication difficult.

If you place an order online, the order may disappear. You go to the store to pick up the order, and they "never received it". This has happened to me twice.

The Pizza itself is good, and Dominos offers good value for your money. On the other hand, this store has a well deserved reputation for skimping on the toppings. At least they are open late.

Recommended only if you are really hungry or desperate. Two stars.
