Domino's Pizza

Pizzas good. Same as any other dominos, but I’m not exaggerating when I tell you they have messed up my order every time I’ve ordered a pop with my pizza. Every time I select Diet Coke they bring me normal Coke, or forget the pop altogether. Idk what’s going on with that but the pop should be the easiest part of the order.

Hey, Pizza Daddy in the house, and let me lay it down about Domino's on Gordon Road, Kelowna. This place? It's my pizza paradise, my doughy haven, my slice of heaven – and I've been a pepperoni pilgrim my whole life.

Their pepperoni pizza is like a love letter to my taste buds. Each slice is a masterpiece, loaded with that spicy, crispy pepperoni that I've been chasing since I was just a Pizza Kiddo. It's the kind of pepperoni that dreams are made of – and trust me, I dream in pepperoni.

And you know what else? They've got the kind of speedy delivery that'd make your head spin faster than that time the old guy lost his footing at Coit Tower. One minute you're thinking about pizza, and the next, you're in pepperoni paradise.

So here's my five-star salute to Domino's on Gordon Road. They're not just slinging pizzas; they're fulfilling a lifelong pepperoni passion. That's real love, my friends. Pizza Daddy signing off – keep it saucy!

Today i ordered pizza for to pick up and the employee who was working night was very good at customer service.he helped me alot and my experience was great.he name is manpreet.i will definitely visit again to the store

I switched from another Domino's location to this one and I so happy that I did. The location on Gordon Drive makes excellent pizza with the perfect amount of toppings, cheese and sauce. It actually looks like the pictures!

Domino's pizza is my fave, and $8.99 each for medium 2-topping pizzas is an unbeatable price. We get 2 mediums which is enough for 2 meals each for 2 adults (1 male & 1 female), and costs less than $20!

Upset & appalled by the pizza I ordered last night!
This is the SECOND time I've voiced an issue in just over a week.
The toppings were scarse, and there was a grotesque smell
I braved having a bite (which I wish I never did), and I immediately felt NAUCIOUS and wanted to vomit from the putrid foul taste.
It was the most unpleasant experience I've ever encountered from a well-known pizza chain.
You state you are committed to safely & responsibly serving your customers & delivering great-tasting pizza.
It should be in your best interest to properly train your employees to ensure these promises/standards are met.
I feel let down by the quality of your pizza let alone health standards that have clearly not been met.especially for loyal paying customers!
The whole pizza went into the trash.
That being said, I went to bed with an empty stomach & an unpleasant taste.

Oh my God. I ordered and it was delivered in at least 15 mins from time of order. I thought it was still in the oven. Excellent thank you so much. Driver had no problem following instructions to where we were staying

Ordered a couple of pizzas tonight and not only were they delivered fresh and hot, The delivery, Ella according to the app, was amazing! Super friendly and personable.

Last pizza I ordered was not cut, and the last 2 times I went there they gave my order to someone else/made the wrong item. All without offering a discount. Maybe get some older more responsible employees in there, it has really gone downhill.

Don't expect to receive a free pizza after months and months of collecting points to qualify for a "free" pizza. They will not deliver the free pizza to you, even after the on-line check-out says $4-something for a delivery charge. They tell you you have to spend a minimum of $15 for them to deliver. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. The pizza is in no way FREE if they make you spend an addition $15 on stuff you don't need or want. Not everyone has a car to go and pick up a pizza, which is why they have DELIVERY. Shame on you Domino's. You have lost a loyal customer of over 20 years, and you will be losing a lot more in the future with your unfair tactics.

Fast, friendly service. Love the online app. Lets you know where your order is at as they prepare it.

I like dominoes, the one on Gordon we often used is great but this perticular store in upper mission is possibly the worst dominoes out there. X3 visits and all poor quality pizza with bad customer service. Hopefully they get it together eventually.

Ordered extra green peppers, and normal red peppers, everything was there but no peppers, will by from different location, next time

There is a 50% chance they actually follow the "well done" bake option under "special instructions" (Online orders). To whoever manages the store, please train staff to read the online orders and to follow the instructions.

Thursday evening, i order 3 ham and pineapple pizzas on the app. App says 17 to 27 minutes for pickup, i wait for the app to let me know my order is ready and head to the store. I get there and pay for my order. 20 minutes later they bring it to me. I asked what took so long and was told they messed up my order and had to re make it "sorry" I asked why they didn't mention that when i went to pick it up and they charged me for it, once again "sorry" was what i got! Finally after they could see I was becoming upset how little my time was valued by them and I already asked for the manager i was asked what can we do about this? Well.letting me know you hadn't started my order and giving me an option before taking payment would have been a good start? ! I understand already not to order on mondays as they mess everyones orders up all the time, but this was a Thursday! Maybe an apology and asking what my options were before committing me to stand outside for an extra 20 minutes? I used to tell everyone about the app and the location specifically, now i will let them know about the lack of customer service and communication and encourage my friends to do the exact same at least specifically at this location! I would also like to mention if this was a one time thing instead of something similar 3 times in a row i would never have rated it like this!

Pretty decent pizza at very good prices. Plus pizza rewards program! Who doesn't want to be rewarded for eating pizza. My only complaint is their limited delivery area. They don't seem to deliver to SE Kelowna.

This restaurant has never let me down. Orders are always produced on time and taste the way they should. The only time they've ever made a mistake in my order they fixed it right away.

The delivery speeded over 100km/h at the 50km zone and even school area 80km
He is just racing to deliver pizza breaking all the speed limit.
What kinds of company is Domino forcing their delivery speed at 100km.

Their service has gone down the tubes alot over the years. I no longer use this location. But it's a typical Dominoes. Located next to Husky gas station off Gordon drive in an outside strip mall.

This dominos makes the best pizza in town way better then the others they make sure your pizza is perfect or they give u your next one on them have never had to complain about anything from this one it has always been the best pizza I have hade every time I really recommend going to this one if fresh quality pizza is what u want they take it to the next level at this dominos
