Domino's Pizza

Pizza was barely cooked and soggy. Onions were brown. Worst pizza ever. Not sure what the “quality check” is for on the tracker. Will not be ordering from Dominos pizzas again.

When it was a black out in most of Nanaimo this place was slammed and the young staff handled it like real champs! I also love that little kids can watch the pizzas being made.

The Norwell Dr dominos pizza has been a regular quick go to dinner for my family of 7 and the great service always has us coming back. The food comes hot, within a great time frame and they take pride in making the order right for customer satisfaction if any bumps come along. Thanks for giving a tired momma of 5 a much more relaxed night.

Huge shout out to these guys! They came through at last minute with a school fundraiser, great tasting and hot to give out. We had the same experience for a work function with a multitude of pizzas. What ever you guys are striving for success, you are on the right track. Bravo!

I've always had a good experience with this location. Pizza is delivered in a timely manner, delivery drivers always friendly. Going to the store itself, I'm quickly acknowledged. Pizza is typical Dominos pizza flavourwise, and always cooked properly.

Honestly my favourite place to order from. They are super quick, & their employees are super friendly.

Pizza had no sauce and they called and said they ran out of vegetables. It was also excessively greasy. I know I ordered around 10 pm but that shouldnt mean I dont get the same treatment as someone ordering at noon. It also took an hour to get delivered. Worst pizza Ive ever had.

The manager treats her staff like they’re disposable. Just a terrible person running a perfectly good business into the ground with the help of the owner who doesn’t care either or want to be involved. Absolute shame for what used to be an excellent Domino’s location. Staff morale is low and the quality of product coming out is equally as low because of her.

Just a little something to fill the bell well i was on the other side of town. Fast and friendly.

My first review was deleted! A month or two ago I said that I bought the pizza bites, and it came as a flattened, greasy mess stuck to the bottom of the box. I had posted photos.
Now, the second awful experience, I ordered 2 pizzas - veggie and plain cheese; they put them in the oven at the same time so the veggie one was cooked fine, the cheese one was pretty much burnt beyond edible.

I was just at this dominos earlier today and I got to say amazing staff and extremely quick service I will be coming back soon. Excellent service

Great pizza minus the fact I ask for extra cheese and they try to hide it with the extra garlic parmesan sauce I got. Barely any cheese every time and I have the pictures to prove. If it wasnt for that this place would be great.

Super slow service, girl at counter took 10min to acknowledge me. Had to wait additional 15+ minutes for a pick up order that I was even late picking up. Employee also couldnt stop itching herself... Gross

Ordered large meat pizza. Pizza was overcooked, very little cheese, very little meat. Dried out. Person who answered phone had limited English skills, had to say my address 4 times, could not understand her. Tomato base too spicy. No more ordering from here.

Great service and amazing pizzas. The staff is very helpful and kind. They have the fastest delivery service in Nanaimo!
