We’ve been ordering from this location for years. Service is always good, on time. The pizza is consistently good every time we order, can’t say the same for other locations.

South Sahali Elementary ordered a large quantity of pizzas for our school dance. From the ordering to the two fantastic delivery gentlemen it was seamless. 10/10

Best Domino's in Kamloops. Farhan, one of the delivery experts has always been punctual and a very nice person. Highly recommend. Best Pizzas in town for sure.

Hello, I generally do not write reviews, post comments, or involve myself in surveys. That being said I believe the pizza I received last night was worth taking the time to comment as this pizza was the best I've experienced in decades. The whole wheat crust, which more often than not tastes like cardboard, was light and baked to perfection. Toppings were plentiful and fresh and melded together beautifully. The pizza arrived promptly, hot, and as mentioned earlier, very fresh. I found myself so overall impressed I was compelled to leave this comment. In today's economy I think many outfits cut corners wherever possible. I don't see that here and although long winded I give my highest recommendation to Dominoes for sending me an awesome pizza and changing fast food to cuisine.

You cannot find toppings if you pay for any toppings. I brought it up with manager BHUPINDER many times, this guy is just lazy and lame excuses.

The man who delivered the pizza was paras joshi. He was very kind and quick. In my personal opinion he deserves a day off or a raise, after all it was canada day, instead of being with his family, dominos is keeping him working at 2 am in the morning.

Delivery came so fast I was caught off guard.and delivery driver was super nice. Handled the malfunctioning debit machine like a champ

Ordered delivery from the Columbia St location tonight, I have celiac disease and have not had a problem before ordering the gluten free crust. However, today they sent me a pizza that was clearly not gluten free and was actually a thin crust. After calling the store and arguing with the manager that the pizza that he "remembers" making is in fact not the gluten free crust they send a replacement, from the pictures you can clearly see they are different the thin crust has small holes in it, it's lighter in colour and flakes. They also barely cut the pizza when you order a gluten free crust. They asked for the wrong pizza back, and gave us the replacement. BUT, the manager calls us later to tell us we are wrong and the pizza is gluten free. Not only is he wrong but this guy called us afterward to tell us WE are wrong. Terrible customer service. Deserves 0 stars, will never order from dominos again.

Barely any toppings on both pizzas I ordered, one of the pizzas is soooo flat it’s thinner than a thin crust and I didn’t even order it as a thin crust: (It is like this nearly every time we order from any of the locations. So disappointing every time.

So why does your website say they no longer accept debit cards and cash only. When the delivery driver showed up he had a debit machine and there was no problem! Wow. Just got our pizza. Found a long hair in the middle of it. Ordered honey garlic wings as well. No idea what the wings were. Definetly not what we ordered. Definetly gone down hill. Probably not order from them again

Stopped by late in the middle of a road trip they let me dine in even though its a pickup place, put up with my children, and gave exceptional service all with big smiles!

CODY my delivery driver made SURE my BFF in the hospital, in a different province than I, got the pizza I Ordered for her! THANK YOU SO MUCH! You don’t know how much that means to me.

Great pizza and a great way to order online. Even from out of town. Just had to go pick up in store.

Amazing service, I bought the pizza from Sahali Domino’s. The pizza was really mouth watering; moreover their team is also so helpful. I would really recommend this store.

I’ve only ordered from this dominos twice & both times they have put onions on my pepperoni only pizza. North shore dominos is better by far

Very tasty and fresh pizza. Staff working late night was super nice and friendly. They helped us to their best with fast delivery. I drive all the way from Edmonton to here and had great experience at this location.

We ordered 2 pizzas with 2 toppings. The pizza had one piece of toppin per slice. Pizza Pizza makes a way btter pizza. DO NOT GO HERE

DOMINOS NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE PIZZA

Normally I would not review a fast-food type place but I believe the folks here deserve some recognition. Hands down a darn good pizza and the best Dominos Pizza I have had to date. To be clear this is the location near Superstore on Columbia street.

Pizza was a large thin crust, with roasted red peppers, banana peppers, pineapple feta. Ordered at about 7pm March 21 2022.

The worst outlet of dominos, even after several orders for same pizza I got dry pizza and store manager at night on day march 30 2022, behaved very bad and didn’t cooperate. We won’t order again from this outlet as the store manager don’t know how to behave and not competent to be on such designation. This is the worst pizza I ever had and will not order again from this outlet.

I won’t even give one start fro such pizza. If want to maintain regular customers I request management to take some actions for this kind of store manager.

Previously before a month when there was another manager she co operated well and we got proper pizza every time. This manager worst ever appointed.

Incompetent staff ruining dominos reputation. I order 2-3 times a week from this place and they always mess up either with ingredients or they miss including dips I paid extra for smh please hire better people

Pizza is ok, but every time I go there to pick up my pizza all the delivery vehicles are parked in the customer parking

They advertise doing carside delivery so you can stay in your vehicle and avoid COVID. I have done this 3 times and every time I wait 15 minutes in my car for them to come out before I have to get out and go inside. All 3 times they have just said "they didn't notice the order". Why advertise a service you DON'T provide and why keep telling customers you DO provide it?

I don't really care about going inside and that's what I'm going to do straight away from now on but its annoying I had to figure this out for myself.

Brutal stopped in from out of town to pick up lunch but was not allowed to use restroom. Happy to take my money though.

There was an issue with my order and they went above and beyond to correct the issue I thank them greatly for the service

I love Domino's and I love this location. It is conveniently located next to the Superstore. Orders are always ready to go 15 - 20 minutes after ordering. And the pizza is always consistent. Also it does not take many online orders to win a free pizza.

Used to get Domino’s. Not anymore since moving to Kamloops. Pizza not ready wayyyy past my pick up time. Last time they completely screwed up my order. Never again. Tried twice.

Something is changed. I got my two orders within 15 minutes in one week. And pizzas are much better than before. Good

While going through the reviews, i wonder is that only me who got excellent service every time when i order. Lol. The complaint grievance is the top of its class. Last time when i ordered a pizza and got a wrong one, the manager in charge, mr.thomas (i cant recall his first name) instantly remade my pizza and it was the best pizza i ever had. The second pizza arrived at my door faster than the first one and i wonder why.he sent me some dessert cakes as well. I really loved their service.

Ordered the pizza this morning. The staff is very hard working and very cooperative. I will give 10/10 to the pizza and will recommend sahali branch.

In the past this location has been great when it comes to ordering and getting pizza delivered. However as of recent I've had problems with their service. My last order, according to the mobile tracker, was pulled out of the oven an HOUR before it was even sent out to be delivered. The temperature of my pizza that night would show the tracker was indeed correct. Not only that but the pizza looked as if it has been very quickly tossed together and thrown into the oven with little to no regard for the quality of the food. Today's order I got another pizza and some boneless chicken on the side. After a decent wait for our food, we were only given our pizza; no chicken. Upon calling and informing the store about our misplaced chicken, we we're told they would deliver it to us but that 'it would take time'. That was the last thing said to me before I heard a click from the receiver on the other end. It has almost been an hour and no update whatsoever on the status of our food. Poor service, and poor quality food. If you really want Dominos, try another location.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Their pasta looked like dog food. I am not super picky but this is so bad. I feel like they robbed my money just giving me tons of dried cheap dough.

Ordered delivery pizza was hot and fresh. The order was wrong, but was quickly corrected and a new pizza was brought right away. Overall, a great experience.

3 separate orders in a row a couple months apart from each other we had issues with the orders.first 2 orders there was a hair baked into the pizza. First time I literally choked on it, so I called and complained because what if it had been my toddler who had that piece!? Got a free pizza added to our file. Month or so later, Second time, I used the free pizza and ended up with the same issue. A hair in the pizza. Didnt complain just decided we were done ordering from there. Well, another couple months later we decide to order again.some sort of blue plastic baked on to the top of one of the pizzas. Needless to say, this place has gone from a 4 possibly 5 star pizza delivery place to 2 in our books. Not ordering from here again. Well go back to papa John's.

Dominos pizza is my main pizza place, I always do online for the coupons! Delicious pizza, and the hot wings are finger licking good! I will always choose this establishment over others, especially for there gluten free pizza; price and size.

Ordered one item, cheesy bread, it’s been 35 mins and still no cheesy bread. Even pre-ordered it to come and still 35 mins and counting late. Do not recommend this joke of an establishment.

Half the time they get my order right and sometimes they forget to add something. If I ever order extra meat, they *always* just put the regular amount on it.

Pizza was hot and tasty. Pretty good medium carry out deal with 2 topping for under 9$. Best gluten free pizza from a fast food pizza joint (it won't bust the bank either). Cashier was super friendly.

Ordered a couple pizzas around 6: 10pm. Showed up, one was way wrong. Called back, said they'd redo the wrong pie, asked for my number, and hung up. I called 54 minutes later and apparently the re-do order wasnt sent. Here i am at 8: 00 still waiting. At least they offered something free. Which i didnt take.

We had such a great experience with this Domino's! We are currently on our way home and stopped in Kamloops for the night! It was fairly late when we arrived and we were famished! We decided to order some late night pizza from Domino's, and our order came fairly quickly especially considering it was a busy night! Unfortunately when our pizza's arrived one of them was not what we had ordered. We quickly called the restaurant and explained the situation, for which they were extremely apologetic and even offered us some free pops to make up for the inconvenience. They sent the correct pizza out right away and it arrived even faster than the first one! The driver arrived, again was very apologetic, and delivered the correct pizza. Accidents happen and we are totally understanding as long as the business handles it properly, which Domino's in Kamloops definitely did! All in all the pizza was good, the service was good and our bellies are full!

Pathetic! These guys are rippers. Do not follow the specific deals which is announced, when you call. Be careful, the price will be significantly different, once order is placed.
The guy on telephone had hard time understanding & explaining in English.

Why is it the people who work here are rude. Why work if your an as$#@ole to your customers. Managers check your staff. Not happy will not stop here again.

Awful customer service. You can look at my past reviews and see this isn't my style, but this experience stands out. I've worked in mental health, with people who have severe personality disorders and this place reminded me of that. Bunch of muppets
