Domino's Pizza

Last night I ordered 5 dominos pizza breads, and we ordered it at 2.55am, when the store was about to be closed, Delivery driver came and mentioned that the cook made them big, because these were the last orders, that's why the size would be big than normal ones, I said okay. And when we opened the boxes the size came to be big, but when eating them it wasn't cooked properly, It looked like the because of the big size of dough, it didn't get cooked properly, after eating it, it made me sick, I was sick all day, got digestion issues. Today I went to the store, and complained about the bread, one store boy, who seemed to be, cooperated well with us, apologized and said tha we will provide you with refund, and asked us to wait for the lady who was on call, to get free from call. When she hung up the call, she treated us very badly, I told her that it wasn't cooked, she argued with us, without even checking or hearing us, her body language was kinda abusive, and not welcoming at all. I told her that last night delivery driver told sizes are big, and that's what I told her, she replied back saying: you tell me what is good size of this. She had very bad and stupid behavior, I am bot going to this store agian. They were racist, I am going to this store for last 7 years since I moved to Kelowna, but never had this kind of experience, this is very heartbreaking

I stopped in to get a large ham and pineapple pizza. I let them know that I had a bus to catch and I was walking and they told me the pizza will be quick when I receive the pizza. It looks delicious. The toppings are evenly spaced out the staff was friendly and helpful.

I have had great experience with this store. When a few pizzas were smushed together they replaced the entire order, drinks included with no questions asked. I appreciate that.

They are always providing me with the warmest, freshest food. The delivery time is really quick. Thanks Domino’s

I have never had pizza here and honestly wasn't all that impressed. The taste was alright but thin and few toppings. I struggle to find a good pizza with taste in a reasonable price. The staff was amazing though so thanks for that.

My order got messed up, but the guy was really sweet and called me to let me know. He then offered an additional brownie for free and I was really happy with the service and food.

I had a great experience today, Maria was friendly and helpful. A bonus to this locations staff!

Are your coupons just gimmicks? I added the mix and match for $8.99 each but that was already the price of the items. So price is same with or without a coupon, what the heck?

Pizza is good, consistent & fast. But the staff deserve a big round of applause! Every time I go in multiple people say hi, front end staff are bubbly & happy. That’s rare to see!

If your delivery guy is going out, can you not make sure his printer is working on the machine that takes your money instantly

I really really love you guys sm. You guys are my constant. But I really hate this thing that when I specially call you guys for ordering chicken Alfredo pasta with EXTRA ALFREDO SAUCE in it I expect it to be extra not just dry pasta. This has happened to me before also and I left a review earlier as well. I don’t order online coz of the same issue. I recently and two three days before also ordered the pasta with special mention of extra sauce but it was super dry. I had no choice but to bring this to your notice. Get responsibile staff members.

Pizza was gross, the so called extra cheese.well on the lack of cheese, the delivery girl was a bit of a ditz (i tipped her anyway) Tried charging me $3 for a 500 ml pop, and charged me 3 dollars for extra cheese, which they where quite stingy on cause there was so little cheese on it.

This location gets it done. Problem with your order? They fix it immediately. And it's hot and fresh.

Their app is easy to use. The food is always great and hot when you get it, and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Better food than the big name places in Kelowna. And you get bonus points for a free pizza that my son looks forward to. I order the free one for him and have it delivered to him in Calgary on the same app. That's the best part ever. He gets another free one very soon. Thanks Domino's.

I usually do not post reviews but I needed to let you'll know that your customer service never fails to impress.
Even when there is a concern (been2 times) you’ll are prompt to rectify it (both times, wasn’t disappointed) Would recommend this store any day.

Just incase the manager at the rutland branch in Kelowna didn't believe me here's the burnout strip your driver made. More of a 1 tire fire. 1st day and last day should be. Not his fault you forgot to put all the tags on the boxes tho. Yall need to realize those 5 or 10 minutes your gone because YOU forgot something ruins someone's entire meal tired of reminding you warned last time i wasnt gonna pay so thats whats gonna happen forget 1 thing youve ruined my entire meal i dont pay for a ruined meal. And you can't always blame the drivers as I've looked at the boxes and there's usually a tag missing when something is forgotten.

The driver in the small black car does need to slow down and yes stop for stop signs and not floor it right through them. Plus same driver a few weeks back decided to drift around the corner while going fast and ended up in a snow bank. Dominos needs to start dealing with this and talking with the drivers about safety. Picture after he got stuck.

Don't order extra cheese at this location! They straight up give you half cheese it happened once so I ordered the same thing a week later and literally just half cheese so I thought I'd just go to another location but I straight up tried a 3rd time and half cheese again. I double checked to make sure it says double not half: p
