Domino's Pizza

I came by last night to grab some dinner. I bought a pizza online for 730 pm. Unfortunately due to a small mistake making my pizza, it had to be redone and so it wasn't ready until 740pm. I didn't think it was a big deal but the employees insisted on giving me a 2L bottle of pop for free. They also offered me free dipping sauce.
I really appreciate this gesture and wanted to write this review to recognize the service!

The driver with the white Jetta was very polite and kind. The Domino’s app led her to the wrong building on the navy base and she was able to critically problem solve the situation quickly. I didn’t catch a name but she was a superstar.

Walked in to order a pizza. Took 10 mins before I was even acknowledged. Ordered one medium Hawaiian for $17 was told it would be about 15mins. Waited 40mins for whatever this thing was that they gave me. I think the staff at this location need more training.

Cold on delivery, replacement pizza was uneatable through the pizza in the garbage, no more domino pizza!

The kid who closes Friday/Saturday nights can’t sing and should stop trying to mumble rap along to the songs playing. Food is pretty good.

I only order here cause it cheap, they rarely get things right which is strange cause it's a digital order?

Meh. I was hungry so I just ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was made quickly and the staff was friendly but it's not great pizza.

I've been going to dominos for pizza for nearly 4 years now. And have always enjoyed their pizzas the staff are all super friendly and helpful. When ever I feel like having a pizza I'd choose dominos thank you!

Love these folks, fast efficient and friendly. The best on service always and super low price specials.

Management or a supervisor needs to instruct your drivers that cutting someone off and then giving them the finger while driving in uniform with the Domino's sign on their SUV is not a good way to promote the business.

Ordered a large pepperoni with double cheese- got a pizza crust with no pepperoni and a sprinkle of? Parmesan or some such powdered cheese. Never ever again will I order from there. Disgusting

We placed an order for delivery and Mike Gilson was our driver. He was professional, polite, extremely friendly, and very sweet. We really enjoyed having a conversation with him at the door when he brought our delivery (very promptly), and were so pleased with his service. Thank you Mike, when we order from dominoes next we will be sure to request you as our driver.

Got Pizza delivered today for my friends bday party, driver was super great with awesome zero contact delivery. The pizzas tasted amazing. Great job

I don't like to be picky but I have to agree with some of the reviews, the bubbles in the dough don't bother me as much as their consistently burned cookies do.

5+ orders were wrong within the past few months, Whether I don't get extra toppings as specified, the dough bubbles and the pizza is a mess or it's over cooked. It's a hit or miss on whether the pizza will be good or not, never consistent. I always make sure now to check the pizza before I leave to make sure its correct

Have to praise these fine people for the extraordinary customer service I received tonight! I woke up late at night (I was sick) and unwittingly walked in just before they were about to close. I ended up learning that their debit machine was shut down only after I'd ordered something and I didn't have any cash on me so they couldn't finish the transaction. Not only did they offer to give me a free pizza to make up for the inconvenience (which I refused and ended up going home to get some cash), but they upgraded it from a small to a medium and waited outside the store with my pizza to make sure I got it (as the store had closed and been locked up when I got back). If any of you who worked that night are seeing this (especially the one guy who offered to give me a free pizza), you're the best! Thanks so much for your kindness and patience.:)

Drivers are always fast and friendly, feels very community orientated. Pizza is really good here.

The first time I got dominos from here it was really good. But I just ordered the pizza and went and picked it up (not delivered) so I didn’t tip them because there already getting paid to do there job so why should I tip them right? Unless I was getting it delivered to my house then I’ll tip. So after that, I think because they save my name and number and can see that I didn’t tip, they don’t make the pizza as good. Which I think is a bit ridiculous because almost Everytime I go I’m disappointed because none of my pizzas taste as good as the first time I ordered. But the staff are okay I guess usually always friendly for the most part.

This was easily the worst place t order from! I called them had an order code that said Large 2 topping pizza and 10 buffalo chicken wings $19.99. The women on the phone says that will be $28 something she won't honour the coupon. She said she would call me back but didn't. She even told her boss I wasn't listening to her when I asked her to explain why the price jumped then rudely says do you want the order or NOT!

Got food poisoning from this location will not ever eat here again. I advise that you check your orders.

First time I ordered and payed extra for pineapple, there were few bits of it. Second time I ordered, the mushrooms I payed extra for, were missing. 3rd time yesterday (spinach and feta) the sauce was tomato instead of the white creamy Alfredo and it had hot pepper instead of roasted sweet peppers; plus 3 times more the feta cheese

I always see the staff running around. One staff member was having a conversation while the phone was ringing. Most of the time the parking is mostly dominos drivers taking the spots also.

Worst dominos on the island. Tried to order last night, they called me back within minutes to say they were too lazy to deliver it. Real nice standards youre living up too, I actually work at a functional dominos and they wouldn't pull something so audacious. Definitely will never order from Esquimalt Dominos, and I'll tell my friends, my coworkers and my boss of this wretched expirence. Thanks for enlightening me on the disparity in quality for a lesser store! Probably just saved me from an absolutely terrible pizza.

Dominos used to be soo good. I've noticed how salty and spicy the sauce is. I didnt ask for barbecue sauce! And where is the cheese?

Pizza dough has been undercooked the last 3-4 times I've ordered from here. I've wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, have even tried ordering it "well done" thinking it would be cooked at least the normal amount - but it's still raw. You can actually see the uncooked dough in the crust. At that point, it's not even about personal preference as to how somebody likes their pizza cooked. And from what I can see in the reviews, this Domino's is going to make somebody really sick one day, if they haven't already.

They have messed up my order the last two times. Prizza is always undercooked and always puts extra cheese when I specifically ask for regular cheese. I'm not going to be ordering from here again.

Can I just say the admiral location is amazing! Great service, amazing pizza and great deals. What more can one ask for

Their coupons are the same as regular price. They also charge $4.50 for delivery but it's not clear whether the drivers get the delivery fee

RUDE MANAGER that speaks on top of customer. WILL NOT CREDIT after their own mistake. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Had my pizza delivered no problem, called me on my cell phone for me to go get it no problem. Get back to my appt, pizza is wrong. I call to get it fixed and they said they will deliver me another one back no problem in 30-45 min. 1h30 later I call and they could not get hold of me on my phone (which worked at first) so they tell me they will deliver it again.they didn't. I call again to talk to the manager and said because they did not get hold of me, I am not entitled to a refund.
