Domino's Pizza

Always well staffed and clean. Pizza is good and consistent. Consider extra cheese for most orders to match other fast food pizza places in terms of ingredient margins. Dine in experience at this location is poor however that's by design it's a take out location.

Absolutely amazing, no joke.i hate vancouver, but this place, if i had the money to tip, I'd give them 100$ they are extremely nice, very helpful me and my gf had a wonderful experience there tonight the pizza was cheap the hand kneeded dough is amazing everything was genuinely amazing there:)

Dominos is by far, the greatest fast food pizzeria. The workers put love and honour when making your pizza. They are served fresh out of the oven and boy oh boy is it amazing. The crust is perfect, the dough is cooked to perfection, and every bite you can taste the love of dominos. Overall, the best fast food pizza you can get.

This location is my go to. I used to like other competitors but since my friend ask me to give it another try, them I was hook with the taste and value of their product.

Always fast service. If there are ever any issues, they are quick to fix or replace. Excellent customer service and good deals on pizza!

Overall a good place.

1st time and ordered online for a pick up 5 hours ahead. The pizza was on time and processed without issues. Told them the name of order and paid by card; the whole process was about 45 seconds.

When he passed me the pizza, he asked me why I didn't give him a tip. I always tip for deliveries as there was a service provide, but there was no service provided (other than prompting my payment and handing me the pizzas). It's like asking me to tip the cashier at the grocery store. I always gladly pay 18-20% on a sit down dinner where service is provided. A tip is a reward for good service; I cannot justify a tip for a takeout only pizza service.

Dominos always has a good deal. I tried the new stuffed cheese bread with spinach and feta. Yummy! It would be delicious to order in to go with any dinner. Mmmm. My mouth will be watering until I have it again.

We bought a cheese pizza today it's was delicious, they change something on it, it's has less tomatoes sauce, we love it that way.

Pre ordered on app for delivery at dinner and my pizzas showed up in ice storm perfect on time hot and with a smile thank you Dominos

Amazing Wings! Better than Pizza Hut! But for pizza, Pizza Hut is better. I prefer Pizza Huts dough and its ingredients (such as cheese, bacon.) are better than Domino’s. Domino’s dough has too much flour. There need to be more new pizza selections and different deals for Domino.

Awesome pizzas and especially staff. Take care of your staff and they will take care of your business. I would hire the two that were working today in a heartbeat.

Used points for a medium 2 topping, upgraded crust to welldone handmade pan, added some extra toppings, and it was 5 star!

Even order over the phone their always make on time & the pizza they make as I request!

Always skimpy with the toppings. Ask for pepperoni and mushroom and I got maybe 7-8 mushrooms total.
Barely any cheese on it either, and this happens every single time.

*Remember guys, the more toppings you get, the less cheese they give you.

Dominos is the worst. Coupon for $12.99 for 4 topping large, but oh wait Chicken costs extra, along with ANY sauce other than pizza sauce, and any of the extra cheeses like feta. So if you want chicken, feta, tomato, spinach pizza it's $17.50 which is almost the same price as one of their menu pizzas. Yea.get the heck outta here with that nonsense.

I only started ordering their pizza with the 50% off deal this week and they did not disappoint. The should be super busy but the quality of the pizzas did not deter. Ordered twice this week, both at dinner rush hours and it arrived on time, hot and looking delicious. Did not look rushed at all. Would definitely revisit!

It's the benchmark for American pizza. Sometimes you just need a slice. It's consistent and and has a much better crust than a lot of other pizza places.

I like their pan pizza, wife likes their crispy thin crust. The only thing we don’t like is how they start charging for different sauces now. Used to be garlic sauce or parmasan sauce was the same price as the standard pizza sauce. Now they charge a few bucks more

Also some of the toppings seem skimpy compared to what we used to get.

I order from here at least once per month, sometimes as often as twice or three times per month, and I have been eating from this location for about 8 years. I also walk in on occasion. Overall, the pizza is typically going to arrive fresh, warm or hot, and made as instructed. Delivery times are on the fast side, often beating the estimate, which in my opinion is the biggest perk and the reason they have 3 stars. There have been deliveries in the 20-25 minute range before, with the pizza literally steaming. While it's not always *that* fast, it's typically under 30-35, which is still really freaking good. Downside, is the pizza just isn't all that good, and especially for their current prices. When it was like $6-7 for a pie, you couldn't beat it. It's very bland, the crust is cardboard-esque, and the flavors just really aren't anything special. It's a perfect 2 am delivery when you're drunk on a Saturday (they're open til 3!), but less so a perfect 6 pm dinner after a long day. Also, the Indian delivery drivers don't bring change to the door, which I just do not understand. It isn't a one time thing, it's 9 times out of 10. Only the Indian ones, not the Asians, or that European white dude who is always on the phone (cool guy though, was/is one of the best drivers you had), nadda. Again, no idea what's up with that, but might wanna get it sorted out. Seems a little strange.

I had a coupon for Dominos and bought 3 medium pepperoni pizzas. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their store on No 2 Rd in Richmond was clean, well lit and inviting. The staff behind the counter were all hard at work making people's orders. My pizza was done in 20 min as promised. When I came home, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The pizzas looked beautiful and tasted delicious. Good work Dominos at No 2 Rd! I will be coming back

Pizza was fresh and well cooked but tasted bland and they forgot to add the topping I paid extra for. I ordered after almost a year to see if they have improved.

I ordered online and by accident I ordered a wrong item. Thanks to Dominos staff at Richmond for being so understanding & making my order right. Such a phenomenal service & professionalism. I highly recommend this location, they’re so reliable & efficient. We will purchase again next time. Highly recommended!

Ordered pizza with triple sausage and pineapple topping, gave me triple pineapple and sausage. Called and their manager promised a replacement for free for my next order. Called again couple days later and they told me there is nothing on my account. Dishonest practice.

Super average pizza here. Nice peeps. Domino’s is getting pretty bad imo. Topping are less and less. Lack of sauce on the pie too. I’d rather support indie places. But this was open late.

The pizza here is not bad but also not spectacular. I tried the Manhattan pizza. I commend them that it did do the New York pizza bend/flop. Standard domino's quality and flavour. Acceptable fast food pizza kinda thing but far from gourmet. Good that they are open late though and very affordable as it does satisfy late night cravings.

When you call them and tell them they get it wrong they ask you for proof and to drive back to the store to show them!
I mean the level of condescending behaviour.
Associate never even asked to make it right or say sorry or I will make a new one and deliver to you
After working 12 hour shift i arrive home with my pizza and its wrong

I tried their cheesy breadsticks, lava cake and the brownie. The bread was super tasty. The lava cake and the brownie was tasty as well but I do wish the brownie wasn't this thin.

Pizzas are loaded with topping and never disappoint. I'd take them over pizza hut any day!

Its dominos, but this branch is very poor, the one in Cambie is so much better.

Cause Food Poisoning multiple times? Yes.

Extra Cheese? You basically just donate money, they don't give a damn its still a single cheese

Only gave me a pizza with half my toppings! Ordered a whole so they probably dropped it and thought it was ok to still give it to me. Only gave them 3 stars cause customer service was very helpful
