Can't beat the $12.99 large pizza 2 topping deal through their app. Though a little skimpy on the cheese so it's better to pay a little extra for the extra cheese

Rude, incompetent staff who tried to double charge me for my pre-paid orders I placed to pick up.
They kept saying that they never received payment, and refused to give me my pizza and dips, unless I paid then again!
I had to go back to my car to grab my phone, and then go back inside to show them my Domino's receipts that were emailed to me.
They looked dumbfounded, and passed me my pizza and dips, and I left.not even a "sorry", or at least a "thank you, have a nice evening".
I'm starting to see a common denominator with all these franchise businesses.
There needs to be more regulation policies put in place on how these "establishments" are being operatored in order for consumer rights to be protected.
Especially when we are the ones forking over money in exchange for overpriced products & unexceptable "service".

Wow fast and efficient. Ordered around 4: 55 and delivered by 5: 15pm. Pizza was good too. Haha.

Best pizza in the town. Gurminder made a really nice pizza with perfect toppings on it. Apart from that, Store was well maintained and fully cleaned. Thanks for providing the best service.

I've always been a fan of easy pizza you cant beat dominos for that sometimes mistakes happen in orders but its usually worth the savings, my delivery was missing a couple drinks I wrote it off as cost of easy ordering and was going about my business when I got a knock on my door, my driver brought the drinks this was a young man who had to be accountable and make it right for me the client that shows character. I didn't call and complain this lad just made a mistake owned it and fixed it and I'm incredibly impressed, Thank you lad

Love their thin crust, they’re always fast and pizza is yummy! We get pizza there nearly every Monday!

I had complained about a poor quality of pizza before and they sent me a voucher with apologies. I ordered pizza again today and the pizza was so amazing

Normally i have no problem with this domino's but last night was the worst I've ever experienced with this place. The pizza was so old and dry, the cookies were so under cooked, the bread sticks were so greasy that it had leaked through the box but the cheesy stuffed bread was amazing! I was very disappointed overall.

Consistent quality and excellent customer service is something you can expect from this location.

Good service, tasty as usual. The winfield location is generally clean, and decently inviting.

I would leave 10 stars if I could! Came in July 2nd around midnight, I believe it was Amitoj who helped me (thats who it said on the app). He was working like a machine! Had 3 pizzas he had to make, phone ringing, running around back and forth! His customer service was incredible. And he made a delicious Pizza too! Keep up the great work, we'll be back!

Heath was the best delivery driver I’ve ever had in my life. He showed up at literally the perfect time. Was so kind and funny and helpful. And held the apartment door for me. He was amazing. 10/10 service.

Always had delicious pizza here. This location is exceptionally better than a couple of the other Kelowna Domino's locations. Good deals, good pizza. Delivery and pizza readiness always good also. Good job Domino's crew.

Food was hot, quick and good but the staff left little to be desired. Ordered 2 pizza to go, for carry out. Went in to get them and was owed four something in change. Buddy closes the cash draws then sees my face and stops, then asks me if I need my change. Sure do. The assumption of being able to keep someone's change as your tip is pretty entitled and ignorant. It's not as if he brought it out to us, or went some extra mile to deserve it, and honestly had he not been so arrogant and then rude about it, he probably would have been given that four bucks as a tip, but the assumption of keeping my money removed that chance for himself. It should never, ever be assumed unless a customer literally states as such, that anyone's change is yours for the taking. How rude.

I go to Domino's way more then any other pizza place. This particular one is great because the staff are cool and they're open late!

We really enjoyed our Mexican pan pizza.hot, fresh & with a kick. Best pizza we had in awhile.
