Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pizza a vegetarian after taking it home it had basically nothing on it the tomato was sliced paper thin could not find any vegetables on it the owners are so cheap with there toppings you can tell there in it not to care but to screw as much money out of you instead of making a good pizza I will never go three again avoid this place

I will never order from this location again. Worst customer service experience I have ever experianced. They gave me the wrong pizza and proceeded to give me attitude over correcting the issue. She started to explain how they make the pizza because I'm wrong and clearly don't know what I ordered. She expected me to drive down to the store so they could identify the wrong pizza they made and only then they would make me a new pizza if they decide the pizza they gave me is wrong at that point. Unacceptable. I asked to have them deliver me the correct pizza and she said they are very busy tonight trying to get out of it. When I would not take no for an answer she got very short with me on top of the already poor attitude and garbage customer service. They did send me a new pizza and exchanged it for the wrong one in a timely manor so I will give them credit for that. The replacement pizza is poor quality and in my opinion still not the right crust but at least the toppings were correct this time. They just lost a long time customer and will be taking my business elsewhere.

If you’re a regular customer for years it doesn’t matter anymore. Constantly missing items, delivery drivers BLASTING music and banging on doors at 11pm-1am deliveries, never following SIMPLE instructions, Indian girl and Indian male manager working at night are absolutely horrendous and will hang up on you constantly for no reason other than they just hate what they do and where they work, we get it you’re 30 and work at Dominos lol. Done ordering from them after spending thousands over the years. Get it together.

I usually get a pizza, a pasta dish, a chicken dish and a bread. Makes a decent meal with a few different tastes and not a huge hit to the budget.

Horrible service and the pizza has been terrible the last 6 months. Management needs to be changed at this location asap. So many better options in Mission

Worst pizza I’ve ever had it was watery and falling apart everywhere the cheese was falling off or it was thick and sickly there was water all over the pizza not greasy water I’ve gotten pizza from here before and it’s never been this bad must of hired new people don’t eat here from now on

Ordered 2 pizza and a bread and said 25 min delivery time after 30 mins the app said been quality checked and still nothing for another 30 mins. After a hour rang the store and still hasn’t even left the store. Took over a hour and all food cold

I entered specific delivery instructions with a number to call, even called the store to double check they received my instructions.it arrived after an hour, wound up left outside my door without anyone telling me, it must have been sitting there for a while because it was cold. I had to put it in the oven myself.: (

I am sorry to say that I have to drop my rating and I never want to do that. This location is making too many mistakes on my online orders. The last time I ordered pizzas with Extra Cheese and when I received them there was so little cheese that there were sections with toppings and bare crust with no cheese at all. This time I received the order and the dips missing, which happens often but I have not complained. I also ordered Pasta Primavera but it was full of some kind of meat, possibly sausage and had no tomatoes. I also don't appreciate the new $4.99 delivery charge and I am still tipping too. What I have seen is if I call and don't use coupons I get much better service and quality. But if I use the online ordering with coupons I just don't get what I have ordered. Like I said, the mistakes make the difference here.
