Domino's Pizza

Ordered a Medium Thin Crust Cheese Pizza. 5/10 score. No complaints, staff were super friendly. At $ 9.00 it was a steal!
I would 100% order from here again.

I normally love this place, but this time they really dropped the ball. I ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza with extra cheese and extra mushrooms, as well as the honey garlic wings and it was.something else.they seemingly missed the extra cheese part and put extra sauce instead (which would be fine, but it's not what I ordered and too much tomato sauce can make me sick) and the wings were. I don't have any other words for it than "swimming in grease and oil". It was really gross honestly, the oil made the ranch just slide off and it was literally DRIPPING when I picked up a wing. My drink was also warm.it wasn't the worst lunch I've ever had but it definitely wasn't the best

Worst place to order a pizza. They always messed up with my order. Also the staff is rude especially lady named Donna. She don't know how to cut a pizza. Find something else Donna because this job is not for you.

Just received my order and look at my double baby spinach what a great pricing and different gifting.
Please request if someone order put some topping so he/she can get happy bites.

This location charge extra money for cheese and toppings and still don't put the cheese and extra topping to get more profits, absolutely pathetic customer service, happened many times now.they should just shut down the store rather than skinning off their customers.their manager actually starts arguing once you try to lodge a complaint.

Perfect example of Corporate Greed, this location has third class customer service, and the manager argues with you when you ever try to complain about anything on this store, they take your extra money and still don't serve your proper food.

I recently ordered from Domino's in Grandview Heights 4 large pepperoni pizzas the price came to forty something dollars.
I was impressed because it was half the price I'm used to paying.

Tonight I ordered from Domino's in Newton and was surprised when the total was over $80. I asked them if there prices were the same as other Domino's they said maybe there was a promotion that's over.
I called Grandview Heights and asked for a total on 4 large pizza's and the guys said he could apply the "unlimited large pizza discount for $11 dollars each pizza. "
I called Newton back and mentioned this and they would not offer the same price.
So If you call Domino's in Grandview Heights Surrey and order 4 large pepperoni pizzas your total will be $44 dollars plus tax and they will offer the promotion you won't have to ask.
But if you call Domino's in Newton they won't offer any promotion and the price will be over $80 for 4 large pizza"s.
When I called Newton about this they offered $1 off

Hi I bought a pizza Sunday night on the 11th I ordered a small hand tossed they upgraded it to a medium thin crust. And they couldn’t even cut the pizza properly. The pizza wasn’t even eatable it was so burnt. I also, emailed them and they couldn’t even reply. Horrible service never come here especially at night. I would appreciate if that employee is talked too about the proper procedures and customer service skills on making a pizza.

I don't doubt the quality and taste of food at all, but the staff being rude and arguing instead of listening and blaming their customer, being themselves at fault is unacceptable. A good customer service is their foremost task and the first thing the customer expects.

Terrible service and complete scammers when it come to payment with cards. Been a customer at this locacation for awhile, not too sure if management has changed or what? Driver used pre-payed Visa to show me "their card works" while punching in 0.00 as the total.lol. I was trying to pay with my debit btw. Will never be back.

I order 2 breadsticks and one cheesy bread today when I reached home I saw they did’nt gave dipping sauce for all of that and choco lava cake was not coated with sugar and when I called this location for complaint they did’nt pick my call I called more than 5 times nd when I went to store for dippings all of them are free doing nothing and they still don’t pick calls of customers and when I told him that my order was not correct. He did’nt even apologize and was so rude. Bad customer service

The pizza is what I consider average, at an average price. You get what you pay for. The clerk was very nice which is better than average.
