Domino's Pizza

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had with this location. Ordered a gluten free pizza that was not cut at all. And was told there were marks but the cheese covered it up. Spoke to the Manager and received absolutely no help and was told it's not their fault. Will not be ordering again from this location.

Haven't ordered a pizza in years.
Decided to order a pizza from domino's over the ph.
Told them I would pick it up myself because it's not far from my house. Gave them about 20 min and went down to get it.
Sat there for 10 more minutes then asked if it was ready yet! They couldn't find my name!
Turned out it was at the other franchise across town!
No one said at any point on the phone when I ordered it was the cross town store! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I walked out never to return!

This location was clearly slammed and they did the best they could to get all the orders out on time, they weren’t rude they just worked hard, and their food was delicious

Walked in to the busy Riverside store in Penticton and ordered for takeout. I was walking out of there with my pizza within ten minutes. Fast and Friendly.

Huge thank you and shout out to Devon and Riley. Thank you for working hard and being so friendly. These kids are working hard and killing it. Smiling and friendly all the time. Thanks boys

Best chicken carbonara ever i always buy food here like almost every week and they never fail making the best carbonara with loaded toppings.

Avoid store on main in Penticton it's awful but riverside location is always fully staffed and get it right everytime because they are properly trained and managed and if they don't they make it right which is excellent customer service in my books.

Always hot, fresh pizza. Delivery drivers have been awesome to deal with and my family is always happy to hear pizza is on the way to our house ️

Dominos is and has always been fast and friendly. The quality is great and super tasty. Their wings are especially my fav as they bake them vs deep frying!

Riverside location, best pizza ever! Garlic cream sauce, beef, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. So very very good! Thank you to the maker, a young blond girl! Excellent service as well by both individuals
