Domino's Pizza

Number of issues using the App on my iPhone. Could not login, failed to recognize my email address or password. When I web access with the same email and password I was able to login. Placed my order and confirmed payment and the web page brought me back to the main page and my cart still showed the items I selected. Was not sure if my original order was accepted. Proceeded to completed my purchase again in my cart but this time there was no option to place my order for a later time period. Had to call the store and they advised that my order was being made. Apologize and mention that the app did not give an option to schedule for a later time. The person who answered my call was great and immediately cancelled the order and rescheduled for the time I requested.

Not open till 3 they just sit there and do nothing for the last hour I’ve tried to get pizza from them 3 times now at around 2am

This by far the worst Domino's in Vancouver. Bad service, product and quality.

I've always had a great experience with the staff at Domino's pizza specially with Aditya. He is friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my order. I appreciate how they take the time to listen to my preferences and make recommendations based on my tastes. Overall, the staff at Domino's pizza is top-notch!

I tried pizzas and some other side dishes more than 5 times in this store. I found their crusts are disgustingly dry.

Worst service ever! I'm never ordering from you again, I'll be complaining about this franchise to head office and as well letting everyone on my social media platforms to NEVER order from your store. Absolutely BEYOND unprofessional. It's a shame there's nothing beneath 1 star. Abysmal customer service. Pathetic pizza "professionals"

The worst dominos experience, stingy with toppings, I ordered and paid for extra cheese and there wasn’t even half of the regular amount of cheese on the pizza. Very disappointed.

I ordered a large pizza and they gave me a medium pizza and they didn’t cut it which I had to cut on my own and made me paid more for a medium pizza

I LOVE Dominos. I ordered carry out here tonight and they said it’d take 15 minutes but took about 30 mins, so the team gave me some cheesy bread and a bottle of coke in addition to my pizza:) such a nice team at this location!

Dominoes has a number of stores in around Vancouver. This franchise location is usually fairly busy. They offer various styles of pizza like pan, Brooklyn, thin crust, etc. Also there are other food items like chicken wings, salad, and a few more. Free parking in their busy but small shared strip mall lot. Or park on the street or side streets. #letsguide #covid

Don't put pizza on the floor without even knocking. Guy literally just put the box on the floor by the door without even ringing the bell. I was right by the door.

Called to place an order but got to know that the staff is very rude and they don’t even have basic phone etiquettes.

I would give zero if there would be option. Staff was so disrespectful. Firstly they told me the wait time is 2 hours. Then they called me and told we can’t deliver there. So rude and unprofessional. Earlier they ordered so bad pizza.

Some slices barely had one piece of ham on them. This didn't affect the rating, but I was hoping that the employees wore masks.

I have ordered from this location like quite a few times and once i received the pizza, there was hair on it and they say no we don't have someone working whose hair can be on the pizza. I still didnot say anything, I didnot even take the refund not even the pizza. I was like ok, sometimes it happen. But then today i Ordered from the same location, first they call me and said Delivery can take upto 2 hours and would you like to cancel it, I said no. I can wait and then he again called me and said we can not deliver your pizza because you have conplainted few times. Like literally man, If there is something wrong with your pizza, customer will complaint. It was so rude and disrespectful behavior.

There is no star for this location.because the shift manager of this location is so disrespectful.he don’t even know how to behave with costumers, so rude.

First time ordering from here & the last! Ordered chicken Alfredo & side of spicy chicken with jalapeno & pineapple, cheese.
Brought me a Chicken Alfredo PIZZA? ! WTH? Didn't know there was such a thing. The side chicken order was dried out chicken nuggets with hardly any sauce or cheese and burnt cheese. Have had these 2 things from Domino's on W Broadway. This place needs to call them and learn how to make good food! I haven't been this disappointed in a food order ever! I also didn't accept this Alfredo PIZZA & hardly ate any of the side chicken. Only positive thing was the delivery guy! He was very nice & friendly! Major disappointment!

I’m a loyal customer to Domino’s pizza, but I find this location very stingy with their toppings and sauce. Every time I had to order extra sauce to expect the regular amount of sauce on their pizza, not to mention they got my sauce wrong a few times. I will give them credit for the speedy delivery though, it’s always on time, if not earlier.

They burned all 3 of the pizzas and hardly had any cheese. I phoned and complained and they sent me another burned pizza with basically no cheese. I like Domino's but this was a fail.

Me and my husband got the worst food poisoning last night from their pizza!

It is not yet cured and we still feel sick. Something was rotten very bad in that Pizza.

To workers: you literally have one job, to provide a clean non rotten food! God knows if they don’t check for expired products, how they are handling providing Covid-free food to people!

Is there a reason why your pizza sauce tastes like a bag of sugar? You need to change where you get your ingredients, one piece and I thought I had diabetes at first.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN. One part of my order wasn't delivered and we called the store to ask for a refund regarding what wasn't delivered, instead of trying to minimum effort to proceed with that, the girl who picked up the phone, who identified herself as a manager, just said they don't refund of only one item. After a while trying to see another solution, we decided to ask for the item to come and she just hang up on me. This was my last order here. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered 3 items, they forgot my chicken told me it would be 5 mins. 60 mins later they delivered some different chicken I did not order and it was simultaneously burnt and cold at the same time. They told me to deal with it but to call them personally for a credit at a later point. They didn't take any information and there's no credit on my account so it looks like I'm at a loss on this one.

One of the best pizza chains and they never disappointed with the taste. We usually get thin crust pizzas and our kids love them. I like the pepperoni pizza with some bacons on it. This place has some parking available and I normally order through the app for carry out and pick it up here. The staff are nice and prompt on the orders.

Picked up a Large 4-topping pizza for lunch. My mom bit into a pebble and it almost broke her tooth. The pizza was good until she found the rock. I was scared to eat any more of it after that. I called Domino's to inform them and the lady that answered the call said it wasn't a rock, instead might have been burnt cheese. All I wanted to do was to let them know to check their ingredients and to be careful at preparing pizzas. I kept explaining it was black and hard. It could have broke a tooth. Instead of being sympathetic, she was quite confrontational. She kept insisting it was not a rock and hung up.

Good pizza and cheesy bread. Ordered through the app, they marked it as delivered and it definitely was not here, so I called them. The guy on the phone kept talking over me, going “the driver is on the road” over and over and not letting me express my concerns at all, and then just said, “okay byeeeeee” and hung up on me. Ended up getting my pizza another ten minutes later, putting my total drive time at 25 min for an 8 min drive. If I wasn’t so hungover I’d drive up there and pour a litre of pop on the floor so he’d have to clean up the sticky mess, but I guess I’ll just be mad at home and eat pizza instead.

Delivery was supposed to be a contactless delivery. Instead, the pizza delivery guy did not leave the food at the front door and keep a safe distance away. He also was not wearing his mask properly, as his nose was outside of his mask. I was very shocked because I selected contactless delivery when I placed my order. I hope that Dominos can ensure that their delivery men or women take every precaution regarding covid.

Pizza was delicious, but the delivery guy Kevin Kim was an absolute jerk to deal with. I'm sorry you're having a bad day but don't take it out on me. I'm just trying to get my food

It's Dominos.what do you expect? Well, everytime I order for carry-out, I expect my pizzas to be scorching hot, the service to be extremely friendly and quick.

The takeout was one of the Best deal for the 4-topping Large Pizza Except I have a problem in eating the thick edges of the crust! Other than those edges, the rest of the pizza was just awesome

Today was the last day I will order from this Dominos Pizza. I have been a loyal, dedicated, client for a year; ordering a pizza every Saturday (I have a very clean diet during the week, so ordering a pizza from them was my “cheat meal”).

When I started ordering pizzas from them I thought they were great! I would always get a medium, thin crust pizza; they used to put enough cheese and sauce, and they were generous with the toppings. It was satisfying and the perfect cheat meal for me; it made me feel happy. Heck, even my friends were giving me a hard time when I used to tell them Domino’s was better than Pizza Hut.

However, the last 5 or 6 pizzas have been really bad. Super dry (almost no sauce) and they totally skimped out on the toppings. The second time this happened I told them that I wasn’t happy with the last pizza I got from them. The lady on the phone was nice about it, she listened to me and said: I apologize for that, I will make sure your next pizza is a good one! However, it wasn’t.

When I called today to place my order I told them again that the last pizza they brought me was not good. This time the lady on the phone only said “Ok”, and literally hanged up on me. I was like.o. K?

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t blame her; maybe they started cooking their pizzas differently in order to save on cost.

And yes, I feel guilty for whining about a pizza (there are other things happening right now way more important and relevant; this is definitely a first world problem). But I do it because I eagerly wait and look forward for my Saturday cheat meal. It’s the break that helps me stay focused during the week on eating clean. Also, one of my biggest pet peeves is to pay money for a meal that leaves me disappointed, thinking: I wish I cooked myself. I mean, a cheat meal is not supposed to leave you thinking that, right?

Anyway. (sigh). I regret to inform that starting next Saturday I will change sides. Yes, I will order from Pizza Hut.

I give this Domino’s 3 stars because they were good for a while (not anymore).: (

Haven't had dominos in ages. Food was ready really quickly and for the money it was the best pizza I have had in a while.

Worst Dominos ever. I order a cheesy bread, wings and choco lava cake, they missed my dips, the chicken was soo bad that I felt like it was years old.

This location will continue to lose customers if the manager doesn't step his/her game up. I've had superb experience with Dominos from different locations but this one just doesn't cut it in comparison. Took 50 mins for delivery today and was VERY STINGY with toppings. I'll order from this location one more time because I have two free pizzas from bonus but after that I'm switching either to different location (if that's an option) or I'll just stop ordering from Dominos all together.

Good attentive service and nice attitude. The minus 2 stars are for the pasta. The mushrooms were raw and sausage looked microwaved.

The place makes a killer pepperoni pizza but if you order anything that’s not pepperoni pizza, go somewhere else

Always do carryout orders as I pickup on the way home from work, but service has been alright. Always greeted on walking up to cash register but they don't always remember you after if your order not ready at time of payment and you're still waiting. I expected this so not a big deal but would have given 5 stars if they did remember.

Pizza is usually good as franchise pizza can be and Monday's has a mobile app coupon for 50% off on all pizzas so can bring the price of the most expensive large pizzas with the price of a 1 or 2 topping large pizza.

Located in a small plaza on W 49th and Oak Street with shared parking that only sometimes has parking but plenty of residential street parking within a block or two otherwise.

Across the street is an Esso that often can have decent pricing in the evenings so you can get food and gas on the same visit.

Pizza was awful the past 2 times I ordered.
Dough was raw and it felt like it was a marinara soup with the excess of sauce.

If u order there specials it's a good deal. When u order a extra topping the prices get ridiculous

Waste of money!
I've ordered big size 4 topping pizza and a 2L coke for $18: 50. They added funky and tasteleas bacon, without asking me. The pizza bread wasn't fresh. I've just ate a half slice and left the whole pizza in garbage.

It’s your typical dominoes.cheap, cold pizza, with a lack of toppings so don’t complain.if you want something better, go elsewhere

BEWARE! This store does not care about cooking food properly and getting its customers sick. Over 1 month ago I sent a complaint that my wings were not cooked fully and I got sick from them; they have yet to address my complaint or acknowledge anything.

This dominos is great. Just wish you could pick up late on Friday and Saturday when you’re open till 1: 45 am.

Really good pizza with pretty good deals. Not the best pizza but for its price, it's really worth it.

Got my pizza opened up the box to a mess, toppings falling off, watery mess, not well done, dough is uncooked. Talked to a manager who wouldn't give me her name. Argued for a good 5-10 minutes, also accusing me of lying saying that I just wanted a free pizza? Like really? I even offered to send the pizza back. She eventually decided after a long time that she would send the pizza to my house. She even wanted me to pay delivery? ! I've been ordering from this location for a couple years now but from the past couple months the service and quality of standard has dropped drastically! Will be the last time I order from this location!

Got white chicken wings that look like they were boiled with and just sprayed mango sauce on it

It's a shame that I have to leave a negative review of this location because we have had good experiences in the past. I don't know what has happened to management/ staff recently but the staff who are on the phone are rude and condencending. We placed an order online and waited for our pizza. When the driver arrived, he apparently called our phone but we did not get a "inbound call" notification screen. Once we found out what had happened, I tried calling the driver back and my spouse called the store. The person at the store had a very rude tone with him and said things like "Why didn't you answer your phone? ! " loudly and angrily. The person (John) told us to call the driver, which I did and left a voicemail. We waited for a response from the driver, then called the store back. My spouse was put on hold, then HUNG UP ON. Usually I dont write these reviews, but I am so upset with how we were treated after we tried to make things right. Whoever is managing this store or training staff needs to do their job. Fire the incompetent, rude staff who yell at and hang up on customers and hire some polite people to replace them. Oh and in case anyone is wondering, my spouse was very polite and patiently tried to explain the issue to the staff. He did nothing to warrant such a RUDE experience.

It is as expected; ordinary pizza. Done fast and clean. I got no complaints here.

Pizza is quite sub par, i much prefer any other chain: pizza hut, little ceasars, fresh slice, all better than dominos, and that says a lot.fast delivery though

Second time I'm taking delivery. Twice mistake with the order and was very bad pizza comparing to other time I ordered. Very upsetting

Pizza is good. Parking is terrible in this area, and the lot is small. But when it comes to Domino's. They're pretty good with having your pizza ready to pick up, ready to go.

Good place to eat, but i don’t know why you can’t pay online.would’ve been a 5 star if i was able to pay online instead of in person.
