Domino's Pizza

Brook was easy to chat with and he was super sweet with my kiddo same with his counterpart (forget her name). Brook helped take our order to the car as well. Go Canucks!

Dominos is my go to for pizza. They have coupons I use all the time and they have this amazing chocolate lava cake I'm addicted to! Great service as well.

I consistently choose to order from this place, and recently, it has consistently exceeded my expectations. Unlike Uber and Skip drivers who often struggle to locate my address, delivery from this location has been flawless. The food arrives hot, fresh, and promptly. In the past, I frequently received cold pizza that was oddly uncut. However, there has been a remarkable turnaround lately. Kudos to the team for the great improvement!

We just loved the food. Schinder made our pizza and chessy bread, which was the best pizza, I ever had in Langley.

Love how they keep you updated. I have 2 dogs and it was good to meet the driver to minimize the barking from my dogs

This is my large pizza which included extra chicken topping and extra cheese. Not impressed.

Service and food was great, but the cut job on the pie was weak and required ripping apart to eat.

Had a really poor experience at this location. We showed up to pick up our pizza approx 15 minutes after it said it would be ready. The employees looked and couldn't find the pizza. They were all laughing and joking about the pizza they misplaced. Staff then came up with a lie and stated it was "dropped" and said another one would be made. We came back in to the store about 10 minutes later. At this time we noticed the staff cleaning the ceiling ceiling directly overtop of pizzas being prepped. This was dripping dust and chemical right on to the prep station. We left hungry and without our pizza. Do not order from this location.

App did not work - all of a sudden my pizza was ready - it was only ok this time and then 4 hours later they called and said you have a pizza to pick up? IT issues

Just wanted to thank the girls at the front for their kindness and patience! My partner and I came in last night just before 12am to pick up an order and the cashier / chef girl was very kind. The times we’ve come here at night the girls who run the front are always sweet and hardworking)

First their online and app order are malfunctioning. Two they come here with a double order and left me with two of the same pizza instead of one of each like I ordered. Then I called the store and they said they would send the driver back. He never came back. Then I call back the store and they wanted to send only one of the pizza missing but its been an hour since the other pizza got delivered. I also preordered 2 hours before delivery. Really bad service.

Ordered it for the first time from here and now I understand why it has such a low rating. They can't even cut the slices properly that's like the easiest thing to do. One of the slice had no cheese. Stuffed bread had burnt cheese on both sides. See pictures and decide for yourself. I have been ordering from Domino's for the past 20 years in multiple countries, and this is the first time I have seen it this bad.

Didn’t want to bother with correcting the last order of the day (yesterday). Delivery driver would rather have the food and the people I caught on the phone at the store just before they closed only wanted to leave. Customer did not come first. I missed the delivery by seconds while I ran to get dressed and meet him. When I called I was told that he was still on his way and that the eta could be wrong by min after I told her my order was “completed”. No one would listen to me when I said he left without using the address that clearly states basement suite, as well as the delivery instructions, as well as my number to call or text if confused and I can meet. I would rather it be contactless, there was a major tip involved as I know it was the last order and it was snowing. Very disappointed.

I want to share my experience at this location.it is one of the most friendly places I've ever been to it was a pleasure going here especially since I'm from Calgary And absolutely delicious pizza they make.

Just ordered 2 medium pizzas for the first time from this location, and im truly blown away.these pizzas are perfectly greasy, cheesy, crunchy but soft crust and covered with toppings.the driver came here at a very surprising pace considering when i ordered from the fraser highway location in Langley 2 times prior to this one. Both times having delays in the delivery and the pizzas being sup par at best. I lowered my expectations just to be blown out of the water with the service i have received tonight and may consider ordering again in the near future from this location.this is the one time i didnt tip for any sort of order in my entire life.and its the one time i feel like i received perfect service.keep doing what you guys are doing at this location, you guys are killing it!

Walnut Grove location has poor customer service and poor delivery times. We live about a five minute drive away in traffic and we still get our pizza late. 25 minutes late over top of the promised delivery time. This is the last time I will order from them. If I could give them negative stars I would.
