Domino's Pizza

Dominos is one of the best pizza places around. Service is always great. The food of course is second to none. There are many locations too! I wish I took more pictures but I ate too quickly.

Just a regular here. I really love the pizzas. I won't give a bad review but my pizza could be made better you know. And td appreciate if the staff can talk to me properly. Just a rush. Anyways so far so great tho.

One good experience I had with Domino's was when I ordered a pizza for a small gathering with friends. The ordering process was quick and easy through their website, and I was able to customize the pizza with all the toppings we wanted.

I like this place; it’s pretty good. The pizza hot from oven is perfect. The server was very kind and polite as well.

Did takeout only. Good service and pizza during the 50% off promo. Would go back for this price point.

Stuffed cheesy bread has no stuffing at all. I got one piece of meat and one jalapeno. Toppings on the pizza are also slim and they go all in the centre and no cheese towards the crust.

Very very disappointed. I prepaid and gave the driver a generous 20% tip. He obviously dropped my pizzas and delivered them a complete mess. Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the person I talked to on the phone after was very polite and seemed to care. I see many other similar complaints in the reviews here. Beware before you expect a nice pizza delivered to you.

I received my 2 medium pizzas and hot wings 18 minutes after I ordered it off their mobile app. This was during dinner hours. On a Friday night. In another town. Sweet deal

Pizza tasted fine. Other then that, no go. Pizza arrived as seen in picture. Who cuts a pizza like that? Looks like it was on a rollercoaster before arriving. AND the guy asked about the tip at the door when I already tipped online.so be careful they are trying to get double tips.very shady

Last time I ordered the driver was ridiculously unprofessional and lazy, this time my 6 piece cookie arrived in box as seen below with two pieces being from what seemed to be different cookies originally x (bottom left and right) the one on the right was also severely burnt and dry.

I have ordered from this location for over twenty years and there has been inconsistent results periodically probably as a result of how busy the location is experiencing on a given night. I personally like a pizza "sloppy" and the crust soft and not crunchy so the issue is all about the tomato sauce. The other issue I have found is that depending on the pizza that is ordered is the amount of each topping on that pizza. Lately, when I order a large pizza with four toppings is that pizza lacks the volume while if I order a medium two topping pizza is that pizza is thick and loaded with tomato sauce and cheese. I try to convey this over the telephone and or on the application but usually that is hit or miss. When I order in person in the store I seem to have better luck because I am eyeballing the pizza artist!

I know Domino's Pizza, and this review is based on the standard that I expect based on my experiences with Domino's locations specifically.

The staff were not friendly, they just said 2 minutes and motioned to the door. I paid and walked outside to wait. I came back in, he slid the pizzas on the counter and that's it. No thank you, no anything else. Pizza on the counter no words.

The pizza itself was unsatisfactory and it just showed they didn't care.

Been coming here for 20 years for a reason. The pizza is the best in the business. It's always super hot and on time for pickup. Have had many "authentic" and expensive pizzas all over Vancouver, but Domino's has it nailed down. Brooklyn style for the win. Would be nice if the Alexa app came to Canada, though.

Used to order from here all the time and now when I try to order it says "Sorry we don’t currently offer delivery to your location but we’ve displayed nearby carryout stores below. " But it says you have delivery.

Seriously I get more toppings from a $5 frozen pizza. Yes it is that bad.
Also, don't even bother with their curbside pick up service.
I waited in the car for 15 minutes with my toddler and still ended up going in to grab it myself and the staff was literally standing there doing nothing.

Rude personal, doesn't gave me recite, waiting 25 minutes and still doesn't get order when I requested.
Will never go to this location again

Never received the whole order was missing items. No dipping sauce was delivered and when tried calling store no one picked up phone.

Terrible service, I’m literally 6 minutes down the same street as the store and it took them a hour, incompetent service, poor customer care and will never order from them again.

I am a long time customer of Dominos, but I am not ordering from there again. I pre-ordered and left a tip (15%) and paid for the order on the website. The delivery driver was new (I was later told) and couldn't figure out simple directions to find my apartment. He then told me to go stand outside that he would be at the front door in a minute. I went out right away as my apartment is at the far end of the building. It was about -8 that night, but I just grabbed my mask and no jacket as he should be there very quick. The restaurant is approx 5 minute drive from here anyways. I waited for at least 15 minutes outside, gave up, went back in. The driver called and accused me of not going outside and that he was waiting but I took too long. I hung up on him after he keep being rude and accusing me of being at fault. I called the restaurant and told them I just wanted to cancel my order. I was stressed and just didn't want to deal with it anymore. They insisted they would send another driver with a newly made order. The new driver came, no troubles. I am positive the order wasn't remade though as it was cold. I thought about it and they still charged me the full charge, plus the tip. How is that a way to keep repeat customers? I wrote corporate an email and never heard back. It has been at least a month. So, if you want a company that actually cares about their customer, don't order from Dominos. They couldn't even bother to write a reply of any kind and obviously could care less about someone who has been ordering from the company for 20 years plus. Not anymore!

I’ve always been authentic pizza guy, but the pizza i had from you guys last week was amazing. It definitely hit every single spot. Perfect crisp, toppings were spread out evenly and cooked to perfection. Loved it!

Dominos really needs to understand basic supply and demand. If you are promoting a 50% deal for the week, but they are closed during prime time pizza ordering, then you're going to have a stupendous amount of orders to fill when you go back to making pizzas. That will create delays which create angry customers.

If you don't want one star reviews about your service, fix the problem by taking a business course in high school. Only then will you be able to handle the giant numbers of customers that you want, but can't supply on a consistent basis.

These fine gentlemen delivered the pizzas to the wrong house and because it is covid, I had them leave it at the door. They left it at the wrong house. I then called to complain about missing pizza and they accused me of typing my address incorrectly. They eventually agreed to send another set of pizzas. When we got them, they delivered the wrong set of pizzas to us. They sent us someone else's pizza with someone else's address and phone number. I am sorry to whoever is owed these pizzas.

Several nights ago we ordered pizzas from this location and it was delivered to the incorrect house. Even though they attributed it to be somehow our error, they eventually delivered the pizzas again. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas had the incorrect toppings. Keep up the good work you guys, best of luck with clown college.

As cliche as it sounds, if I could give this location zero stars I would.

I can understand that mistakes happen, so its best to own up to it, move on and see what you can do to make up for it. However, when you blame the paying customer for your mistakes, offer nothing in return, mess up the second delivery and give us a different customers order, you know you've reach a new type of customer service and business management that is outstandingly atrocious its almost unfathomable. I can't comprehend the thought process of your employees that day and I'm happy to say I won't miss it. As for the other customers pizza, it was sub par at best and it made me crave a frozen gluten free delissio pizza.

To the employees of this location, be better:)

The online pickup order took so long to be prepared, I arrived at the shop, the screen showed my order as "Ready in 8 minutes" I stood there for 20 minutes and the screen never changed, was freezed on "Ready in 8 minutes ", it's like I am being lied at.in Domino's book 1 minute equals 4 minutes.weird.just tell me my order will be ready in an hour but don't say in 8 minutes then I wait for ages, this is so frustrating. It's been 25 minutes waiting now.the order said ready.but nothing is happening.a very bad experience. I discovered the pizza is Ready an no one called me though I am waiting for sooooo long.what kind of service is that.are you guys working or asleep

I order from this location regularly on the weekend and during the week at night time and it’s always great. Today (Sunday Jan 19) I ordered at 12: 05 pm. My pizza and cheese bread was made at 12: 18 pm so I expected to receive it quickly. The order was not sent out for delivery until 12: 40 pm. I was okay with this as I’m sure they might’ve only had one driver. But the driver didn’t show up until 1: 25 pm! 45 minutes after he left. It is a 7 minute drive to get to my house and by time the pizza and cheese bread got here it was already 1 hr since the pizza was made and it was cold! Never again will I order during the day and I suggest you don’t either. Better to just go pick it up yourself since they can’t seem to deliver in a timely manner.

Worst pizza I've ever ordered. Payed for lots of extra toppings and there was maybe some small trace evidence of what I actually ordered on it

I used to be a bias fan of domino's Pizza but not anymore. I ordered two pizzas including chicken alfredo and a vegetarian pizza from this place and cheesed up both, but at the end they came out with less than regular cheese and also I struggled to find only a few chicken slices. Never come back.

My name is Omid I order a medium Hawaiian Pizza at 12: 45pm at night and they told me it would take about 1 hour because they only had 1 delivery driver. As soon as my pizza arrived it literally was cold and not even hot it's like it came out of fridge. I tried to call back but apparently they closed at 1am and I couldn't complain about my pizza.

Best delivery pizza, PERIOD. Delicious, quick and not overpriced, Domino's is definitely to for any party, dinner or even just a quick meal!

Just got my pan pizza. Pretty raw if you ask me. Said was ready for pick up, went to get and she still had to box the pizza. Very regular customer to this location and hope this is the last raw deep dish pizza I receive.

The deals are great now in dominos as compared to pizza hut.they are doing all the right things. Try chessey breads super amazing

Terrible manager, absolutely no people skills pizza came wrong and she argued with me and said that's what I ordered.and hung up.i gave the driver back the pizza and ordered from another place. Never again Domino's will I ever give you business again

Always liked Domino's so I may be a bit biased. However, this location at least, is consistent in quality. I usually order the Mediterranean (for pickup) but the Deluxe is also very good!

I wanted to order a large pizza and the guy who answered the phone was so rude. Without even asking the delivery location, he told me that it will take more than a hour to deliver. I am living 1 km away. I will never order from them.

Ordered delivery at midnight on the weekend (the close at 2). 30 minutes later I got an email and update on their site saying my pizza was successfully delivered. I called them politely asking where my pizza was because I never received it and they got angry at me and said to wait 3 more minutes because the driver was almost there. I don't know where they pulled 3 minutes out from but it's been 2 hours now, my pizza never arrived and the store is closed. So that's cool. I guess I'll stick with Papa John's, it's cheaper and ACTUALLY ARRIVES WHEN I ORDER IT.

Not as good as Domino's on Prairie in Port Coquitlam. Tends to be dryer. Not enough sauce perhaps.

They gave a wrong pizza and then said - "you should check before taking it ". Weiredest service ever. I will never go there.

The owner pulled out my pizza when there was 3 mins left of cooking time. When I asked him why you did that he said cause we are too busy! He's an idiot he gives uncooked pizza to customers when he's busy!
