Driver was great, noticed that I have trouble getting around and brought the food in and was very decent

Don’t order from here every time I’ve orders from here the food sucks and this morning after eating pizza from this location last night me and my girlfriend are both very sick and throwing up don’t recommend this place the workers don’t care

We ordered a pizza online tonight. When we got it home it was the wrong pizza. We called back, the girl who answered was so amazing. Her customer service was outstanding. They delivered our correct pizza. When it arrived the delivery guy was so apologetic and kind. We gave him a tip and he kept refusing to take it! Now the cherry on top was the pizza was HOT! The remade the pizza! 10/10

Worst pizza ever two hours late couldn’t even find my order and after adding extra toppings on my pizza they arrived looking like ski slopes pathetic. No help or refund

Ordered garlic cheesy bread with bacon on it. Was gross. I had asked before I ordered, if I could order a stuffed cheesy bread with pizza toppings placed on top or inside of it, and was told no. The business lost making more money off of this idea. Don't order the cheesy bread it's gross. I'll make my own stuffed pizza bread at home.

Cold pizza but makes sense why it took so long. Forgot dips, clicked extra sauce but was made more like less sauce. Dry like a cracker.

It took me from 5: 14 placing the order to getting it at 7: 30.the pizza tracker said it was quality checked at 5: 37, the pizza was warm but you could tell it was in the box waiting for the delivery driver since 5: 37. The pizza is always either overcooked or under cooked from this location and never right. If you can't fulfill orders in the proper time you should stop talking them. I don't take work at my job I can't complete in the time I give.just because it's pizza doesn't mean you give up your standards.seriously questioning ordering ever again.

Pizza was great. Delivery guy Thayer was really nice. Even asked me how my day was didn't just hand me the pizza and the machine. Service with a smile.

The pizza is decent, the Monday deal is the best. But these guys mess with the “ready now” times. I order in the app and the pizza is never ready when the app says, or the screen in the store. Always have to wait 10 minutes. The Harvey Ave store in Kelowna was never like this.

Dont pay online. Delivery driver just left it on my front step after I tipped 20% prepay online. I called the store to find out where my order was thinking it was really busy only to find the driver say he left it on the door 30 minutes ago after knocking twice. Never heard the knocks and when I opened it up all the toppings were smooshed like it was dropped or jostled. Wonder why I didnt hear the knocks or he didnt call/ring the bell like they usually do.

This review is for the manager at this pizza store, you’re training your employees well and teaching them good things and you get 5 stars for this, but customers like me don’t like to eat pizza from a dustbin, please change this thing. Don’t teach your drivers to deliver the pizza on the dustbin. I’m also a food delivery driver and I think this is the worst thing you can do with a customer. If you like to eat food from dustbin then keep it with you don’t teach this thing to your drivers or maybe it’s the driver who lives in this type of environment and don’t know what is right and what is wrong.
I ordered it online and never selected the dustbin as a delivery location.
I know now you’ll reply to this review talking about concerns@dominos and bla bla, I don’t want that. This is for you so you can work on this.

Had an excellent experience at Domino's Pizza Carrington Road West Kelowna when travelling for business.
They had quick service, a good menu and some good pricing.

The food was great! Hot and freshly made. I was not expecting it to come early coz I was tracking it thru their website and it says that it is still in the store but it came earlier than expected and with high quality. Although the size would only come until 14” for the biggest one I think which could be improve so that there would be options for party pizza. Also, not enough deals that were offered in their websites to save more with your money.

But really better service than Busters which is always 30-45 mins to come considering we are just near them. Also, the delivery guy is very friendly and helpful. He wears a great smile while waiting outside. He was also neat and presentable unlike other delivery guys.

The staff are all very accommodating & friendly. Their delivery drivers, on the other hand, all think they are race car driver's. Hey guys, that red octagonal sign, it's called a STOP sign.

Ordered a 4 topping pizza and there were barely any topping. Just a loaf of bread. The worst dominos.

I've yet to have a bad experience here and that's saying something for dominos. Recently moved to west k and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal compared to the downtown location. Cannot say enough for how charismatic they are. Great work management and staff.
