Domino's Pizza

Pretty sad experience. Staff is very militant. They don't know how to de-escalate situations. The reason they have so many problems at this location is because of the staff. Very concerning what I saw. Very dirty. Staff seems unclean. Unwashed. I would not and will never order from the store. Avoid this one and go to Denman or Broadway Dominos or Romano's Pizza or a Fresh Slice Pizza. Stay away from this Domino's. Very immature, irresponsible, horrible staff and service. I couldn't believe that mess, the garbage, the smell.and the mice and rats are obviously leaving their mark. So sad to see a long standing franchise like this taken down by a bunch of children running it. Shame on the owner.

Dominos has one of the best customer service, that are the best fast pizza ever, their quality is always great and they are super consistent. Thank you dominos for making always our day!

Domino's Pizza on Granville has definitely the most friendly and helpful staff one can ever wish for.
Place your order through the application then show up within 20 minutes ready service with a smile and aware that theses employees work they butt off, on the weekends they are swamped and yet they remain steadfast.
In my opinion of all the Domino's outlet thus one is the top of the line.
My hats to them you truly can see the atmosphere is jovial despite the pressure.

They forgot the sauce and the parmesan bites had barely any garlic compared to previous orders. Paying all this money for a meal I didn't enjoy honestly ruined my night. I would have been less upset if they forgot the pizza.

(Wish I could just report issues on the website's order tracker. I'm not calling anyone for a refund for a sauce.)

Sometimes end up giving order with same names to someone else in they are very friendly and willing to help though

Pizza good but the delivery time.not so much I found the staff working that evening lacking as well. The guy on the phone played dumb after being told the address. Saying that he couldn't hear me. I'll give the pizza a 9
but the customer service.not so much. As for me. I think I'll order elsewhere.

The service has always been prompt and the food hot and delicious everytime. Aside from a technical issue with a credit card payment. I recommend them to everyone.

Its a dominos alright! Honestly not bad for the price. Dominos has always been my go-to chain pizza place. Pizza is ok, but good for the price. Wings are surprisingly good too. Great for a craving. Delivery is fast and friendly.

Amrit Rai was a great guy serving us. We were drunk but he held his nerve and handled the situation really good.

I love Dominoes, and this place lived up to the expectation. Pizza was hot and cheesy, ordered online and it was ready and waiting for me, no wait at all. Cheesy bread was a little crispy but still delicious so I recommend!

Yeah 5 stars for customer service alone. But I gotta admit I've ordered more from Domminos than the rest put together, that's got to mean something.

Gotta like quick and hey no cooking, no dishes except a glass for beer. A great way to eat dinner. Dominoes on Granville is an excellent choice for a week night late dinner as it's fast service. Also convieniently close being blocks away. Thanks to the staff, awesome as always.

This store on GRANVILLE st.is SCAM. Whatever topping you order as DOUBLE they will bring it as normal and once you complain they said they had Quality Control over it before delivery it.

They offer %50 promotion but they put less toppings to save on promotions.

I paid extra about $8-$10 to get DOUBLE (CHICKEN, MUSHROOM. ONION, AND FETA) as you see you can barely find PIECE of chicken on every slice. Basically they DOUBLED NOTHING

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

They can't get the order right. And when told they even argue about it instead of making it right. Domino's no longer in my list.

My order was wrong, and some stuff was missing. The people were nice, and food was cooked thoroughly

I liked the fact that the Domino's staff allowed me to use my usual online deal for my walk in order. He (I didn't get his name) was efficient and friendly. My order was on a data board so I was able to see my order's information which I great. I will (obviously) order from them in the future, whether it's online or off, as this location is used for my online orders too.

In love with their latest Cheeseburger pizza. It's just like I'm enjoying a great burger place too

My bank account and personal information are stolen because of weak security on the website of Dominos.ca. Right after making an online transaction on the website. Someone bought many US DOLLARS UBER GIFT cards by using my debit card and emptied my card.i had to file an investigation through my bank. Never place an order through online on dominos.

Dominos pizza where to start. This is a good branch the food is good and standard with the rest and the customer service was good as well. No complaints at all you get exactly what you expect no more no less

Domino’s Pizza used to be good quality and not cheap on the Protein Nowadays totally the opposite

Good pizza, chill. You can mix different flavours to make a full pizza, which was good because me and my friend liked different flavours. Good size pizza and the price is the usual.

Called for delivery and they said they wouldn't deliver 4 minute drive from there. Very disappointed with the poor service tonight

Dominos pizza is an okay. I like the way how precise and consisted the way they take care from your order until they bring it to your door step. Everything is on time and quick. I like the service, Domino's.

Just Hate this dominos! Don’t step in the mud by ordering food from here! Don’t expect much from here as you won’t find fine from here! So food is kind a similar to street food and no good experience with taste of food.

We went late at night so I can understand that some of the staff were burned out or something, so they weren't particularly nice but also not rude.they just seemed annoyed

We got two large meat lovers pizzas and the bill with tax and tip was almost $30 (delivered). Pizzas were okay.

We went yesterday around 1 am, they do not care about customers at all. I notice that the cashier did not wash his hands after receiving payment at the counter and then he proceeded to prepare a pizza. My order was the first one to be taken (only 1 medium pizza and 2 lava chocolate cake) but the last one to be delivered on place. I had to ask the lady if they were going to give me my order. They seem very unconcious and I notice their lack of care about customer service. And the cherry on top was that we got food poisoning.

Not the worst place to get pizza but not the best.
They seem to be a little light on the topping but they are pretty fast and everything is made fresh.

Ordered a Philly pizza with add on spinach and red peppers. Neither of those add ons can on the pizza. It also had let me know that the pizza was ready and roughly 15-20 minutes it eventually got picked up. Which led to my pizza delivered cold and incorrect. Not the first time I have got delivered pizza from here.

If you order online be sure to cross reference your e-recipet and your paper recipet as mine are two completely different prices

Pizza left store for almost 40 minutes, never bothered to call me and tell me about any delay. Called in to the store to cancel order but they promised me it’s going to be delivered hot since it only left the store for not long? I asked the person delivering and he told me it was because of the previous customer didn’t appear at the door and waited for him. So my pizza was indeed left there to be cold hahaha don’t bs and say it just left if it didn’t. It arrived cold ok? Why don’t you just let me cancel it? Waiting for more than an hour without and call back haha

It's a great place to enjoy the pizza. They have best quality and best customer support too. Although I order the pizza and was there at my house in 15 minutes.

I have lived in every major city in Canada, this is the worst dominos pizza store i have ever been to.ever second order they screw up! Today i received my order and the dough was still raw!

When i redeem my points for free pizza they barely put cheese on it and you can see dough, this has happened over 5 times! I brought the pizza back and confronted them about it and they acknowledge that the pizza they delivered to me was poorly made.every time i call in they offer me a free pizza "too make things better" but what theyre really doing is providing the pizza i paid for and i get to keep an incomplete pizza.i dont want to wait two hours to get my original order i paid for.

I found them to be very quick in delivery. The pizza was done well, flavorful and crispy. No complaints about them here.

Terrible delivery service. Took well over an hour to get here. Food was cold and the driver sat in his car for 5 minutes before coming to the door.

Great staff awesome, kept clean that is my #1 reason that i have left without eating at other places. So thank you Dominos for a great dinning experience
