I am a long-time customer of the franchise, Domino's. The few years I have lived in Langley, I order from them consistently.
Top notch deals, variety of food/desserts, and they are very efficient in terms of customer service and food quality. Thank you so much, to the team working here, and I can't wait for the next order.

Dropped in to order and pickup a pizza. Service was pleasant and the quick key made my pizza and had me on my way.

Pizza is always consistent great quality.

Be cautious when ordering for delivery to your home that your delivery person is not ARKASH who drives a silver Volkswagen Jetta with the license plate starting SH0. He is very aggressive, and threatens with violence. Has no remorse and lies when asked what location he works for.

Ordered a pizza took a real long time communicating my address and number and had to call three Dominos to get one to deliver to my hotel pizza took over 45 min came cold

Me and my classmates come to dominos frequently and always have a great experience. The staff are very kind and the service is awesome. The food is always delicious and we know that it’s made with excellence!

Not enjoying seeing "coupons" deals that actually add up to OVER the price of the items if ordered separately. 1 LRG 4 topping & 16 parm bread bites = $27.99? ! (plus tax, delivery, and tip) ? !

No one likes being manipulated into thinking they are saving money when they are actually LOSING money during what is supposed to be an enjoyable experience.lost my respect and business permanently.

Poor quality food, obnoxious delivery driver, and they messed up my order. Plus the $5+ delivery charge is very unappealing when the food is garbage.

This is my favorite location to order from. I always pick up here even though it's out of the way for me. Pizza has always been fresh and cooked perfectly!

Shady business:/. Not like the pizzas ever look the same, not like the topping amounts are ever the same. Who cuts the pizzas? A four year old? What's with the constant "oh sorry we forgot a part of your order" then when asking if I'll get a fresh pie to go with the rest I get told "well it's on the hot plate that's good enough". Have gone here for years and years and yeaaaaars. I live closer to other dominos, and still go here. I drew the line when they took the coupons off that all other restaurants seem to have? I don't mind saving money on gas if you don't want my business.

Love it. You know what to expect from them.

They've saved me many times over when I needed food after 10pm

Excellent Pan pizza & Parm Bites + lava

Pan pizza was crisp as requested, also the pan pizza was nice and thick
Parm bites were covered in delicious oil and a bit of parm, perfect balance

Lava cake was fantastic as always.

Sometimes the pan pizza isn’t cooked enough and its thin in the middle. Not this time it was mint.

The parm bites are occasionally so covered in cheese that there’s no oil and thats where the flavor is, again not this time.

This order was exactly how I wanted it.

We order from this location a couple of times a month. Today there were two hairs in our Pizza. Disgusting. Totally turned me off.

Wanted to pick up fresh pizza and tried this Dominos. Arrived and they said to wait 5 minutes. No problem. After close to 10 minutes they gave me my steaming fresh pizza. As I drove out of the parking lot they came out and said the pizza was for someone else in an accusatory tone. As if I stole pizza for me and my girls, but whatever. He then realized he gave me the wrong pizzas.
He then came back with my our pizzas and I asked if they were the pizzas sitting on the counter when I arrived? He said "sorry about that".
Because I paid ahead I even tipped for the pleasure of wasting our time, being accused of being a criminal and eating cold pizza.
I take the time to write this, so you can find a better place to enjoy a fresh pizza.

Been ordering from here for years used to be great.in the summer they sent us an uncut pizza.lately pizza is always dry or drowning in sauce no inbetween toppings are always tossed mainly on 2-3 slices.crust always flat when not ordering thin crust and pan pizza is ALWAYS doughey sad to see how downhill its gone

Not happy placed an order with the Langley store was told 45 min got a call 20 min later telling me the order was taken by the Maple ridge store and it would be switched to the Langley store and take another 50 min

Blacklisted my address because of someone canceling an order apperently using my address.staff was rude and seemed to think I had ordered and canceled. No matter as I will never ever order from here again. Freshslice down the road has much better pizza anyways. Dominos, you should hire new management. It's too bad that this location can't put the customers first. Seems like I am not the only one dissapointed with this service either.

Just a last minute decision to order a late pizza on the way to friends last night. Polite staff and efficiently served. The wings could have been better as I prefer them somewhat drier and not as mushy.

Very unprofessional and unskilled employees. Very rude employee and gave a burnt pizza.

Pizza has been on point the last few months that we have been ordering from here. Very happy with price and taste! Everyone inside is always nice and pleasant to deal with.

This location has messed up my last 5 orders. They haven't given me the right dip with my order in probably 2 years (but at least the pizza was right for a while). At least they're moderately nice (usually) while being terrible at their jobs.

Pizza is always good. I give 2 stars. While placing my order the staff was so talking so quickly and wouldn't even give me a chance to finish talking. Kept in interrupting me in mid sentence. They should take their time when speaking to customers

Both were over cooked, dry and burned
Will not buy there again waste of money

Save your $$ and go to fresh slice very disappointed.brownies were burnt and hard and shriveled up. Also pizza is flat and dry and has no flavor.

Worst delivery experience. Our driver left the dominos location at 12: 20 and took 40 minutes to drive 4km. Pizza was cold and the driver didn’t follow simple drop off instructions.

Made an order, delivery guy forgot a purchased item told us hed be back in 15 min, i had to call an hour later, to find out where it was, then i had to call again 45 min. Later.all in a 3 hour period, i understand your busy, but i was an already paid customer, not good customer service, wont order from this location again.

Also o would like to also add, your drivers need to learn not to cut other people off, especially when u have a company sign on your car, i know where u work, this just adds to my frustration with this place, this place just does not care

One of the worst pizza ever anyone can imagin, order one large vegi and got one dry bread with some peace of tomato on it this place should be closed for ever.will never call again

Ordered a med pan that was horrendous.had been flattened in the middle so that the crust was super thick and completely uncooked, not even edible. Called and spoke to a manager who said they couldn't credit my account but they will mail me vouchers. Have not received anything weeks later.

Such a shame because I ordered from this store consistently and they can't be bothered to make up for their own mistakes, this pizza never should have gone out the door it's an embarrassment.

A small gesture to a good customer would have gone a long way here and that window has closed.try elsewhere

Ordered a pizza and gave specific directions to meet me at a corner. Driver asked me where I was. I said exactly where I was, as per the instructions. Driver told me I would have to pickup pizza at the store. I paid for delivery. Beyond incompetent for the simplest of tasks. When I told him I would be reaching out to customer relations, driver was very smug about me doing so. Terrible staff. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time.

And hey! Dominos. Fire this person! You’re killing your business with these people.

Look at that. Not cut proper, raw dough, toppings all over. This only happens some times. This time 7: 30 pm friday night November 1st so managment or owner better talk to who ever is in the kitchen!

This is the most terrible service I’ve received from any pizza place. I waited for the pizza for 75minutes and ended up cancelling the order because the delivery driver didn’t know how to find my home.

The delivery driver was asking ME, as the customer, how to get to my place. He called on two different occasions to ask and still could not find it.

Furthermore, I called the manager to put in a complaint and rather than assist me, he blamed me and advised me that it was my fault for the late pizza delivery because I accidentally provided an incorrect phone number. He did not offer compensation for my time or the loss of a meal.it was 9pm and I was very hungry. I will never be ordering from here again and I would highly suggest against others from this too.

Ordered tonight for pick up. Pizzas were perfect and super hot. Pasta was awesome and saucy, just the way I like it. Favourite dominos by far. Always friendly polite staff.

Honestly I was not a fan of their pizza. It was my first time having them, and well my roomies have gotten pizza there and so we ordered two large 2 topping pizzas because they where "discounted"

The crust was hella thick, and it seems that whom ever made it was lazy. I mean sure the toppings are good but you can tell that they slack off on specific toppings, even when you pay for extra of something. It's basically just a mass of dough with close to nothing on it. I mean I even asked for extra cheese and still seemed like nothing on it. My roommate took a bite of there pizza and then all the toppings just slid off, and maybe 3/4 of the pizza slice was then topping less as it was just sauce until the crust (which I feel like they have too much of a crust in the pizza it's self)

Aside from that it was okay

Ordered two medium pizzas online. I live 5 minutes away, after waiting 40 minutes when it said the pizza was in transit I called to cancel my order. After an hour of the pizza was in transit the delivery driver called me and said he was out front with my pizza. Ha, I'm not paying for cold pizza. Poor communication between their staff. Don't order here.

They are definitely trying to cut costs here, you get about half the toppings you would somewhere else.

PATHETIC SERVICE!

Firstly, I called right after an online order n they could not alter anything on that order!
Secondly, they said it would be 35/45 mins n the drive shows up after 15 mins which was which was bs as I stepped out for a couple of minutes
Thirdly, when I called back, the guy was FULL OF ATTITUDE SAYING HE WOULD NOT COME BACK TO DELIVER THE ORDER AND IF I WANT THE FOOD I SHOULD COME N GET IT.

While staying at a hotel when I first moved here from Ontario I ordered food from here on 3 separate times in just the first week I was here. I almost always get chicken Alfredo pasta and on the second order the pasta came and had no chicken in it at all. When I called it sounded like the guy on the phone didn't care and actually saidhis businessthat he wouldn't send one out that night cause they closing in an hour. He said that I would have a credit for a free one when I call next and just use my same cell phone number. So I called about 3 days later to get my pasta and they say that he never put any credit on my account or anything. Then after I explained myself 4 times and proved that I knew it was their store finally the lady said yes they would honour the credit so I ordered bread bites and two cans of pop. The lady said that it would only cost $6 and some change and it would take about an hour. So after about an hour and 20 mins it finally comes and the driver said it cost $15. So I called back the store and the guy that caused this mess in first place answered and gave me some silly excuse and said that it should be a $5 credit. Just playing games. That's not how you run a business. The owner needs to know what these people are doing to j
