They really need to teach their employees how to cut Pizza we've had several pizzas here that we're not cut properly

Ordered late night pizza, while I appreciate they were open for delivery, they shouldn't bother. This was the second worst pizza we have ever eaten. They should be ashamed for taking peoples money for this poor quality pizza. I have had a walk in pick many of times from this location, and never had issues-what you would expect from a Domino's pizza. However, last night's pizza.dough was freezer burnt and not baked through, texture was off like it was microwaved to be thawed first. It was not edible, and ended up in the bin. Please, if you do not want to severe people late night and put the effort in, do everyone a favour and close earlier instead of serving the garbage we got last night.

I'm not sure what it is about this place - if it's the ovens or the staff operating them, but pizzas are ALWAYS OVERCOOKED at this location. Doesn't matter what type of pizza or type of crust. They just don't get it. This has been consistent for at least the past 5 years. Because of this, we prefer to order from Papa John's or Pizza Pizza, but Domino's tends to be more convenient, so we order from there in a pinch every now & then. Product is always the same. Last time I asked why they always overcook, and they told me it was because I ordered thin crust. Yet their competitors don't seem to have problems with crust thickness.
Yes, they have good deals, but as with anything, you get what you pay for. In a pinch, this place will take care of your pizza craving. I wonder if all the Domino's locations are like this? !

Pizza arrived cold, undercooked and a mere speckling of cheese, having worked at domino's before I know that if someone uses a coupon you put on less cheese but damnnnn, this didn't event cover the tomato sauce. $21 for a medium pan pizza like in what world am I going to order here again? Il be going to panago next time

The lady wear one set of gloves touch raw chicken she made pizza she's made bread stuffed crust bread. That follows underneath the categories across the termination. That's how you make people sick. He touches food she touches the door she touches a bunch of stuff she goes into the back he touches more stuff then she comes back and makes more food.

This particular dominos is part of the reason why the franchise gets a bad rap for tasting like cardboard. These guys are cheap skates. Do not order from here. I ordered double ranch sauce on pizza and I got the normal sunstandard amount with double the crust cause that seems to be the norm for these crooks.

So I went to this location today to order pizza. I always ask them what is the special when I order pizza as I don’t order every day. Guy tells me 50% off if you order online. So I tell him but do you have any other specials in store because I don’t have time to go online right now Im in a hurry. The guy just stares at me like Im from Mars or like he doesn’t comprehend a simple question…. Didn’t want to bother him I said no worries I’ll order online. So I had to sit there 20 mins extra setting up the online account ordering etc after work. Very disappointing customer service I have to say.

This is the best Domino’s Pizza location. Hats off to the staff here, both pizza makers and delivery drivers. Always made consistently, and delivered quickly.

Great service and very friendly staff and management, that are always willing to provide to customers. Order my pizzas from here as they are meticulous and have a clean facility. Will continue to get pizza from here and highly recommend it (:

Girl don’t buy pizza at this area, we just ordered 2 pizza and all pizza is burned, please never come to that place EVER AGAIN!

I I have ordered multiple times from this establishment and every time it was disappointing. From cold pizza to not even delivering pizza at all meanwhile I waited an hour and half for it. This place is a joke. This domino’s has never even tired to show one bit of consistency. Last time I ordered give me up stomachache. I would never ever order from here and recommend people same try any other pizza place but this. It’s horrible and horrific even my friend who one them ordered cheesy bread got diarrhoea from this Place

Dominos has gone so down hill.they up their prices for food that is poorly made cardboard because employees don't know how to slap dough and then even decrease food amount like the wings from 10 to 8. Unreal

Been ordering from this store for years but the service just get progressivly worse and worse, Today I Waited an Hour plus just for a pizza to get put in the oven and when I get there after they don't pick up the phone multiple times it still wasn't ready, slow service, never pick up phones and super reckless delivery drivers

This here is 3 inches of dough before I found any sauce or other toppings, which by the way was supposed to be toppings all the way to the edge.

We always get a few mediums and have them for lunch next day. Food is always fast and hot and service is always swift and polite

Unexpectedly delivery was not upto the mark. They just forgot the drink and said no to deliver it again as well.
Just spoiled our night.

I am posting this review to warn people this dominoes outlet has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are brave enough to order
pizza from this store expect the worst. Driver does not know his geography
of Burnaby even with G. P. S. I ordered a pizza waited 3 hours called them they told me the driver had left with the delivery he finally arrived he parked
in front of the building he called me and told me he could not find my address he then drove away with my order, I called the store and told them to cancel my order they did not apologize I am really convinced
they just don t care Buyers beware there are better pizza outlets then

Ordered a 4 topping pizza and it was more like a 0.5 topping pizza.two of the toppings were vegetables too.

This store is my most favorite! Arlsan is very experienced and talented guy. He not only has a great eye on details on what customers want, but is also very friendly and down to earth. I am just a phone call away and Arslan handles everything perfectly. Manager of store is also very kind. Great customer service and great taste!

Attention DOMINOES PIZZA MANAGER a Staff named ARSLAN should be BANNED from this store immediately. He does not know any form of customer service 0%. I wanted to give 0 star but unfortunately its not possible. #PLEASEBANNARSLAN #ARSLANSHOULDBEKICKEDOUT

Ordered on the tracker l. I live 5 mins away and when it said “we are on the way” it took 40mins. And when it said “we are here” they were not. I had to call in. And the pizza was NOT fresh. I wasn’t given any credit or anything for free. Not impressed.

I will never order from here again!
After my son was ripped off 10 dollars. So I went to ask for it back the next day.with proof of my online order. The worker called his coworker that was working and they started laughing and speaking in their language. I waited for the manager for 3 hours.the employee was rude and threaten me with violence once i left with my money the employee stuck his middle finger to me and my son when his boss looked away this is not the first time they kept my change.

They do have some gluten free options and vegetarian options which is great. You can also order online and watch the progress of your pick up or delivery order. I like to preorder and pick up after the business is closed and take out only since it usually only take about 15mins. Drivers and staff are always aiming for customer satisfaction since there has been on mistake. They fixed it promptly and gave me some free items to make me happy. This is top notch customer service when employees are given the power to make things happen without management approval. Great team of individuals working there. They even deliver to the pubs that are not serving food anymore. Love it. 4 stars only because they have no lactose free options like daiya (which is not that great), but they could improve by getting naturally lactose free cheese products without modified milk ingredients in their cheese supply. Otherwise great pizza and all round customer service and fast delivery.

The store is great and they prepare the order on time however the delivery takes around 45 mins on average although the store is just a 15 mins drive. We called and complained to the store several times and the staff always has a reason completely different from the drivers excuse.

We Came to order few weeks ago. It was fine.
This time, the man took my order, he immediately went to make the dough without washing his hand.
Another man came in, same procedure thus he also handled cash this time. Then, made the pizza dough.
Maybe it is ok. Pizza took ten mins to sit into the oven? Germ got killed for sure.

Was shocked at first our delivery driver couldn’t give us our correct change on our order. Even though the change was only $1.55 it’s the principle that customer should be given their change not expecting that driver can keep the change. I had every intention of tipping him $5.

Now I felt bad afterwards and tried to figure out a way I could personally give our driver a $5 tip. It wasn’t till the very next morning I found a small
Package at my door with the change and receipt. This is a very honest act and it’s enough for me to personally thank the store for their excellent service and food. Not to mention that the driver came back with my change I now want to connect with that driver and give him his tip. I know delivery drivers don’t make much money so when they receive a nice fat tip it really helps. So I’m trying to reach this driver thank him and give him a $5 tip. Thank you dominos for continual great service and pizza!

Last time I ordered prior today was a year ago - which was fine. They delivered to campus where I asked. Normal good Dominos service.

Today was a bit different. For once, the delivery driver refused to go inside the campus. The Dominos website allows you to choose which building to have delivery too and even the room# because for campus deliveries on campuses this large (like SFU and UBC), it is standard practice for pizza joints.

I had a driver who said that getting out of his car and delivering into the campus isn't standard practice (even though that is what I have had in the past). He outright refused the request. I called the store - the person explains to me the driver just isn't familiar with the campus and that is the way he operates.

But if I'm paying for $4 delivery for not that much distance and I want to walk outside - why would I not just walk outside to the other couple pizza joints and just pickup?

My big issue though is that the driver just tell me he was new and that he didn't even try to deliver the pizza inside. If he doesn't know where it is and asked for help with directions, I would have been happy with the effort (I mean, who hasn't been new at a job?). But just waiting in the car until I show up outside? That's not cool.

Instead, I ordered a pizza. Paid delivery charge. Walked outside to pick it up. It was barely warm at that point.

I guess there's your answer - if they don't want to deliver on campus - just order Uncle Fatih's and pickup. It's still the same distance outside and you won't have to pay for delivery.

Besides not making up for a 2L I had ordered and they forgot. This place will always beat the service at Pizza hut

I ordered from this place and not many complaints until now but last time I ordered they where really busy and I had to wait over 1 hour during which time I stayed pleasant and patient then they send me home with the wrong order and I had to drive back what upset me the most was the fact that there was a guy that there that was waiting less then me and he was very rude and loud and complained non stop they gave him a free pizza and nothing for me not even a Ty I won't be going back

Ordered the Brooklyn pizza and got major food poisoning. Couple days later I spoke with the manager and let him know I got sick. He told me he would investigate and get back to me. But never did and never apologized. They need to do a better job of food safety! Hopefully they have cleaned up their act!

Waited nearly 1 hour for a single medium pizza. An apology for the wait would have gone a long way.

1 star is too much I was very upset tonight because nightshift coworker was unrespectfull with me I order 1 large pizza half pepperoni half cheese and I'm loyal customer he charge me $21.99 and I found coupon for $12.99 I call to shop and he say sorry I can't change anything after purchase this is impossible they charging people extra money for no reason

I order from this place pizza was very good but the driver was rude he buzz me and said I am downstairs I ask you should bring the pizza upstairs and he said well I didn’t said I am not coming I told him I am paying for delivery and wants to be deliver to my door

I have been using dominos everywhere I travel in North America unfortunately our neighbourhood is due for a management upgrade. If corporate could review this transaction it much appreciated. Thanks.

I order from here for pickup every 1-2 weeks through the Dominos app. They are always on time and friendly, however I never, I repeat, never get the extra cheese I ask for. I've recently started asking for double cheese instead of extra (just to see if they actually put any extra) and my pizzas still barely have enough cheese to cover the pizza at all. I've called and complained a couple times and it hasn't changed it. I wouldn't call that good business practice when customers pay for extra ingredients and don't get them.

Now I sure enjoy myself a high quality pizza, and Dominos is the place to get it! When I ordered dominos I didn’t expect much, but OH BOY was it fantastic! The pizza had a wonderful crispy crust with soft decadent inside. The perfect ratio of cheese to sauce to crust to toppings was used, all made by the man himself Akbar! If there is one thing I would change about my experience it would would be giving Akbar a raise! Not only was the pizza unparalleled, which was phenomenaly handcrafted by Akbar, but the delivery was swift. Dominos gave me a fair window of 30-40 minutes, but it only took 24: 43 for it to arrive to my door from the time of order! The best part was Mohammed, my delivery man, was driving a dope muscle car! (He should get a raise too) Overall, the dream team Mohammed and Akbar made my night and my palate tingle with joy! Thank you dominos for your ongoing service!
